Abstract

若冲浪板或桨板较大,则不能在汽车内或者电车等中进行搬运。但如果可以在汽车内或电车中搬运将会是非常便利的。在为了减轻重量而采用了碳纤维或者玻璃纤维和环氧树脂的部件,将板分为2部分并在切断面上分别设置2个孔,在该处埋入凸管,利用嵌入两者的凹管的2根凸管使两者合二为一,通过螺纹件和防振片可靠地固定两个切断面。如图所示,使用了通过切断面的凹凸稳定接合、用于防振的2个部件。另外,以此方式,提供了一种可以实现在电车中进行搬运或在汽车内进行搬运且使用时接合非常简单、可靠的板。

本发明涉及一种携带方便,能够分为2部分的冲浪板或桨板。
背景技术
本发明的发明人提出了特开平11-59574号申请。由于在该申请中是通过多个螺纹件固定的,因此,组装繁琐。
另外,虽然作为国外的实例提出了利用一根杆解决的方案,但是。其存在易于折断的缺点。

发明内容
技术问题
现有技术中的实例组装程序繁琐。本发明则可固定牢靠、且容易组装,并且也不存在只有一根管时那样易于折断的情况。另外,由于壁与各根管、凸管的材质采用了碳纤维或者玻璃纤维和环氧树脂,因此,较为强韧。
本发明涉及能够分割为2部分的冲浪板或桨板,其中,沿横向将板分为2部分,在两者的切断面上分别设有2个管孔,在所述孔中塞入凹管,将2根凹管***双方各自的2个孔的凹管中,之后,将两者合二为一,通过螺纹件可以将板的两个部分固定。
发明效果
由于采用了碳材料制成的管件,且管件为2根,因此,能够产生强度。另外,材质也可以采用具有强度的材料。即使在汽车的车内或电车中,仍可以进行搬运,并且,结构紧凑,便于使用。

具体实施方式
下面,根据附图1~附图5,对本发明的实施形式的含义进行说明。本发明提供一种牢固并且确保紧密接合不易分离的板。
如图1所示,1为头部板,2为尾部板。在两处分别设有2根凹管3,4,5,6。另外,还分别设置2个用于防振的凹形部件7,8和凸形部件9,10。使这些部件在接合时配合,全部安装在薄壁11,12上。
壁11,12与各2根,共计4根凹管两者牢固地形成一体。另外,凸管也采用相同的材料制成。
为了减轻重量并且牢固,可以采用碳纤维或者玻璃纤维和环氧树脂制成。即使对于通常的成品板而言,也可以将其分割,在主体上开设孔,并与***凹管的壁一起接合,切除突出物,则可形成2分割板。当然,也可以采用这种方式预先制造并销售。
将凸管13,14嵌入双方的凹管3,4,5,6中,使两者接合并通过螺纹件将两者固定。此时,还应使采用了防振凹凸的2个部件相吻合。
螺纹件利用具有两个孔15的防脱片16并使螺纹件与孔配合,该防脱片横跨头部板和尾部板而固定。

Claims (2)

1.一种能够分割为2部分的冲浪板或桨板,其中:沿横向将板分为2部分,在两者的切断面的2个位置处分别设置2个管孔,在所述孔中嵌入凹管,将2根凸管***两者的各自2个孔的凹管中,将两者合二为一,可以通过螺纹件固定板的两端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冲浪板或桨板,其中:采用了通过切断面的凹凸稳定接合、用于防振的2个部件。
