一种无石棉、无金属复合改性陶瓷型摩擦材料,其中各组分的重量份比为:多元纳米改性树脂10、1000℃高温改性粘接剂10、摩擦稳定剂12、基础改性组合料38、石油焦6、蛭石6、丁腈胶7、耐磨碳墨3、膨胀蛭石8,该摩擦材料解决了现有摩擦材料损伤对偶(刹车片损伤制动盘)的问题,在环境条件发生变化时(温度变化、空气湿度、油污)无噪音、摩擦系数稳定;耐油污,油污环境下摩擦系数不变;耐高温、短时耐高温800度;防腐蚀。可以随温度升高改变性能状态,低温下是复合性状,高温下是陶瓷性状,从而避免出现噪音,自动调节摩擦系数,减小磨损量。

一种无石棉、无金属复合改性陶瓷型摩擦材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无石棉、无金属复合改性陶瓷型摩擦材料,该材料主要用于制动用刹车片、离合片。
背景技术
现有的摩擦材料配方中由于含有金属容易损伤制动盘,随外界环境条件如温度、空气湿度、油污的变化出现噪音大、摩擦系数不稳定的现象;含有金属成分的制动刹车片与油污混合后会降低其摩擦系数,因此这类的刹车片不耐油污;另外,这类含有金属的摩擦材料产生的摩擦粉末容易对其它机械部件造成损伤、对电源线路、配电盘有造成短路的隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有摩擦材料的不足之处,开发出了一种无石棉、无金属复合改性陶瓷型摩擦材料。首先,该摩擦材料配方中的成分不含金属成分,所以可实现无噪音;其次,该摩擦材料低温下是柔性复合型,高温下自然改为陶瓷性,(基础改性组合料会随温度自动改变形态,随温度改变就可以自动改性,实现刹车片的自动改性,从而避免出现噪音,自动调节摩擦系数,减小磨损量);再次,本产品不含金属材料,是柔性复合型,在见油污后摩擦系数不变,成分中的丁腈胶成分可以有效防止油污腐蚀(油污影响摩擦系数,金属制动刹车片在见油污后降低摩擦系数,油污影响摩擦系数是在220度以下,超过220度高温即蒸发或者燃烧,本产品在250℃以下是柔性复合型,所以不会因油污影响摩擦系数);最后,摩擦产生的摩擦粉末是柔性粉末,不含金属,没有磁力,不会吸引,所以不会导电,不会导致附近电源线路的短路。本材料为柔性绝缘材料(不含金属),所以不会导电,避免了电盘断路,不含石棉和金属,摩擦产生的粉末不会污染环境,不含对人体有害物质。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施达到:
一种无石棉、无金属复合改性陶瓷型摩擦材料,其中各组分的重量份比为:多元纳米改性树脂10、1000℃高温改性粘接剂10、摩擦稳定剂12、基础改性组合料38、石油焦6、蛭石6、丁腈胶7、耐磨碳墨3、膨胀蛭石8。
所述的摩擦稳定剂由颗粒石墨、二硫化钼、预氧丝、补强剂、人造纤维、天然矿纤维、硫化锑按等量关系组合而成。
所述的基础改性组合料由SiO2、BaSO4、Mg(OH)2、MgO、SiO2Fe2O3、CaF2按等量关系组合而成。
本发明的无石棉、无金属复合改性陶瓷型摩擦材料,解决了现有摩擦材料损伤对偶(刹车片损伤制动盘)的问题,在环境条件发生变化时(温度变化、空气湿度、油污)无噪音、摩擦系数稳定;耐油污,油污环境下摩擦系数不变;耐高温、短时耐高温800度;防腐蚀。随温度升高改变性能状态,低温下是复合性状,高温下是陶瓷性状。
具体实施方式
实施例:
一种无石棉、无金属复合改性陶瓷型摩擦材料,其中各组分的重量比为:
多元纳米改性树脂                     10g
1000℃高温改性粘接剂                 10g
摩擦稳定剂                           12g
其中,石墨1.72g、二硫化钼1.72g、预氧丝1.72g、补强剂1.72g、人造纤维1.72g、天然矿纤维1.72g、硫化锑1.72g。
基础改性组合料                       38g
其中,SiO2 5.43g、BaSO4 5.43g、Mg(OH)2 5.43g、MgO 5.43g、SiO2 5.43g、Fe2O3 5.43g、CaF2 5.43g。
利用液压压力机在高温模具(根据图纸或样品加工模具)中加入产品需量的摩擦材料(经混合调料机混合搅拌3-5分钟调匀),再按照摩擦材料的所需数量(体积不同,时间不同)、高温(160-190度)高压成型后,在高温炉箱内(120-190度)48小时高温改性完成;再经多种专用设备(平磨、角磨、切边、弧磨按图纸及样品尺寸加工成型完成。

1.一种无石棉、无金属复合改性陶瓷型摩擦材料,其特征在于:所述的无石棉、无金属复合改性陶瓷型摩擦材料各组分的重量份比为:多元纳米改性树脂10、1000℃高温改性粘接剂10、摩擦稳定剂12、基础改性组合料38、石油焦6、蛭石6、丁腈胶7、耐磨碳墨3、膨胀蛭石8,所述的摩擦稳定剂由颗粒石墨、二硫化钼、预氧丝、补强剂、人造纤维、天然矿纤维、硫化锑按等量关系组合而成,所述的基础改性组合料由SiO2、BaSO4、Mg(OH)2、MgO、SiO2、Fe2O3、CaF2按等量关系组合而成。
