一种液气分离器
技术领域    本发明涉及一种分离装置,尤其是一种用于分离出气体中液体的分离装置。
背景技术    在工业生产中,经常使用风能,例如:在磨床操作时,常引进风力***对工件进行吹干、降温。但是,在实际操作时,引进的风里经常带有水分,这些水分容易腐蚀机床、工件、轴承滚道等,因此工厂需要定期更换被腐蚀的部件和轴承,从而造成经济损失。目前,市场中用于分离风中水分的装置普遍造价较高、操作较为繁琐,不利于推广使用。
发明内容    本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、方便实用、操作简便的液气分离器。
本发明包括入风口、出风口以及容器,所述容器为筒状结构,顶部两端分别接通入风口和出风口;在容器底部安置吸水棉,在容器底面接通排水管。
使用时,入风口与风筒接通,将风引入容器内,风进入容器后,容器底部的吸水棉会吸收风中的水分,降低风中的水含量,最后风从防风口引出,完成分离操作。另外,操作人员可定期打开排水管排出容器内的积水。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:设计合理、操作便利、成本低、安装方便,可有效降低气体的液体含量。

具体实施方式    在图1所示的本发明的立体结构简图中,包括入风口1、出风口2以及容器3,所述容器为筒状结构,顶部两端分别接通入风口和出风口;在容器底部安置吸水棉4,在容器底面接通排水管5。所述入风口与管道接通,出风口与排气管接通;吸水棉直径与容器内径相等。排水管可采用PVC管或不锈钢管。

1.一种液气分离器,包括入风口、出风口以及容器,其特征在于:所述容器为筒状结构,顶部两端分别接通入风口和出风口;在容器底部安置吸水棉,在容器底面接通排水管。
