Abstract

一种插座连接器,用来实现电子元件与电路板之间的电性连接,所述插座连接器包括本体和盖体,所述本体上具有枢轴,所述盖体上具有耦合部和止挡部,所述耦合部套合在所述枢轴上,所述盖体通过所述耦合部和枢轴相对所述本体转动,所述止挡部位于所述盖体上与耦合部相对的位置以在所述盖体转动过程中止挡所述盖体转动。耦合在本体上的盖体可以用来保护本体不受损伤且方便从本体上取下。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种插座连接器。
背景技术
CPU插座连接器在出厂时,一般会被盖体覆盖,盖体一般具有两方面的作用,一是保护插座连接器上的导电端子,在产品组装、包装、运输过程中保护插座连接器上的导电端子不受损伤;二是在生产线自动组装时,通过吸附盖体将插座连接器吸附到生产线上。
当用户将CPU安装在插座连接器上,必须取下盖体,但是在取下盖体时容易伤到导电端子。
发明内容
有鉴在此,有必要提供一种拆装方便的插座连接器。
一种插座连接器,用来连接电子元件和电路板以实现电子元件与电路板之间的电性连接,所述插座连接器包括本体和盖体,所述本体上具有枢轴,所述盖体上具有耦合部和止挡部,所述耦合部套合在所述枢轴上,所述盖体通过所述耦合部和枢轴相对所述本体转动,所述止挡部位于所述盖体上与所述耦合部相对的位置以在所述盖体转动过程中止挡所述盖体转动。
与现有技术相比,本发明的插座连接器的盖体通过枢轴与本体相连接,所以,可方便将盖体取下,盖体在转动过程中遇到止挡部停止转动,并且止挡部套合在枢轴上使得盖体固定,耦合部和止挡部有效地防止了盖体在转动过程中从本体上脱落,从而可以保护本体上的导电端子被损坏。

下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2、图3及图4,本发明插座连接器1包括本体10、盖体20及设置在本体10内的导电端子100,盖体20覆盖在本体10上以保护本体10的导电端子100。
本体10大致为方形结构,其电性设置在电路板上。本体10上的导电端子100用来连接CPU(图未示)的引脚,以实现CPU与电路板的电性连接。本体10包括首尾相连的第一侧边11、第二侧边12、第三侧边13和第四侧边14,其中,第一侧边11与第三侧边13相对,第二侧边12与第四侧边14相对。
当然,本体10不限于实现CPU与电路板的连接,可适用任何通过插座连接器与电路板相连接的电子元件。
本体10在靠近第一侧边11和第三侧边13的位置上设置有第一定位柱110和第二定位柱111,第一定位柱110和第二定位柱111用来与盖体20定位,第二侧边12的中间部分设置有缺口16,第四侧边14的中间部分具有枢轴15,盖体20通过枢轴15枢接在本体10上。
当然,定位柱和缺口也可以设置在其他侧边上。
盖体20大致为方形结构,其对应本体10的第一侧边11、第二侧边12、第三侧边13和第四侧边14具有第五侧边21、第六侧边22、第七侧边23和第八侧边24。
第五侧边21和第七侧边23上分别具有第一定位口210和第二定位口211,第一定位柱110和第二定位柱111分别伸入第一定位口210和第二定位口211中,使得盖体20定位在本体10上且不会左右摆动。
第六侧边22的中间部分设置有卡扣27,卡扣27扣合在本体10的缺口16处使得盖体20与本体10相卡合。
对应定位柱和缺口的位置,当定位柱和缺口的位置发生变化时,定位口和卡扣的位置也需要相应变化。
第八侧边24的中间部分具有耦合部25和止挡部26,止挡部26面对耦合部25使得枢轴15位于耦合部25和止挡部26之间的区域。
耦合部25和止挡部26均为圆弧形状,耦合部25套合在枢轴15上使得盖体20可相对本体10转动,操作者将手指伸入缺口16处,掰动盖体20即可使盖体20与本体10脱离卡合,当盖体20转动过程中,碰到止挡部26即停止转动并且止挡部26可套合在枢轴15上从而使盖体20在此位置固定,在盖体20转动到耦合部25和止挡部26之间的任何位置,拉动盖体20即可轻松将其取下。
上述插座连接器1的盖体20在转动过程中遇到止挡部26停止转动,并且止挡部26套合在枢轴15上使得盖体20固定,在盖体20转动过程中,拉动盖体20可将盖体20取下,耦合部25和止挡部26有效地防止了盖体20在转动过程中从本体10上脱落,很大程度上保护了本体10上的导电端子100;并且,由于盖体20通过枢轴15的方式与本体10相连接,所以,可方便将盖体20从本体10上取下。
可以理解的是,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化等用在本发明的设计,只要其不偏离本发明的技术效果均可。这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种插座连接器,用来连接电子元件和电路板以实现电子元件与电路板之间的电性连接,所述插座连接器包括本体和盖体,其特征在于,所述本体上具有枢轴,所述盖体上具有耦合部和止挡部,所述盖体通过所述耦合部和枢轴相对所述本体转动,所述止挡部位于所述盖体上与所述耦合部相对的位置使得枢轴位于所述耦合部与所述止挡部之间的区域,当所述盖体覆盖所述本体时,所述耦合部套合在所述枢轴上且所述止挡部与所述枢轴分离,当所述盖体被打开时,所述耦合部与所述枢轴分离且所述止挡部套合在所述枢轴使得所述盖体固定,所述盖***于所述耦合部与所述止挡部之间的任何位置时均可被拉动而将其轻松取下。
2.如权利要求1所述的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述本体上具有定位柱,所述盖体上具有与所述定位柱相对应的定位口,所述盖体通过所述定位柱和定位口定位在所述本体上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述盖体上具有卡扣,所述本体上具有缺口,所述卡扣卡合在所述缺口处。
4.如权利要求3所述的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述止挡部为圆弧形。
5.如权利要求3所述的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述耦合部为圆弧形。
