Abstract

本发明涉及一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置拉绳结构，结构包括一组百叶窗叶片，梯绳串联各叶片并与卷绳推进器连接，叶片两侧分别设有拉绳，所述的拉绳纵向交织在梯绳上，且其一端固定在卷绳轴上。所述的梯绳包括两段连接形成闭环的边绳以及一组连接两段边绳的横档，拉绳与横档交织上升并由边绳限位在梯绳内。本发明同时使用拉绳限制叶片前后移动，使叶片堆叠整齐，减少与中空玻璃的接触，保护玻璃表面的镀膜，减少了摩擦。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种窗帘，尤其涉及一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置拉绳结构。
背景技术
由于中空百叶窗的优秀保温及遮阳效果，它在现代建筑节能中作用日益凸显。而且由于中空百叶窗的特殊的装饰效果、易于清洁、耐用、防火等特点，它的应用已经越来越普及。通常百叶窗叶片的宽度小于中空玻璃内腔的间距，以便百叶窗可以上下***。但是百叶窗叶片上升时叶片的堆叠会前后错开，以至于碰到两侧玻璃。这样叶片上下运动时会增加摩擦，操作百叶窗时费力，同时叶片与玻璃的摩擦可能刮伤玻璃表面镀层。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使叶片平衡收放、收叠整齐的中空玻璃内置遮阳装置拉绳结构。
为达到上述目的，本发明提出的一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置拉绳结构包括一组百叶窗叶片，梯绳串联各叶片并与卷绳推进器连接，叶片两侧分别设有拉绳，所述的拉绳纵向交织在梯绳上，且其一端固定在卷绳轴上。
所述的梯绳包括两段连接形成闭环的边绳以及一组连接两段边绳的横档，拉绳与横档交织上升并由边绳限位在梯绳内。
  由于上述技术方案的采用，本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：本发明同时使用拉绳限制叶片前后移动，使叶片堆叠整齐，减少与中空玻璃的接触，保护玻璃表面的镀膜，减少了摩擦。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本发明提出的一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置拉绳结构包括包括一组百叶窗叶片1，梯绳2串联各叶片1并连接在卷绳推进器3的梯绳固定槽301内，所述的梯绳2包括两段连接形成闭环的边绳2a以及一组连接两段边绳的横档2b，叶片1两侧分别设有拉绳4，拉绳4与横档2b交织上升并由边绳2a限位在梯绳2内,且拉绳4其一端固定在卷绳轴5上。
使用拉绳4限制叶片1前后移动，使叶片1堆叠整齐，减少与中空玻璃的接触，保护玻璃表面的镀膜，减少了摩擦。在卷线时，由于连接导向块302具有坡度，先绕制的卷绳轴5上的拉绳4被后绕制的拉绳4逐步推出并有序地绕制在卷绳轴5上，需要说明的是，附图中仅以一根拉绳为例进行说明，实际运用时，为两根拉绳分别绕制在卷绳推进器3两侧。

1.一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置拉绳结构，其特征在于：包括一组百叶窗叶片（1），梯绳（2）串联各叶片（1）并与卷绳推进器（3）连接，叶片（1）两侧分别设有拉绳（4），所述的拉绳（4）纵向交织在梯绳（2）上，且其一端固定在卷绳轴（5）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置拉绳结构，其特征在于：所述的梯绳（2）包括两段连接形成闭环的边绳（2a）以及一组连接两段边绳的横档（2b），拉绳（4）与横档（2b）交织上升并由边绳（2a）限位在梯绳（2）内。
