技术领域
本发明及一种液态换热器,具体的说涉及一种家用供暖式水暖或汽暖作热源的换热水器,属于供热水装置。
背景技术
市场上现有的管道换热水器很受欢迎,缺点是焊缝点漏水故障率频出,究其原因是,换热后的冷水交换成热水,在不使用热水的情况下形成膨胀,内压无处施放逼迫焊缝点的不均匀处漏水,给用户带来不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种结构简单,以供暖的热源,用换热水器装置将冷水交换成热水,即可洗澡,同时解决了冬季洗餐具和洗衣服用热水的问题。技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:构造一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,包括若干个串接联通的自来水导热管、自来水导热管连通件、暖气管、内管连通件、连接件、内园形倒角封头、小内圆形倒角封头、放气阀、暖气进口内丝接头、暖气出口内丝接头、自来水进水内丝接头、自来水出水内丝接头组成,其特征在于所述若干个自来水导热管的两端处与自来水导热管连通件、内管连通件、连接件、焊接串接联通组成长方形,横向或竖立摆放都可,自来水导热管、暖气管、连通件、内管连接件为圆柱形或方形或长方形或扁圆形;所述一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,其特征在于所述若干个暖气管居中固连放置在自来水导热管内,与内管连通件焊接串接联通组成长方形;所述一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,其特征在于所述若干个内圆形倒角封头焊接在自来水导热管两端,若干个小内圆形倒角封头焊接在暖气管两端,放气阀固连在暖气管、自来水导热管的一端;所述一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,其特征在于所述暖气进口内丝接头固连在暖气管、自来水导热管上管的左端或右端,暖气出口内丝接头固连在暖气管、自来水导热管下管的左端或右端;自来水进水内丝接头固连在自来水导热管下管的一端,自来水出水内丝接头固连在自来水导热管上管的一端;所述一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,其特征在于所述自来水导热管内的水流方向与暖气管道内热水流向相反;所述一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,其特征在于所述采用SUS304不锈钢管作为热交换体的材料;所述一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,其特征在于所述采用两相邻的暖气管与内管连接件采用内管壁焊接固连;所述一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,其特征在于所述采用两相邻的自来水导热管一端与连通件、焊接固连之前,先冲剪圆孔,再拉伸翻边4-5mm圆孔凸台与连通件焊接固连;暖气管与内管连接件焊接固连之前,先冲剪圆孔,再拉伸翻边3-4mm圆孔凸台与内管连接件焊接固连。
有益效果
由于采用了本发明所述的技术方案,改变了市场上现有的管与管连通件,内圆形倒角封头与管焊接不易漏水的状况,冷水转换热水所产生的热膨胀在内圆形倒角封头平面处减内压时外凸内凹消化吸纳,同时,内圆形倒角增加了封头的强硬,保护了焊接点不受拉扯唇裂漏水,导热管、暖气管冲剪内孔拉伸翻边与连通件焊接更加方便固连,其法不易漏水,采用SUS304不锈钢管作为热交换体的材料,可以进一步提高本发明的热交换效率,有效增加热交换体的抗衰老强度,进一步防止所说固体杂质的侵蚀,提高热交换效率。

本发明如图1至图4所示,构造是由一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,包括若干个串接联通的自来水导热管1、自来水导热管连通件2、暖气管3、内管连通件4、连接件5、内圆形倒角封头6、小内圆形倒角封头7、放气阀8、暖气进口内丝接头9、暖气出口内丝接头10、自来水进水内丝接头11、自来水出水内丝接头12组成,其特征在于所述若干个自来水导热管1的两端处与自来水导热管连通件2、内管连通件4、连接件5、焊接串接联通组成长方形,横向或竖立摆放都可,自来水导热管1、暖气管3、连通件2、内管连接件4为圆柱形或方形或长方形或扁圆形;所述一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,其特征在于所述若干个暖气管3居中固连放置在自来水导热管1内,与内管连通件4焊接串接联通组成长方形;所述一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,其特征在于所述若干个内圆形倒角封头6焊接在自来水导热管1两端,若干个小内圆形倒角封头7焊接在暖气管3两端,放气阀8固连在暖气管3、自来水导热管1的一端;所述一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,其特征在于所述暖气进口内丝接头9固连在暖气管3、自来水导热管1上管的左端或右端,暖气出口内丝接头10固连在暖气管3、自来水导热管1下管的左端或右端;自来水进水内丝接头11固连在自来水导热管下管的一端,自来水出水内丝接头12固连在自来水导热管1上管的一端;所述一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,其特征在于所述自来水导热管1内的水流方向13-15与暖气管道内热水流向14-16相反;所述一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,其特征在于所述采用SUS304不锈钢管作为热交换体的材料;所述一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,其特征在于所述采用两相邻的暖气管3与内管连接件4采用内管壁焊接固连;所述一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,其特征在于所述采用两相邻的自来水导热管1一端与连通件2、焊接固连之前,先冲剪圆孔,再拉伸翻边4-5mm圆孔凸台17与连通件2焊接固连;暖气管3与内管连接件4焊接固连之前,先冲剪圆孔,再拉伸翻边3-4mm圆孔凸台17与内管连接件4焊接固连。

1.一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,包括若干个串接联通的自来水导热管(1)、自来水导热管连通件(2)、暖气管(3)、内管连通件(4)、连接件(5)、放气阀(8)、暖气进口内丝接头(9)、暖气出口内丝接头(10)、自来水进水内丝接头(11)、自来水出水内丝接头(12),其特征在于:
所述逆流减内压管道换热水器还包括内圆形倒角封头(6)、小内圆形倒角封头(7);
若干个内圆形倒角封头(6)焊接在自来水导热管(1)两端,若干个小内圆形倒角封头(7)焊接在暖气管(3)两端,在暖气管(3)、自来水导热管(1)的一端均固连有放气阀(8);若干个自来水导热管(1)的两端处与自来水导热管连通件(2)焊接串接联通,横向摆放;自来水导热管(1)、暖气管(3)、自来水导热管连通件(2)、内管连通件(4)的横截面形状为圆形或方形或扁圆形;若干个暖气管(3)居中放置在自来水导热管(1)内,与内管连通件(4)焊接串接联通;
每两个相邻自来水导热管(1),在未与自来水导热管连通件(2)焊接联通的那一端,通过连接件(5)焊接连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种逆流减内压管道换热水器,其特征在于:
两相邻的自来水导热管(1)一端与自来水导热管连通件(2)焊接固连之前,先冲剪圆孔,再拉伸翻边第一圆孔凸台(17)与自来水导热管连通件(2)焊接固连:暖气管(3)与内管连通件(4)焊接固连之前,先冲剪圆孔,再拉伸翻边第二圆孔凸台(18)与内管连通件(4)焊接固连;
暖气进口内丝接头(9)固连在暖气管(3)上管和自来水导热管(1)上管的左端或右端,暖气出口内丝接头(10)固连在暖气管(3)下管和自来水导热管(1)下管的左端或右端;自来水进水内丝接头(11)固连在自来水导热管下管的一端,自来水出水内丝接头(12)固连在自来水导热管(1)上管的一端;
所述自来水导热管(1)内的水流方向与暖气管道内热水流方向相反;
采用SUS304不锈钢管作为热交换体的材料;
两相邻的暖气管(3)与内管连通件(4)采用内管壁焊接固连。
