技术领域
本发明涉及一种尼龙46/612组合物及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种高CTI值阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA612合金组合物及制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,我国电子电气工业迅速发展,对高电绝缘阻燃增强工程塑料的需求日益增长,如低压真空接触器、断路器、漏电保护器、接插件、低压开关、薄壁电子电气元件等都需要用具有良好的综合力学性能、阻燃性能及电绝缘性能的工程塑料材料。在这一产品领域里,聚酰胺(PA)的用量最大。然而,由于阻燃剂的发展相对行业对材料日益提高的要求来说相对滞后,很多种阻燃剂加入到材料里会大大降低了材料的力学性能、电绝缘性能。例如,相比漏电起痕指数(CTI)从600V降到200V甚至更低,此外,随着欧盟RoHs和WEEE指令的实施,传统的溴系阻燃体系已不能满足此要求,同时某些阻燃剂的使用也会受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足提供一种高CTI值阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA612合金组合物及其制备方法。本发明的组合物具有高CTI值、低析出性,环保,综合性能均衡,可以广泛应用于接触器、断路器外壳等电子电器领域,有良好的应用前景。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
本发明涉及一种高CTI值阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA612合金组合物,包括如下重量百分比含量的各组分:
PA612        20~41%,
PA46         20~41%,
复配阻燃母粒 0~15%,
玻璃纤维     20~40%,
抗氧剂       0.1~1%,
润滑分散剂   0.1~1%。
优选的,所述PA46的特性粘度为2.4dL/g。
优选的,所述PA612的特性粘度为2.4dL/g。
优选的,所述复配阻燃母粒由如下质量百分比含量的组分混合而成:除铁赤磷母粒:50%;防迁移剂:25%;高CTI助剂:25%。
优选的,所述玻璃纤维为无碱玻璃纤维,其表面经硅烷偶联剂处理。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂。
优选的,所述润滑分散剂为硅酮。
本发明还涉及上述的高CTI值阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA612合金组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按所述质量百分比含量秤取所述原料;放入高混机中混合2~5分钟,出料,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度在245~280℃,螺杆转动速率为30~40Hz。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、采用复配阻燃母粒体系,有以下特点:1)综合力学性能更高;2)能将CTI从390V提高到660V;3)克服了普通红磷在一定条件下迁移的制品表面,然后红磷在氧气和水的作用下最终形成对金属制件有腐蚀性的磷系酸性物质的缺陷;
2、加入的抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂,可提高组合物在加工过程的抗氧化性能和使用过程中的抗老化性能;
3、采用硅酮作为润滑剂,提高材料加工流动性,降低摩擦系数,提高滑爽性,在特定的加工条件下采用分散性较好,停留时间短,剪切稍弱的组合,防止阻燃剂分解,从而保证了材料的质量稳定。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

实施例1~6的原料及其重量百分比含量如表1所示;按所述质量百分比含量秤取所述原料;放入高混机中混合2~5分钟,出料,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒制得高CTI值阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA612合金组合物;其中,加工温度在245~280℃,螺杆转动速率为30~40Hz;具体加工情况如表2所示。

由表3得出:与对比例1~3相比,实施例1~6制得的组合物具有更好拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量以及冲击强度。本发明的组合物具有高CTI值、低析出性,环保,综合性能均衡,可以广泛应用于接触器、断路器外壳等电子电器领域,有良好的应用前景。

1.一种高CTI值阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA612合金组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括如下重量百分含量的各组分:
PA612            20~41%,
PA46             20~41%,
复配阻燃母粒     0~15%,
玻璃纤维         20~40%,
抗氧剂           0.1~1%,
润滑分散剂       0.1~1%。
