本发明涉及薇菜生产设备技术领域，具体属于一种斜面震动筛菜机。
背景技术
薇菜原料采集之后要进行多道工序处理之后才能包装成品出售，其中为了提高产品品种，需要将薇菜进行精选处理。精选是将薇菜片大小大不多的，分选出料，放置一起。现有技术主要采用振动器上放置一个网筛，通过网筛来回振动，将偏小的薇菜片集中到中间和下面，大叶片留在上面，然后再有人工挑选，操作繁琐，生产效率低。
本发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种斜面震动筛菜机，克服了现有技术的不足，设计简单，结构合理，通过将网筛合理设计，在与传输装置衔接，可实现自动化筛选，操作方便，提高精选精度。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种斜面震动筛菜机，包括固定架、输料装置和传动机构，所述的固定架下端设有传动机构，上端设有输料装置，输料装置前端设有震动网片，震动网片下端连接接料盘，震动网片上端搭置于固定架上，下端与矩形的接料盘的一边铰链连接且接料盘的其余三边设有边框，接料盘通过连杆连接传动机构。
所述的震动网片下端前设有物料箱。
与已有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明设计结构合理，将网筛合理设计，在与传输装置衔接，可实现自动化筛选，操作方便，提高精选精度。

参见附图，一种斜面震动筛菜机，包括固定架1、输料装置2和传动机构3，固定架2下端设有传动机构3，上端设有输料装置2，输料装置2前端设有震动网片4，震动网片4下端连接接料盘5，接料盘5通过连杆6连接传动机构3，震动网片4下端前设有物料箱7。震动网片4与水平成45°角，上端搭置于固定架1上，下端与接料盘5铰链连接。

1.一种斜面震动筛菜机，包括固定架、输料装置和传动机构，其特征在于：所述的固定架下端设有传动机构，上端设有输料装置，输料装置前端设有震动网片，震动网片下端连接接料盘，震动网片上端搭置于固定架上，下端与矩形的接料盘的一边铰链连接且接料盘的其余三边设有边框，接料盘通过连杆连接传动机构。
