Abstract

本发明涉及用于制造涂布钢板的方法。
已知生产具有由金属构成的涂层的钢板以保护钢板免于腐蚀。
这些涂层基本上分为所谓的屏障保护涂层和阴极作用保护涂层。
屏障保护涂层特别是由铝、锡或铬构成的保护涂层,为了产生它们,例如将铝合金通过所谓的热浸涂布工艺沉积到钢带上。
最广泛使用的阴极作用防腐层为锌涂层;特别地,其作用基于这样的事实,即当钢上的锌层一路向下受损直到钢基底时,锌作为化学上不太贵重的金属首先腐蚀,因此保护钢基底。
锌涂层包括纯锌涂层、具有低含量铝的锌涂层、具有约5%铝含量的锌涂层(Galfan)和具有约一半锌和一半铝的锌铝涂层。
这些涂层同样使用热浸方法施加,其中将预热的钢带运送通过锌浴或锌合金浴。
所谓的镀锌层扩散处理(Galvannealed)层代表一种特殊情况,其中首先使用热浸镀锌将锌层或锌合金层沉积到钢基底上,然后实施退火步骤,使一方面的锌与另一方面的钢基底的铁之间发生扩散反应,以致于形成锌/铁合金层。这样的层称为镀锌层扩散处理层。
在480℃-600℃的退火温度下,在钢带镀锌后通过的连续退火炉中,产生这样的镀锌层扩散处理层。
DE 10 2007 031 91 96 A1涉及用于生产具有阴极防腐层的柔性辊轧钢带原料的方法;在该方法中,柔性辊轧材料,即在其整个长度具有不同钢带厚度的钢带,除其它处理外电解镀锌并然后退火,退火处理在< 420℃下实施。
DE 10 2007 013 739已经公开了用于柔性轧制涂布钢带的方法;这些钢带也可电解镀锌和连续退火。
DE 10 2004 023 886 B4已经公开了用于精整柔性辊轧钢带原料的方法和设备,其中,将具有周期性变化材料厚度的柔性辊轧钢带原料连续运送通过由退火部分、淬火单元、预热单元和锌锅构成的加工线,并因此得到热处理和热浸镀锌;通过作为钢带厚度的函数改变预热单元中的热能,将柔性辊轧钢带进入锌锅的入口温度调节至恒定值,并且通过作为钢带厚度的函数改变出口喷嘴与柔性辊轧钢带的距离,将锌沉积厚度调节至恒定值。
DE 10 2004 023 886 B4已经公开了用于精整柔性辊轧钢带原料的方法和设备,其中冷轧钢带将具有与其厚度进展相匹配的性能分布,其中第一次退火处理在500℃-600℃之间的温度下实施,之后将冷轧钢带辊轧至预定的厚度进展,以致于在辊轧方向上,柔性冷轧钢带具有至少一个厚度较大区域和一个厚度较小区域;这之后进行第二次退火处理,其中温度高于第一次退火处理。
然而,问题是将所谓的镀锌层扩散处理层施加至已经用这种方式柔性辊轧的钢带上。镀锌层扩散处理层的施加通常通过热浸镀锌随后进行连续的在线热处理来实施。但是对于通过热浸镀锌制造不可能或非常昂贵的钢种,不能用该方法提供镀锌层扩散处理涂层。这些钢种包括各向同性钢、具有强度> 1000 MPa的较高强度钢和上述柔性辊轧钢带。尤其是对于热浸镀锌***中的柔性辊轧钢带,不同的板厚度导致不规则的机械性能和不同的锌/铁生长速率两者,这是因为在在线(inline)过程中,厚的区域自然与薄的区域不同地加热,这必然导致在锌和铁之间相应的不同扩散速度。
然而,为什么在热浸镀锌***中制造具有镀锌层扩散处理涂层的柔性辊轧钢带看来几乎不可行,存在其它原因。即使对于感应镀锌层扩散处理***,所要求的输出控制准确性(在几厘米的定位准确度内线圈功率变化系数至高达2以上)难以实现。
本发明的目的是产生一种方法,用于制造柔性辊轧或各向同性或较高强度的镀锌层扩散处理-涂布钢带。所述目的通过具有权利要求1特征的方法得到实现。
有利的变体在从属权利要求中得到公开。
根据本发明,由于柔性辊轧钢带中不同温度而出现的问题得到规避,因为钢带没有热浸镀锌而是改为电解镀锌,因此避免在热浸镀锌期间由于钢带中温度差异造成的锌相和铁相积聚高度不同。相同的途径可用于避免各向同性或较高强度钢热浸镀锌时的问题。
也根据本发明,镀锌层扩散处理涂层未以在线方式连续生产,而是改为,使镀锌层扩散处理层形成在罩式退火炉中保护性气体下发生。也根据本发明,退火温度得到减少;根据本发明,将约300℃的温度保持约20小时的保温时间。
在罩式退火炉中缓慢加热导致钢带均匀加热,以致于锌铁反应也非常均匀地发生于具有不同厚度的钢带区域。
根据本发明,钢带被柔性冷轧,在约650℃下于罩式退火炉中经受再结晶退火24小时,之后,将钢带然后硬化冷轧和电解镀锌,然后在罩式退火炉中经历镀锌层扩散处理步骤。
本发明因此具有如下优点,即对具有周期性变化的板厚度的钢带(柔性辊轧钢带(tailor rolled blank, 连续变截面辊轧坯料))可提供优质阴极防腐,其具有良好焊接性;有利地,对各向同性和较高强度钢两者以及其它钢种可同样提供镀锌层扩散处理层。
也有利的是,根据本发明镀锌层扩散处理的钢板可制造为具有很薄的镀锌层扩散处理涂层,其一方面通过电解镀锌和另一方面通过温和冷却而成为可能。
根据本发明,如果在电解镀锌后进行以上所描述的本发明罩式退火炉步骤,则对仅可困难地热浸镀锌的各向同性钢和较高强度钢可提供镀锌涂层。

Claims (5)

1. 用于制造具有阴极防腐涂层的钢带的方法,其中将钢带热轧然后冷轧;使钢带经受电解镀锌,并在电解镀锌之后,将钢带在罩式退火炉中于250℃-350℃的温度下热处理4-48小时,并且这产生锌/铁层。
2. 如在权利要求1中所述的方法,其特征在于,钢带以某种方式柔性冷轧,使钢带在其整个长度上具有周期性不同的厚度和/或宽度,和/或使用具有各向同性或较高强度性能的钢带。
3. 如在权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于,在电解镀锌之前,柔性辊轧钢带在罩式退火炉中或在连续退火炉中于550℃-650℃下经受再结晶退火。
4. 如在权利要求1、2或3中所述的方法,其特征在于,电解沉积锌涂层的层厚度在2 μm-10 μm之间。
5. 如在先前权利要求的一项中所述的方法,其特征在于,用于使锌层转化为锌/铁层的退火以某种方式实施,使锌/铁层含有最大30%的铁。
