Abstract

本发明提供一种背光模组,包括:背板、设于背板内的背光源、设于背板内的导光板、设于导光板上的光学膜片组及设于背板内的分体式胶框,所述分体式胶框包括数个分离设置的角落件,其分别位于光学膜片组上,所述角落件远离光学膜片组设有支撑面以用于支撑液晶显示面板。本发明的背光模组,通过采用分体式胶框的上表面作为液晶显示面板的支撑面,加大了对液晶显示面板的支撑面积,从而改进了支撑的稳定性,且有效防止了漏光现象的产生,保证了背光模组的辉度,提升光学品级。

背光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液晶显示领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括液晶显示面板及背光模组(backlight module)。液晶显示面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶分子,两片玻璃基板中间有许多垂直和水平的细小电线,通过通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向,将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。由于液晶显示面板本身不发光,需要借由背光模组提供的光源来正常显示影像,因此,背光模组成为液晶显示装置的关键组件之一。背光模组依照光源入射位置的不同分成侧入式背光模组与直下式背光模组两种。直下式背光模组是将发光光源例如CCFL(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp,阴极萤光灯管)或LED(Light EmittingDiode,发光二极管)设置在液晶显示面板后方,直接形成面光源提供给液晶显示面板。而侧入式背光模组是将背光源LED灯条(Light bar)设于液晶显示面板侧后方的背板边缘,LED灯条发出的光线从导光板(LGP,Light GuidePlate)一侧的入光面进入导光板,经反射和扩散后从导光板出光面射出,在经由光学膜片组,以形成面光源提供给液晶显示面板。
现有的背光模组为了支撑液晶显示面板及遮挡光线泄露均设有胶框,现有技术中也有把胶框设计成分体式胶框(如图1所示),该分体式胶框包括数个分离设置的角落件200,其对应安装一背板100的侧板102上,所述角落件200的横截面呈侧倒T形。分体式胶框(例如四角胶框)因角落件200间隙过大,对玻璃基板支撑不足,使得整个玻璃受支撑不均匀,从而产生局部应力过大的情况,对整个液晶模组的品质产生很大影响;另外,角落件的间隙过大还会产生严重的漏光现象,从而影响背光模组的光学品级。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种背光模组,其通过采用分体式胶框的上表面作为液晶显示面板的支撑面,加大了对液晶显示面板的支撑面积,从而改进了支撑的稳定性,且有效防止了漏光现象的产生,保证了背光模组的辉度,提升光学品级。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种背光模组,其包括:背板、设于背板内的背光源、设于背板内的导光板、设于导光板上的光学膜片组及设于背板内的分体式胶框,所述分体式胶框包括数个分离设置的角落件,其分别位于光学膜片组上,所述角落件远离光学膜片组设有支撑面以用于支撑液晶显示面板。
所述背板包括底板及连接于底板的数个侧板,所述角落件分别设于背板的侧板上。
所述角落件分别设于侧板之间的连接处。
所述角落件通过胶粘或螺钉锁固的方式安装于所述背板的侧板上。
该支撑面为角落件远离光学膜片组的上表面。
所述每一角落件包括第一连接件及垂直连接在第一连接件一端的第二连接件,该第一与第二连接件分别抵靠在相邻两侧板内侧。
该第一与第二连接件的横截面均呈矩形,所述角落件呈L形,数个角落件形状大小均一致。
所述角落件靠近光学膜片组设有固定部,光学膜片组对应该固定部设有配合部,通过固定部与配合部的配合将光学膜片组固定于导光板上。
所述固定部为凸设于角落件靠近光学膜片组的下表面上的突起,而配合部为设于光学膜片组上的配合孔。
该突起位于第一与第二连接件的连接处,呈圆柱状,该配合孔为圆形通孔,所述侧板的数量为四个,所述角落件的数量对应为四个。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的背光模组,通过采用分体式胶框的上表面作为液晶显示面板的支撑面,加大了对液晶显示面板的支撑面积,从而改进了支撑的稳定性,且有效防止了漏光现象的产生,保证了背光模组的辉度,提升光学品级。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
参阅图2及图3,本发明提供一种背光模组,包括:背板2、设于背板2内的背光源(未图示)、设于背板2内的导光板4、设于导光板4上的光学膜片组6及设于背板2内的分体式胶框8,所述分体式胶框8包括数个分离设置的角落件82,其分别位于光学膜片组6上。
所述背板2包括底板22及连接于底板22的数个侧板24,所述角落件82分别通过胶粘或螺钉锁固的方式安装于所述背板2的侧板24上。优选的,所述角落件82分别设于侧板24之间的连接处。在本实施例中,所述侧板24的数量为四个,所述角落件82的数量对应为四个。
所述每一角落件82包括第一连接件84及垂直连接在第一连接件84一端的第二连接件86,该第一与第二连接件84、86分别抵靠在相邻两侧板24内侧。
所述角落件82远离光学膜片组6设有支撑面822以用于支撑液晶显示面板(未图示),该支撑面82为角落件82远离光学膜片组6的上表面。
优选的,该第一与第二连接件84、86的横截面均呈矩形,相应的角落件横截面呈矩形,所述角落件82整体呈L形,且在本实施例中,该数个角落件82形状大小均一致,由于本发明的分体式胶框8未在朝向液晶显示面板方向上设置挡墙,进而避免了现有分体式胶框8由于在朝向液晶显示面板方向上设置挡墙而存在的间隙,进而减小背光模组在使用过程中产生的漏光及其支撑不均的风险。
所述角落件82靠近光学膜片组6设有固定部824,光学膜片组6对应该固定部824设有配合部62,通过固定部824与配合部62的配合将光学膜片组6固定于导光板4上。在本实施例中,所述固定部824为凸设于角落件82靠近光学膜片组6的下表面826上的突起,而配合部62为设于光学膜片组6上的配合孔,该突起卡合于该配合孔内,进而将光学膜片组6固定。优选的,该突起位于第一与第二连接件84、86的连接处,呈圆柱状,该配合孔为圆形通孔。
本发明的背光模组,通过采用分体式胶框的上表面作为液晶显示面板的支撑面,加大了对液晶显示面板的支撑面积,从而改进了支撑的稳定性,且有效防止了漏光现象的产生,保证了背光模组的辉度,提升光学品级。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括:背板、设于背板内的背光源、设于背板内的导光板、设于导光板上的光学膜片组及设于背板内的分体式胶框,所述分体式胶框包括数个分离设置的角落件,其分别位于光学膜片组上,所述角落件远离光学膜片组设有支撑面以用于支撑液晶显示面板。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背板包括底板及连接于底板的数个侧板,所述角落件分别设于背板的侧板上。
3.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述角落件分别设于侧板之间的连接处。
4.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述角落件通过胶粘或螺钉锁固的方式安装于所述背板的侧板上。
5.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,该支撑面为角落件远离光学膜片组的上表面。
6.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述每一角落件包括第一连接件及垂直连接在第一连接件一端的第二连接件,该第一与第二连接件分别抵靠在相邻两侧板内侧。
7.如权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,该第一与第二连接件的横截面均呈矩形,所述角落件呈L形,数个角落件形状大小均一致。
8.如权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述角落件靠近光学膜片组设有固定部,光学膜片组对应该固定部设有配合部,通过固定部与配合部的配合将光学膜片组固定于导光板上。
9.如权利要求8所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述固定部为凸设于角落件靠近光学膜片组的下表面上的突起,而配合部为设于光学膜片组上的配合孔。
10.如权利要求9所述的背光模组,其特征在于,该突起位于第一与第二连接件的连接处,呈圆柱状,该配合孔为圆形通孔,所述侧板的数量为四个,所述角落件的数量对应为四个。
