Abstract

本发明提供了一种连续油管夹持机构及使用该夹持机构的注入头,涉及石油钻采设备领域。其包括鞍型夹持块及夹持块座,所述鞍型夹持块连接在所述夹持块座上,其特点在于:所述鞍型夹持块的两侧设有舌台,所述舌台上设有开口孔,所述鞍型夹持块的背部设有凹槽,所述夹持块座两侧分别设有一对凸台,所述鞍型夹持块的凹槽插装在由所述夹持块座凸台形成的卡槽上,所述凹槽与所述卡槽之间留有窜动间隙,所述夹持块座上设有用于限定所述鞍型夹持块位置的定位螺钉。所述注入头包括油管夹持机构及传动链条,油管夹持机构通过夹持块座上的两个销轴孔安装在所述传动链条上。本方案的优点是能有效避免对油管的磨损,使用可靠,同时便于夹持块更换。

Description

一种连续油管夹持机构及采用该夹持机构的注入头
技术领域
本发明涉及石油钻采设备领域,特别涉及一种连续油管夹持机构,还涉及采用该夹持机构的注入头。
背景技术
注入头是连续油管设备的核心部件,夹持机构为注入头提供夹紧力,用于输送连续油管。目前常用的注入头上所使用的带有滚动体的夹持机构由于夹持块和夹持块座之间的连接结构原因存在如下缺陷:一是夹持机构上使用的夹持块不能在夹持块座上滑动,不利于夹持块的主动对中调整,导致磨损油管,降低了油管的使用寿命;二是传统的夹持机构,夹持块与夹持块座间直接接触,不利于缓冲夹持块对油管的冲击,对油管的磨损严重。专利号为201120073047.2的实用新型专利公开了一种连续油管夹持装置,其夹持块和夹持块座之间通过所述夹持块上的钩块和所述夹持块座上的凸台相扣接,这使得夹持块可以在夹持块座上沿垂直于所夹持油管的方向有一定的窜动,并通过设于所述夹持块座上的限位台和与限位台相对的限位螺栓限定夹持块的窜动位置。这样虽然较好的解决了上述因夹持块不能活动所带来的问题,并使得夹持块更换较为容易,但尚存在如下不足:由于工作中夹持块的随机窜动对限位螺栓产生频繁的剪切力,造成该限位螺栓断裂频繁,影响注入头连续工作;再是更换夹持块时需要沿油管方向移动夹持块以使钩块和凸台脱钩,不便操作。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种新型的连续油管夹持机构,以减少夹持机构对所夹持油管的磨损,并使得夹持机构使用更可靠,夹持块更换更便捷。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种连续油管夹持机构,包括鞍型夹持块及夹持块座,所述夹持块座包括销轴及套装于所述销轴上的滚动体,所述夹持块座沿销轴方向,设有用于插装注入头链条连接销轴的两个通孔,所述夹持块座的上部设有三道隔板,在所述隔板上设有用于安装销轴的销轴孔;
其特点在于:所述鞍型夹持块的两侧设有舌台,所述舌台上设有开口孔,所述鞍型夹持块的背部设有凹槽,所述夹持块座两侧分别设有一对凸台,在所述同侧凸台之间形成与所述凹槽相对应的卡槽,所述鞍型夹持块的凹槽插装在所述夹持块座的卡槽上,所述凹槽与所述卡槽之间沿所述销轴方向留有窜动间隙,所述夹持块座上还设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔上设有用于限定所述鞍型夹持块位置的定位螺钉。
本发明的有益效果是:由于通过夹持块座上的凸台形成的卡槽限定了鞍型夹持块沿垂直于所夹持油管的方向窜动位置,采用定位螺钉把鞍型夹持块限位固定在所述夹持块座上,这样既保证了夹持块能随油管有一定窜动,又不会对定位螺钉产生剪切,避免了对油管的磨损,也提高了注入头工作的可靠性;另外,在需要更换夹持块时,只要旋出两个定位螺钉即可使鞍型夹持块脱离,便于注入头的维护。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步的,所述定位螺钉是塞打螺钉,所述塞打螺钉的螺杆外径小于所述开口孔的直径。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,塞打螺钉的上部穿过所述鞍型夹持块的开口孔,夹持块受夹持块座卡槽的限制不会对螺钉产生剪切力。
进一步的,还包括垫于所述鞍型夹持块和所述夹持块座之间的垫片,所述垫片上设有与所述夹持块座的底部螺纹孔对应的限位孔,所述垫片可以是实心平板,也可以设有一定数量的孔。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,选用弹性垫片可以有效缓冲油管对夹持块产生的径向冲击,从而保护油管及夹持块不被损坏。
进一步的,所述销轴的端部还设有轴用弹性挡圈。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,轴用弹性挡圈用于防止销轴窜位。
进一步的,所述鞍型夹持块的圆弧上设有若干垂直于所夹持油管的沟槽。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,沟槽可以容纳进入夹持块圆弧的杂质,对油管起保护作用。
进一步的,所述滚动体是滚动轴承或滚动轴套。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,滚动轴承或滚动轴套在注入头推板上滚动,能减小夹持机构的运动阻力。
本发明还提供了一种连续油管注入头,其特征在于:包括以上所述的连续油管夹持机构。具体方案如下:
一种油管注入头,包括驱动链轮、传动链条、支撑板、推板、夹紧油缸,其特点是:所述传动链条上安装有所述油管夹持机构。夹紧油缸固定在支撑板上,所述油管夹持机构安装于传动链条上,所述推板通过活动连杆连接于支撑板上,夹紧油缸的活塞压靠在所述推板一面,所述推板另一面压在所述油管夹持机构的夹持底座的滚动体上。当油管注入头工作时,推板压紧油管夹持机构,传动链条带动油管夹持机构将油管向前输送,滚动轴套在链条压板上滚动。
本油管注入头的有益效果是:由于采用本发明的油管夹持机构,其夹持块的随动间隙大,可以在油管不是很直时,夹持块自动跟动,避免油管受伤或磨损,并且夹持块容易更换。夹持机构内增加垫片,减少了夹持块对油管的冲击,延长了油管的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明:
如图1-图7所示:一种连续油管夹持机构,包括鞍型夹持块1及夹持块座4,所述夹持块座4包括销轴6及套装于所述销轴上的滚动体5,所述夹持块座4沿销轴6方向,设有用于插装与注入头链条连接销轴的两个通孔402,所述夹持块座4的上部设有三道隔板403,在所述隔板403上设有用于安装销轴6的销轴孔401;
所述鞍型夹持块1的两侧设有舌台102,所述舌台102上设有开口孔103,所述鞍型夹持块1的背部设有凹槽104,所述夹持块座4两侧分别设有一对凸台406,在所述同侧凸台之间形成与所述凹槽104相对应的卡槽405,所述鞍型夹持块的凹槽104插装在所述夹持块座的卡槽405上,所述凹槽104与所述卡槽405之间沿所述销轴6方向留有窜动间隙,所述夹持块座4上还设有螺纹孔404,所述螺纹孔404上设有用于限定所述鞍型夹持块1位置的定位螺钉2。
所述定位螺钉2是塞打螺钉,所述塞打螺钉的螺杆外径小于所述开口孔103的直径。所述塞打螺钉也叫止动螺钉,其结构一般是螺钉头、光杆及丝杆依次连接,光杆直径大于丝杠,在光杆与丝杆连接处形成台肩。
具体实施中,所述夹持块1两侧的舌台102卡在所述光杆上,使所述夹持块1相对夹持块座4在左右方向有窜动间隙,此间隙大小受所述卡槽405的限制;所述塞打螺钉的台肩卡在所述螺纹孔404的圆台上,对丝杆形成限位作用,使夹持块1在沿塞打螺钉轴向也有一定活动间隙,以保证夹持块1能灵活窜动。
本发明还包括垫于所述鞍型夹持块1和所述夹持块座4之间的垫片3,所述垫片3上设有与所述夹持块座4的底部螺纹孔404对应的限位孔301,所述垫片3可以是实心平板,也可以设有一定数量的孔302。
所述销轴6的端部还设有轴用弹性挡圈7。
所述鞍型夹持块1的圆弧上设有若干垂直于所夹持油管的沟槽101。
所述滚动体5是滚动轴承或滚动轴套。
本发明还提供一种采用上述连续油管夹持机构的注入头。具体方案如下:
如图8所示:一种油管注入头,包括驱动链轮12、传动链条13、支撑板14、推板15、夹紧油缸16,所述支撑板14、夹紧油缸16、推板15等安装在所述传动链条13所形成闭环的内部。其特点是:所述传动链条13上连续安装有多组所述油管夹持机构11。支撑板14固定于注入头的机架上,夹紧油缸16固定在支撑板14上,所述油管夹持机构11通过通孔402安装于传动链条13上,所述推板15通过活动连杆18连接于支撑板14上,本例中活动连杆的一端是关节轴承,连接于推板15上,另一端***固定于支撑板14上的轴套19中,并且活动连杆18可以随推板15受力情况而在轴套19上滑动。夹紧油缸16的油缸活塞17压靠在所述推板15的一面上,所述推板15另一面压在所述油管夹持机构11的夹持底座的滚动体5上。当油管注入头工作时,推板15压紧油管夹持机构11,驱动链轮12驱动传动链条13,并带动油管夹持机构11将油管向前输送,滚动体5在推板15上滚动,在两对面两个鞍型夹持块的作用下,油管向设定方向运动。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种连续油管夹持机构,包括鞍型夹持块(1)及夹持块座(4),所述夹持块座(4)包括销轴(6)及套装于所述销轴上的滚动体(5),所述夹持块座(4)沿销轴(6)方向,设有用于插装注入头链条连接销轴的两个通孔(402),所述夹持块座(4)的上部设有三道隔板(403),在所述隔板(403)上设有用于安装销轴(6)的销轴孔(401);
其特征在于:所述鞍型夹持块(1)的两侧设有舌台(102),所述舌台(102)上设有开口孔(103),所述鞍型夹持块(1)的背部设有凹槽(104),所述夹持块座(4)两侧分别设有一对凸台(406),在同侧所述凸台(406)之间形成与所述凹槽(104)相对应的卡槽(405),所述鞍型夹持块的凹槽(104)插装在所述夹持块座的卡槽(405)上,所述凹槽(104)与所述卡槽(405)之间沿所述销轴(6)方向留有窜动间隙,所述夹持块座(4)上还设有螺纹孔(404),所述螺纹孔(404)上设有用于限定所述鞍型夹持块(1)位置的定位螺钉(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管夹持机构,其特征在于:所述定位螺钉(2)是塞打螺钉。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的连续油管夹持机构,其特征在于:还包括垫于所述鞍型夹持块(1)和所述夹持块座(4)之间的垫片(3),所述垫片(3)上设有与所述夹持块座(4)的底部螺纹孔(404)对应的限位孔(301)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的连续油管夹持机构,其特征在于:所述销轴(6)的端部还设有轴用弹性挡圈(7)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的连续油管夹持机构,其特征在于:所述鞍型夹持块(1)的圆弧上设有若干垂直于所夹持油管的沟槽(101)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的连续油管夹持机构,其特征在于:所述滚动体(5)是滚动轴承或滚动轴套。
7.一种油管注入头,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1~6任一项所述的连续油管夹持机构。
