Abstract

中医脉诊时,只能是医生本人感受着脉动信号,因为不能传出,所以不能同时为他人或仪器所感受,本发明提供了一种从人体感受脉象信号并且转换成电信号传导出来的方法,为使中医切脉与仪器及电子计算机连机,实现数字化,科学化提供了客观的依据,此法主要以感囊作为切脉的媒介,利用感囊及压力传感器,把触摸脉的感受转换成电信号传出,此法可用于脉诊仪器及其***中。

Description

本发明属于医疗器械领域,特别是属于中医脉诊的传感装置。脉诊的关键在于临床实践,因此其传感装置必须具备可用性、可靠性、实用性等特点。脉诊传感器的进步直接关系到中医现代化的进程,所以新的传感方法不断出现。然而,直到目前所得知的传感方法还都存在着严重的缺欠,还不能满足脉诊对传感装置的要求。如,用多层膜片作的压电传感器,质地较硬;用驻极体话筒或其他机械传感器,则所传送的信息量不够。主要表现在两方面:其一,是这些传感器的材质与人体皮肤差异较大,当与人体脉位相接触时,就诊者的脉象将在不同程度上受到影响使脉象不准。其二,脉诊时这些传感器的功能与医生的指感脉诊不能被同时发挥,并且传感器的功能又远不及医生的脉诊指感。所以我认为:只有能充分发挥医生脉诊指感作用的传感器才具备临床脉诊传感器的特点,才能达到以传感器***辅助中医脉诊全面提高中医临床诊断水平的目的。
本发明是以感囊做为感受器。感囊由囊、传感体和导管所组成。图1是感囊结构示意图,感囊由囊(1)、传感体(2)和导管(3)构成。囊,由柔软且薄而韧、与人皮肤相近的材质制成。囊中装载传感体,传感体经导管与压力传感器相通,感囊接触人体脉位。由感囊获取脉象信号传至压力传感器。在压力传感器中将压力信号转换成电信号。切脉时,可以用器具把感囊固定于脉位上;亦可将感囊置于医生指端与就诊者脉位之间,以其手指对脉位的触感使感囊准确地定位在脉位上;并充分发挥触感的作用。感囊有两种形式:
形式一:压力传输型。图2是压力传输型感囊结构图,囊(5)中的传感体(6)为液体或气体,感囊的一端由密封塞(4)密封,另一端由导管(7)连到压力传感器上。
形式二:压敏电阻型。图3是压敏电阻型感形囊结构图,囊(9)中的传感体(10)为导电液体,感囊的两端有由导电的接线端子(8)密封,并由端子帽(11),导线(12)连入压力传感器的电路中。当感囊受到压力时,囊的截面积将随之变小,感囊两端电阻将随之变大;反之亦反。由此,感囊所感受到的压力变化将被转化成相应的电阻变化,由导线传至外电路。

  1. 一种医用脉诊传感装置,它包括由囊、传感体和导管所组成的感囊,其中,囊充载传感体,传感体与传感器相通,囊由柔软、薄而韧与人体皮肤相近的材料制成,感囊接触人体脉位,由感囊获取脉象信号传至压力传感器。
