Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED路灯光源安装结构,光源安装于外凸弧形结构的出光面板上,出光面板的出光面上设置有若干个呈矩阵排列的光源安装凹槽,光源嵌入安装于光源安装凹槽内,且所有光源的设置角度均与出光面板的出光面垂直。本发明采用外凸弧形结构的面板来安装灯源,扩大了灯源的出光角度,改变了原有的平面出光的结构,扩大了LED路灯的空间照射范围,使灯具光效充分利用,照射实际效果更加优良。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED路灯领域,具体是一种LED路灯光源安装结构。
背景技术
传统的市政照明灯具主要采用钠灯、汞灯、金卤灯或无极灯等,而这些灯的耗电量大,且寿命短,维护费用高,不利于环保。因此,采用LED灯具替代传统灯具已成为照明领域的一次改革。现有的LED路灯采用圆形透光罩来聚集光线,但现有的透光罩投射的光斑为圆形,而且中心与周边之间的光强度相差较大;如果要扩大照射范围,只能通过在道路延伸方向上多设灯具,通过相邻灯具的光斑叠加来达到光强度要求,但是这种结构也只是灯具正下方的照度高,其他区域低,这种亮暗不均的照明,直接影响行车安全。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种LED路灯光源安装结构,提高了LED路灯的照射角度和照射的光效。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种LED路灯光源安装结构,所述的光源安装于出光面板上,所述的出光面板为外凸弧形结构的面板,出光面板的出光面上设置有若干个呈矩阵排列的光源安装凹槽,所述的光源嵌入安装于光源安装凹槽内,且所有光源的设置角度均与出光面板的出光面垂直。
所述的光源的排列列数为双数,且左部的光源与右部的光源为对称安装结构。
本发明采用外凸弧形结构的面板来安装灯源,扩大了灯源的出光角度,改变了原有的平面出光的结构,扩大了LED路灯的空间照射范围,使灯具光效充分利用,照射实际效果更加优良。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2,一种LED路灯光源安装结构,光源1为36个,呈6*6的矩阵嵌入安装于外凸弧形结构出光面板2的出光面上,且36个光源1的设置角度均与出光面板2的出光面垂直。

1.一种LED路灯光源安装结构,所述的光源安装于出光面板上,其特征在于:所述的出光面板为外凸弧形结构的面板,出光面板的出光面上设置有若干个呈矩阵排列的光源安装凹槽,所述的光源嵌入安装于光源安装凹槽内,且所有光源的设置角度均与出光面板的出光面垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯光源安装结构,其特征在于:所述的光源的排列列数为双数,且左部的光源与右部的光源为对称安装结构。
