本发明涉及肥料技术领域,具体来说涉及一种利用城市生活垃圾填埋渗滤液的液态肥,同时还涉及一种该液态肥的制备方法。
背景技术
垃圾渗滤液水质复杂,含有多种有毒有害的无机物和有机物。其中有机污染物经技术检测有99种之多,还有22种已经被列入中国和美国国家环保署的重点控制名单,一种可直接致癌,五种可诱发致癌。除此之外渗滤液中还含有难以生物降解的萘、菲等非氯化芳香族化合物、氯化芳香族化物,磷酸醋,酚类化合物和苯胺类化合物等。同时垃圾渗滤液中CODcr、BOD5浓度最高值可达数千至几万。和城市污水相比,浓度高得多,所以未经处理的渗滤液是不能直接排入城市污水处理管道的或其他所用的。而现在对垃圾渗滤液的处理几乎是空白,由此对环境造成了严重的污染。
石钾素具有特殊构造性能的一组架状硅铝磷钾酸盐矿,含18种大、中、微稀有元素及有机活性物质。通过释放、转化直接和间接对植物与土壤提供全面的营养,而且在其它各个方面有很高的应用价值。化学成分:SiO2(硅)56.46,Al3O2(铝)10.94,H2O(氢)3.74,C(碳)3.93,P2O5(磷)2.91,K2O(钾)4.01,C2O(钙)5.47,Fe2O3(铁)4.65,MgO(镁)12.11,Na2O(钠)0.094,TiO2(钛)0.65,MnO(锰)0.04,Mo(钼)0.1,B(硼)0.01,S(硫)0.063,Zn(锌)1.51,Cu(铜)67,有机质6.12,吸氨量15.6,吸钾量4.89,化学式:AmBpO2P·nH2O,结构式:A(x/q)[(AlO2)x(SiO2)]n(H2O),其中:A为Ca、Na、K、Ba、Sy等阳离子。B为Al和Si,P为阳离子化合价,M为阳离子数,n为水分子数,x为Al原子数,y为Si原子数,(y/x)通常在1-5之间,(x+y)是单位晶胞中四面体的个数。
在植物生长过程中,土壤里的病菌、种子基因里的遗传病菌及其他真菌、细菌等病原体,都会影响植物的生长发育,导致植物生理机能失调,使植物抵抗力差,诱发和加重植物传染病原基因的发生,引发病害,造成植物的减产。而现有的植物防治药物存在毒性大,不易分解,易随植物侵入人体,而且,不能同时增强植物营养,一般的液态肥不具备防治植物病害的功效。因此,还没有一种无毒性、无公害、无残留既能防治植物病菌,又能全面增加营养,增产增质的液态肥。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点而提供一种无毒性、无残留既能防治植物病菌,又能全面增加植物营养,增产增质的利用城市生活垃圾填埋渗滤液的液态肥。
本发明的另一目的在于提供该液态肥的制备方法。
本发明的一种利用城市生活垃圾填埋渗滤液的液态肥,包括如下重量比的原料:
石钾素8-25份、EDTA0.3-2份、醋酸0.3-1份、高精酮0.3-1.5份、正丁醇0.4-2份、A生物菌液1-7份、B生物菌液1-7份、垃圾填埋渗滤液1000份、果胶酶0.3-0.8份;
其中:A生物菌液的制备方法为:将去皮土豆加1000ml蒸馏水煮沸至30分钟过滤得滤液加红糖15-30g,补足至1000ml水, 冷却至28-35℃,将毕赤酵母(Pichia):保加利亚乳杆菌(Lactobacillus):绿色木霉(Trichoderma):黄孢革平菌(Phanerochaete)按重量比为1:1:1:1混匀取40ml加入,室内28-35℃掊养2-5天即得;
B生物菌液的制备方法为:将去皮土豆加1000ml蒸馏水煮沸至30分钟过滤得滤液加红糖15-30g,补足至1000ml水, 冷却至28-35℃,将酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces):巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus):苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus):链霉菌(Streptomyces)按重量比为1:1:1:1混匀取40ml加入,室内28-35℃掊养2-5天即得。

(1)在垃圾填埋渗滤液中,按上述重量份加入A生物菌液、果胶酶、石钾素搅拌加热至125-150℃,30-40分钟, 冷确至38-45℃溶液经沉淀得上清液,灭菌封存备用;
(2)在上清液中加入上述重量份的醋酸、EDTA、B生物菌液搅拌混合,过滤,滤液备用;
(3)在滤液中按重量份加入高精酮、正丁醇进行搅拌增效稳定,然后调节PH值为3.0,即得产品。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下明显的优点和有益的效果,从以上技术方案可知:石钾素是一种新型、广谱、无毒的化工原料,含有的各种元素对调节和促进植物生长均有很好的作用;EDTA主要用作金属离子的鳌合剂。组分中含生物防治病菌元素及各种营养元素,是一种增效渗透,标本兼治的液态肥,避免了单一功效而只防治病菌或只有肥效不能防治病菌的弊端,既可防治病菌,又能补充植物营养。在制备方法中,充分利用EDTA、醋酸,增效剂、正丁醇等络合,鳌合,分子渗透聚合,稳定掩蔽等作用,得到对各种植物全面吸收营养起到促进作用;A及B生物菌液能刺激植物的免疫及生长***反应,诱导植物体产生抗病因子,在短期内产生抗病物质,溶解真菌、细菌等病原体细胞壁,调节和促进植物生长;配制中加入石钾素和增效剂是植物生长所必需的营养物质,能促进植物光合作用,调节植物体内氧化还原与碳水化合物的转化,增加叶绿素含量,促进植物生长,提高植物抗病能力,达到改善植物品质,增加植物产量,具有无毒性,无残留,标本兼治,防病营养双重功效,且成本低廉。经过2万多亩各类作物,特别是茶叶、烟草、蔬菜的施用,对各类植物的病菌起到了较好的防效,亩增产13-20%,提高植物的品质,达到标本兼治,防病营养的双重功效。同时有效地解决了城市垃圾填埋渗滤液100%。
本发明的具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的有益效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种利用城市生活垃圾填埋渗滤液的液态肥的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)A生物菌液的制备:将去皮土豆加1000ml蒸馏水煮沸至30分钟过滤得滤液加红糖15-30g,补足至1000ml水, 冷却至28-35℃,将毕赤酵母:保加利亚乳杆菌:绿色木霉:黄孢革平菌按重量比为1:1:1:1混匀取40ml加入,室内28-35℃掊养2-5天即得;
B生物菌液的制备:将去皮土豆加1000ml蒸馏水煮沸至30分钟过滤得滤液加红糖15-30g,补足至1000ml水, 冷却至28-35℃,将酿酒酵母:巨大芽孢杆菌:苏云金芽孢杆菌:链霉菌按重量比为1:1:1:1混匀取40ml加入,室内28-35℃掊养2-5天即得。
(2)在1T垃圾填埋渗滤液中,加入A生物菌液1Kg、果胶酶300g、石钾素8Kg搅拌加热至125℃,30分钟, 冷确至38℃溶液经沉淀得上清液,灭菌封存备用;
(3)在上清液中加入醋酸300g、EDTA300g、B生物菌液1000g搅拌混合,过滤,滤液备用;
(4)在滤液中按重量比加入高精酮300g、正丁醇400g进行搅拌增效稳定,然后调节PH值为3.0,即得产品。
实施例2
一种利用城市生活垃圾填埋渗滤液的液态肥,包括下述步骤:
(1)A生物菌液及B生物菌液的制备同实施例1。
在1T垃圾填埋渗滤液中,加入A生物菌液2Kg、果胶酶800g、石钾素11Kg,搅拌加热至130℃,40分钟,冷确至40℃溶液经沉淀得上清液,灭菌封存备用;
(2)在上清液中加入上述重量比的醋酸500g、EDTA800g、B生物菌液2Kg搅拌混合,过滤,滤液备用;
(3)在滤液中按重量比加入高精酮500g、正丁醇800g进行搅拌增效稳定,然后调节PH值为3.0,即得产品。
实施例3:
一种利用城市生活垃圾填埋渗滤液的液态肥,包括下述步骤:
(1)A生物菌液及B生物菌液的制备同实施例1。在1T垃圾填埋渗滤液中,加入A生物菌液4kg、果胶酶500g、石钾素16Kg,搅拌加热至140℃,35分钟, 冷确至41℃溶液经沉淀得上清液,灭菌封存备用;
(2)在上清液中加入醋酸700g、EDTA1.2Kg、B生物菌液4Kg搅拌混合,过滤,滤液备用;
(3)在滤液中高精酮800g、正丁醇1.2Kg进行搅拌增效稳定,然后调节PH值为3.0,即得产品。
所得产品经黔西县欣民果蔬专业合作社1.5万亩大田应用结果调查植物病毒病数及其严重度等统计数据,得到有效防治,增产率达到13-20%,这表明应用本发明得到的产品施加给植物,具有防病营养,增产、增收的双重功效。对照结果如表1所示。

经贵州省产品质量监督检验院捡验达到国家微量元素叶面肥标准GB/17420-1998《微量元素叶面肥料》国家标准,GB/T 23349-2009 《肥料中砷、镉、铅、铬、贡生态指标》国家标准,GB/T 11957-2001《煤中腐植酸产率测定方法》,GB/T 19524.1-2004《肥料中粪大肠菌群的测定》,GB/T19524.2-2004《肥料中蛔虫卵死亡率的测定》,见表2。

实施例4:
一种利用城市生活垃圾填埋渗滤液的液态肥,包括下述步骤:
(1)A生物菌液及B生物菌液的制备同实施例1。在1T垃圾填埋渗滤液中,加入A生物菌液5kg、果胶酶600g、石钾素20Kg,搅拌加热至140℃,40分钟, 冷确至43℃溶液经沉淀得上清液,灭菌封存备用;
(2)在上清液中加入上述重量比的醋酸800g、EDTA1.6Kg、B生物菌液5Kg搅拌混合,过滤,滤液备用;
(3)在滤液中按重量比加入高精酮1Kg、正丁醇1.6Kg进行搅拌增效稳定,然后调节PH值为3.0,即得产品。
实施例5:
一种利用城市生活垃圾填埋渗滤液的液态肥,包括下述步骤:
(1)A生物菌液及B生物菌液的制备同实施例1。在1T垃圾填埋渗滤液中,加入A生物菌液7Kg、果胶酶800g,、石钾素25Kg,搅拌加热至150℃,40分钟,冷确至45℃溶液经沉淀得上清液,灭菌封存备用;
(2)在上清液中加入醋酸1Kg、EDTA2Kg、B生物菌液7Kg搅拌混合,过滤,滤液备用;
(3)滤液中加入高精酮1.5Kg、正丁醇2Kg进行搅拌增效稳定,然后调节PH值为3.0,即得产品。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,任何未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种利用城市生活垃圾填埋渗滤液的液态肥,包括如下重量比的原料:
石钾素8-25份、EDTA0.3-2份、醋酸0.3-1份、高精酮0.3-1.5份、正丁醇0.4-2份、A生物菌液1-7份、B生物菌液1-7份、垃圾填埋渗滤液1000份、果胶酶0.3-0.8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的利用城市生活垃圾填埋渗滤液的液态肥,其中:A生物菌液的制备方法为:将去皮土豆加1000ml蒸馏水煮沸至30分钟过滤得滤液加红糖15-30g,补足至1000ml水, 冷却至28-35℃,将毕赤酵母:保加利亚乳杆菌:绿色木霉:黄孢革平菌按重量比为1:1:1:1混匀取40ml加入,室内28-35℃掊养2-5天即得。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的利用城市生活垃圾填埋渗滤液的液态肥,B生物菌液的制备方法为:将去皮土豆加1000ml蒸馏水煮沸至30分钟过滤得滤液加红糖15-30g,补足至1000ml水, 冷却至28-35℃,将酿酒酵母:巨大芽孢杆菌:苏云金芽孢杆菌:链霉菌按重量比为1:1:1:1混匀取40ml加入,室内28-35℃掊养2-5天即得。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种利用城市生活垃圾填埋渗滤液的液态肥的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)在垃圾填埋渗滤液中,按上述重量份加入A生物菌液、果胶酶、石钾素搅拌加热至125-150℃,30-40分钟, 冷确至38-45℃溶液经沉淀得上清液,灭菌封存备用;
(2)在上清液中加入上述重量份的醋酸、EDTA、B生物菌液搅拌混合,过滤,滤液备用;
(3)在滤液中按重量份加入高精酮、正丁醇进行搅拌增效稳定,然后调节PH值为3.0,即得产品。
