本发明公开一种便于检测的堆垛机货叉,包括货叉本体,所述货叉本体的侧面开有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有反光板。所述便于检测的堆垛机货叉在其侧面开设凹槽,并在凹槽内通过螺钉固定设置反光镜,固定牢固可靠,且反光镜整体不高出货叉本体的面,不会因人为触碰而掉落,有效解决了传统的堆垛机货叉侧面贴的反光膜易脱落,造成光电开关无法正常工作,无法检测货叉是否动作到位的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种货叉,尤其涉及一种便于检测的堆垛机货叉。
背景技术
堆垛机是一种仓储设备,其用货叉或串杆攫取、搬运和堆垛或从高层货架上存取单元货物的专用起重机。堆垛机的货叉工作时,都有一套货叉检测装置,检测货叉正常工作时是否动作到位,尤其是上叉,有时会由于链条断裂等异常原因导致上叉无法工作,因此上叉检测装置完全是必要的。目前,市场上采取的做法是在上叉侧面贴反光膜,载货台上装对射光电开关,以此检测货叉是否动作到位,但是长期运行会因为人为因素(触碰)和胶水失效导致反光膜脱落,使得光电开关无法正常工作,无法检测货叉是否动作到位。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种便于检测的堆垛机货叉,以解决传统的堆垛机货叉侧面贴的反光膜易脱落,造成光电开关无法正常工作,无法检测货叉是否动作到位的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种便于检测的堆垛机货叉,包括货叉本体,所述货叉本体的侧面开有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有反光板。
进一步的,所述凹槽的截面为矩形。
进一步的,所述凹槽的深度为3-5mm。
进一步的,所述反光板通过螺钉紧固于凹槽内。
本发明的有益效果为,所述便于检测的堆垛机货叉在其侧面开设凹槽,并在凹槽内通过螺钉固定设置反光镜,固定牢固可靠,且反光镜整体不高出货叉本体的面,不会因人为触碰而掉落,有效解决了传统的堆垛机货叉侧面贴的反光膜易脱落,造成光电开关无法正常工作,无法检测货叉是否动作到位的问题。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
请参照图1所示,图1为本发明便于检测的堆垛机货叉的侧面结构示意图;于本实施例中,一种便于检测的堆垛机货叉,包括货叉本体2,所述货叉本体2的侧面开有凹槽1,所述凹槽1的截面为矩形,其深度为3-5mm,且凹槽1内通过螺钉固定设置有反光板3。
所述便于检测的堆垛机货叉在其侧面开设凹槽1,并在凹槽1内通过螺钉固定设置反光镜3,固定牢固可靠,且反光镜3整体不高出货叉本体2的面,不会因人为触碰而掉落,有效解决了传统的堆垛机货叉侧面贴的反光膜易脱落,造成光电开关无法正常工作,无法检测货叉是否动作到位的问题。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的便于检测的堆垛机货叉,其特征在于:所述凹槽的深度为3-5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的便于检测的堆垛机货叉,其特征在于:所述反光板通过螺钉紧固于凹槽内。
