技术领域
本发明涉及一种夹具，尤其涉及一种用于光纤接插件制备的专用夹具。
背景技术
随着光纤通讯技术不断的发展，特别是高速局域网和光接进网的发展，光纤接插件在光纤***中的应用将更为广泛。光纤接插件需要用专用夹具来完成生产，目前的专用夹具不仅结构复杂，而且可操作性差，需要对光纤接插件专用夹具加以改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种结构简单、使用方便的用于光纤接插件制备的专用夹具。
    为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种用于光纤接插件制备的专用夹具，包括底座和支撑板，所述底座上设置有夹具体机座，所述夹具体机座与所述支撑板并接，上方设置有夹具体。
    为了便于零件的装夹，进一步地，所述夹具体上设置有零件安装孔。
    为了带动夹具体滑动，再进一步地，所述夹具体和夹具体机座之间通过螺钉连接。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益之处是：这种用于光纤接插件制备的专用夹具结构简单，由于是自动化生产，生产效率高。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述：
    图1所示一种用于光纤接插件制备的专用夹具，包括底座1和支撑板3，底座1上设置有夹具体机座5，所述的支撑板3和夹具体机座5上设置有夹具体2，因为夹具体机座5与底座1为滑动连接，根据实际需要可以改变夹具体2的位置；所述的夹具体2上设置有零件安装孔4，光纤接插件的头部刚好镶嵌在零件安装孔4上，所述的夹具体2和夹具体机座5是通过螺钉6连接，紧固，这样安装和拆卸比较方便。
这种用于光纤接插件制备的专用夹具结构简单，由于是自动化生产，生产效率高。

1.一种用于光纤接插件制备的专用夹具，其特征在于：包括底座（1）和支撑板（3），所述底座（1）上设置有夹具体机座（5），所述夹具体机座（5）与所述支撑板（3）并接，上方设置有夹具体（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于光纤接插件制备的专用夹具，其特征在于：所述夹具体（2）上设置有零件安装孔（4）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于光纤接插件制备的专用夹具，其特征在于：所述夹具体（2）和夹具体机座（5）之间通过螺钉（6）连接。
