技术领域
本发明属于热流道***领域,涉及一种热流道***上的热嘴结构,尤其涉及一种锥度式针阀热嘴主体结构。 
背景技术
热流道***为目前常用的一种塑胶模具部件,其相对于普通流道,具有操作简化、成型周期短,节约原料、制品成本低、产品质量高等诸多优点。目前,热流道***常用的热嘴,包括热嘴主体,热嘴主体外部设有发热管,内部设有流道,热嘴主体的头部套接有安装座。热嘴主体1的结构如图1所示,其与安装座2套接处设有台阶3,热嘴主体1自身为圆柱形结构,台阶3处为尖角4结构。这种结构的热嘴主体虽然一直在使用,但是仍存在一些不足,主要是台阶3处的尖角结构起尖角处强度不够,应力均集中在尖角处,致使尖角处疲劳,容易断裂。且该尖角结构对热嘴主体的材料要求较高,使得生产成本较高。另外,这种尖角结构使得热嘴主体的强度不够,从而不能加工过长的热嘴主体。 
因此,如何解决上述问题,是本发明要研究的内容。 
发明内容
本发明提供一种锥度式针阀热嘴主体结构,其目的主要是解决现有技术中热嘴主体强度不够,易断裂、不宜加工过长尺寸且成本较高的问题。 
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种锥度式针阀热嘴主体结构,包括热嘴主体、与热嘴主体套接的安装座;所述热嘴主体为锥台形,该锥台形热嘴主体与安装座套接处设有圆角过渡结构。 
由于本技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点: 
1、由于本发明的热嘴主体采用锥台形,热嘴主体与安装座套接处采用锥度式圆角过渡结构,该结构使得热嘴主体强度较好,可加工较长尺寸,且圆角过渡不会产生应力集中,热嘴主体不易发生断裂。
2、本发明由于采用锥度式圆角过渡结构,使得热嘴主体自身强度较好,从而对加工热嘴主体的材料要求不高,降低了生产成本。 
3、本发明结构简单、实用。

如图2所示,一种锥度式针阀热嘴主体结构,包括热嘴主体1、与热嘴主体1套接的安装座2;所述热嘴主体1为锥台形,该锥台形热嘴主体1与安装座2套接处设有圆角5过渡结构。
热嘴主体1采用锥台形,热嘴主体1与安装座2套接处采用锥度式圆角5过渡结构,该结构使得热嘴主体1的强度较好,可加工较长尺寸,且圆角5过渡不会产生应力集中,热嘴主体1不易发生断裂。 
由于采用锥度式圆角过渡结构,使得热嘴主体1自身强度较好,从而对加工热嘴主体1的材料要求不高,降低了生产成本。该结构简单、实用。
