Abstract

技术领域
本申请大体涉及燃气轮机发动机,并且更具体而言,涉及定位在用于燃气轮机发动机的升高的烟囱上的闭式风雨罩。
背景技术
诸如燃气轮机发动机的动力发生装备使用大量进口空气供应来支持燃烧过程。因而可在压缩机的上游使用入口空气过滤***。含有尘粒、盐和其它杂质的不纯空气可通过侵蚀、腐蚀等而损害压缩机叶片和其它类型的动力装置装备。这种损害可降低装备的预期寿命和性能。为了避免这个问题,入口空气大体穿过一系列的过滤器,以移除杂质。但是,已知的空气过滤器可被诸如雾、雨、雪等环境状况堵塞。这种堵塞可降低过滤和冷却效率,同时增加总体压降。入口空气压力损失还可在整体上导致燃气轮机发动机孔的动力输出有损失。
因此存在对一种改进的燃气轮机入口空气过滤器***的期望。这种改进的入口空气过滤器***优选将在任何类型的天气环境中提供充分的过滤。此外,这种改进的燃气轮机入口空气过滤器***可在其中具有最小的压力损失。具体而言,这种入口空气过滤器***可以提高的总效率在整体上提高燃气轮机发动机的输出。
发明内容
因而,本申请提供一种用于进入空气流的涡轮入口空气过滤器***。该涡轮入口空气过滤器***可包括燃气轮机发动机、烟囱、定位在烟囱上的风雨罩,以及滤过部。进入空气流流过风雨罩、烟囱、滤过部,以及流入燃气轮机发动机中。
本申请进一步提供一种用于进入空气流的涡轮入口空气过滤器***。该涡轮入口空气过滤器***可包括燃气轮机发动机、烟囱、定位在烟囱上的可旋转风雨罩,以及滤过部。进入空气流流过可旋转风雨罩、烟囱、滤过部,以及流入燃气轮机发动机中。
本申请进一步提供一种用于进入空气流的涡轮入口空气过滤器***。该涡轮入口空气过滤器***可包括燃气轮机发动机、烟囱、定位在烟囱上的多侧式风雨罩,以及滤过部。多侧式风雨罩可在各个侧部上包括许多活辨。进入空气流流过多侧式风雨罩、烟囱、滤过部,以及流入燃气轮机发动机中。

现在参照附图,其中相同标号在若干幅图中指示相同元件,图1显示了如可在本文中描述的涡轮入口空气过滤器***100的实例。涡轮入口空气过滤器***100可用于燃气轮机发动机110。如已知的那样,燃气轮机发动机110可包括压缩机120。压缩机120压缩进入空气流130。压缩机120将压缩空气流130输送给燃烧器140。燃烧器140使压缩空气流130与压缩燃料流150混合,并且点燃混合物而产生燃烧气体流160。燃烧气体流160又被输送给涡轮170。燃烧气体流160驱动涡轮170,以便产生机械功。燃气轮机发动机110可使用天然气、各种类型的合成气,以及/或者其它类型的燃料。燃气轮机发动机110可为许多纽约斯卡奈塔第的通用电气公司等提供的许多不同的燃气轮机发动机中的任何一个。可在本文中使用其它构件和构造。

在使用中,使用烟囱210确保了可旋转风雨罩180高于典型的本地雾水平215。烟囱210防止雾进入可旋转风雨罩180。因而避开雾等可增强滤过部240的过滤器250的运行。具体而言,应当通过防止雾或其它类型的液体薄雾与过滤器250相互作用来改进过滤器250的效率和寿命。
因而,对可旋转风雨罩180使用旋转装置220允许可旋转风雨罩180始终定向成迎着风。风雨罩180的旋转可受风的驱动,或者可对旋转装置220提供动力,使得可如期望的那样定位风雨罩180。因而,改进的风捕捉应当提高初始压力,以便改进总的燃气轮机效率。因而,涡轮入口空气过滤器***100提供了提高的效率和改进的构件寿命两者。
图2显示了如可在本文中描述的涡轮入口空气过滤器***260的一个备选实施例。涡轮入口空气过滤器***260可包括风雨罩175。在这个实施例中,风雨罩175可呈多侧式风雨罩270的形式。多侧式风雨罩270可定位在烟囱210上,并且与上面描述的其它构件处于连通。多侧式风雨罩270可包括六边形形状280。此外,多侧式风雨罩270可为八边形,或者具有任何数量的侧部290。各个侧部290可具有定位在其上的许多单向活辨300。活辨300可受风的驱动。风可来自任何方向。因而,迎着风的侧部290上的活辨310将打开,而其余活辨300将保持关闭,以便在多侧式风雨罩270内捕捉更多风。可使用任何数量或大小的活辨300。可在本文中使用其它构件和其它构造。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于进入空气流(130)的涡轮入口空气过滤器***(100),包括:
燃气轮机发动机(110);
烟囱(210);
定位在所述烟囱(210)上的风雨罩(175);以及
滤过部(240);
其中,所述进入空气流(130)流过所述风雨罩(175)、所述烟囱(210)、所述滤过部(240),以及流入所述燃气轮机发动机(110)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮入口空气过滤器***(100),其特征在于,所述风雨罩(175)包括可旋转风雨罩(180)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的涡轮入口空气过滤器***(100),其特征在于,所述可旋转风雨罩(180)包括旋转装置(220)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的涡轮入口空气过滤器***(100),其特征在于,所述可旋转风雨罩(180)包括竖直入口(190)和水平出口(200)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮入口空气过滤器***(100),其特征在于,所述风雨罩(175)包括在各个侧部(290)上具有多个活辨(300,310)的多侧式风雨罩(270)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的涡轮入口空气过滤器***(100),其特征在于,所述多个活辨(300,310)包括多个单向活辨(300,310)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的涡轮入口空气过滤器***(100),其特征在于,所述多侧式风雨罩(270)包括具有打开的活瓣(310)的侧部(290)和具有关闭的活辨(300)的多个侧部(290)。
8.根据权利要求5所述的涡轮入口空气过滤器***(100),其特征在于,所述多侧式风雨罩(270)包括六边形形状(280)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮入口空气过滤器***(100),其特征在于,所述烟囱(210)包括高于本地雾水平(215)的高度。
10.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮入口空气过滤器***(100),其特征在于,所述滤过部(240)在其中包括多个不同的过滤器(250)。
