Abstract

一种灯具,包括散热器及灯罩,灯罩与散热器连接且共同形成收容空间,所述灯罩与散热器其中之一包括固定部,所述灯罩与散热器其中另一设置卡扣部,所述卡扣部上形成有与固定部相互扣合的卡槽。上述灯具通过灯罩的固定部与散热器的卡扣部扣合连接,无须其他辅助工具,拆装方便。

本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及发光二极管照明灯具。
背景技术
为保护灯具的发光器件如发光二极管,在光源模组上罩设透明灯罩。灯罩与灯座之间通常通过螺钉固定。然,这种固定方法需要借助其他工具,拆装不便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种拆装方便的灯具。
一种灯具,包括散热器及灯罩,灯罩与散热器连接且共同形成收容空间,所述灯罩与散热器其中之一包括固定部,所述灯罩与散热器其中另一设置卡扣部,所述卡扣部上形成有与固定部相互扣合的卡槽。
上述灯具通过灯罩的固定部与散热器的卡扣部扣合连接,无须其他辅助工具,拆装方便。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图3,本发明实施方式提供的一种灯具包括灯座10、散热器13、发光二极管模组16及灯罩17。
灯座10包括一个绝缘部11和一个电连接头12。电连接头12位于绝缘部11的下方并与绝缘部11固定连接,电连接头12用于与外部电源电连接以提供灯具工作所需的电能。
散热器13位于灯座10的绝缘部11的上方并与绝缘部11固定连接。散热器13包括本体14及多个散热鳍片15。本体14整体呈中空的柱体状,本体14包括相对设置的第一表面141、第二表面142及外周面143。第一表面141远离于灯座10一侧,第二表面142靠近于灯座10一侧,本体14的外周面143连接于第一表面141与第二表面142之间。该多个散热鳍片15环绕本体14设置,在本实施方式中,散热鳍片15由本体14的外周面143沿径向向外凸伸而成。
散热器13的顶端设置若干相互间隔的卡扣部151,每一卡扣部151上形成卡槽156。在本实施方式中,卡扣部151由散热鳍片15的顶端凸伸而成。卡扣部151包括弹性臂152及止挡臂153,弹性臂152由散热鳍片15的顶端凸伸而成,止挡臂153由弹性臂152的自由端沿径向向内凸伸而成。止挡臂153包括导引面154及止挡面155。导引面154位于止挡臂153的内侧,导引面154由止挡臂153的顶端沿径向向内且向下弯曲而成。止挡面155位于止挡臂153的底端,止挡面155朝向本体14的第一表面141,止挡面155与本体14的第一表面141间隔形成卡槽156,即止挡臂153与本体14的第一表面141之间间隔形成卡槽156,该若干散热鳍片15的卡扣部151的卡槽156沿圆周方向水平连通形成一环形的安装槽157。
灯罩17采用透明材料制成,如玻璃、塑料等。灯罩17位于散热器13之上且与散热器13连接共同形成一收容空间175。在本实施方式中,灯罩17与散热器13的第一表面141共同形成收容空间175,即散热器13的第一表面141靠近灯罩17,散热器13的第二表面142远离灯罩17。
灯罩17包括固定部172及罩设部171。罩设部171呈半球壳状,罩设部171具有相对设置的入光面173及出光面174。入光面173位于罩设部171的内侧且朝向散热器13,出光面174位于罩设部171的外侧且与外界直接接触。该固定部172呈圆环形,固定部172由罩设部171的外缘沿径向向外凸伸而成,即固定部172从罩设部171的底端水平向外延伸形成。该固定部172的形状及大小分别与安装槽157的形状及大小相对应。
发光二极管模组16位于散热器13的第一表面141之上且收容于收容空间175内。发光二极管模组16朝向灯罩17的入光面173,发光二极管模组16发出的光线经由灯罩17的入光面173射入灯罩17,并最终经由灯罩17的出光面174射出灯罩17。
在将灯罩17安装到散热器13上时,灯罩17的固定部172抵靠于散热器13的止挡臂153的导引面154上,用力下压灯罩17,灯罩17的固定部172使得散热器13的卡扣部151的弹性臂152向外张开,灯罩17的固定部172沿止挡臂153的导引面154向下运动直至进入卡槽156中,卡扣部151不再受到外力并恢复原状,此时卡扣部151的止挡臂153压扣在灯罩17的固定部172上,所述弹性臂152的止挡面155与固定部172相互抵触,灯罩17的固定部172被扣合于散热器13的卡槽156中并贴合于散热器13的第一表面141上,即该散热器13的若干卡扣部151环绕灯罩17并将灯罩17的固定部172扣压于散热器13的顶端,从而灯罩17与散热器13紧密连接。上述灯具通过灯罩17的固定部172与散热器13的卡扣部151扣合连接,无须其他辅助工具,拆装方便。
另,本领域技术人员还可于本发明精神内做其它变化,如散热器13设置固定部172,灯罩17设置卡扣部151,只要其不偏离本发明的技术效果均可。这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种灯具,包括散热器及灯罩,灯罩与散热器连接且共同形成收容空间,其特征在于:所述灯罩与散热器其中之一包括固定部,所述灯罩与散热器其中另一设置卡扣部,所述卡扣部上形成有与固定部相互扣合的卡槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:该固定部形成于灯罩上,该卡扣部的数量为多个,该多个卡扣部相互间隔并环绕灯罩,该多个卡扣部的卡槽沿周向相互连通形成安装槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:每一卡扣部包括弹性臂及止挡臂,弹性臂由散热器的顶端凸伸而成,止挡臂由弹性臂的自由端沿径向向内凸伸而成,止挡臂与散热器的顶端间隔形成该卡槽。
4.如权利要求3所述的灯具,其特征在于:该散热器包括本体及多个散热鳍片,该多个散热鳍片环绕该本体设置,卡扣部由散热鳍片的顶端凸伸而成。
5.如权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于:散热器的本体包括相对设置的第一表面及第二表面,第一表面靠近灯罩,第二表面远离灯罩,本体的外周面连接于第一表面与第二表面之间,散热鳍片由本体的外周面沿径向向外凸伸而成。
6.如权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于:每一弹性臂由散热鳍片的顶端凸伸而成,止挡臂由弹性臂的自由端沿径向向内凸伸而成。
7.如权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于:止挡臂包括导引面及止挡面,导引面位于止挡臂的内侧,导引面由止挡臂的顶端沿径向向内且向下弯曲而成,止挡面位于止挡臂的底端,止挡面朝向本体的顶端,止挡面与本体的顶端间隔形成该卡槽。
8.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:还包括发光二极管模组,发光二极管模组位于散热器之上并收容于该收容空间中。
