本发明公开了一种偏航***齿圈,包括中央设置圆孔的圆盘状底座(1);底座的外圆周向上形成环状凸缘,凸缘上端面圆周位于中部形成定位凸台;六个外弧面设置齿牙的圆弧状齿圈(2)以一个完整圆周的拼接方式坐于凸缘上,且齿圈下端面的定位槽卡于凸台上;齿圈的上端面垂向间隔开设有沉头形式的安装孔(5),相对应的,凸台上端面垂向间隔开设沉头形式的螺栓孔,通过安装孔和螺栓孔穿设六角螺栓(4)和螺母将所述齿圈固定于底座上;此外,每一瓣齿圈上间隔垂向设置两个吊装孔(6)。本发明大大提高了风力发电偏航***齿圈的使用寿命并很好的节省生产成本。本发明简单实用,很好的解决了偏航***齿圈使用寿命短的问题。

偏航***齿圈
技术领域
本发明涉及风力发电机组中使用的齿圈。
背景技术
在风力发电机组的工作过程中,机组的各个零部件承受着空气动力等载荷、惯性力载荷、重力载荷和运行载荷的作用,这些载荷的特点可以是静态的、动态的、循环的、瞬间的、冲击的、随机的,并且风速和风向是不断变化的,为了应对风速和风向的不断改变,使风力发电机组输出恒定的功率。需要缩短组件维修时间,降低维修费用,以便提高工作效率。
发明内容
本发明提供一种风力发电机组中使用的齿圈,旨在缩短因组件磨损而进行维修的时间,降低维修费用,提高工作效率,解决因风速和风向的改变使齿轮磨损后,更换齿轮带来的巨大耗资。这样当齿轮的某一瓣磨损严重后,可以分瓣更换,从而解决了更换时间长和耗资多的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明改进在于偏航***齿圈分瓣安装在座圈上的结构特点。具体说,本发明一种偏航***齿圈,包括中央设置圆孔的圆盘状底座;所述底座的外圆周向上形成环状凸缘,所述凸缘上端面圆周位于中部形成定位凸台;六个外弧面设置齿牙的圆弧状齿圈以一个完整圆周的拼接方式坐于所述凸缘上,且所述齿圈下端面的定位槽卡于所述凸台上;所述齿圈的上端面垂向间隔开设有沉头形式的安装孔,对应于所述凸台上端面垂向间隔开设沉头形式的螺栓孔,通过所述安装孔和螺栓孔穿设六角螺栓和螺母将所述齿圈固定于底座上;此外,每一瓣齿圈上间隔垂向设置两个吊装孔。
优选方式下,所述六角螺栓4通过一个弹簧垫片后穿设入所述安装孔中。
本发明大大提高了风力发电偏航***齿圈的使用寿命并很好的节省生产成本。其经济效益是惊人的,该发明简单实用,很好的解决了偏航***齿圈使用寿命短的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示本发明偏航***齿圈,包括中央设置圆孔的圆盘状底座1。底座1的外圆周向上形成环状凸缘,凸缘上端面圆周位于中部形成定位凸台。六个圆弧状齿圈2以一个完整圆周的拼接方式坐于所述凸缘上,且所述齿圈2下端面的定位槽卡于所述凸台上。所述齿圈2的上端面垂向间隔开设有沉头式安装孔5,相对应的,所述凸台上端面垂向间隔开设沉头形式的螺栓孔,通过所述安装孔5和螺栓孔穿设六角螺栓4和螺母将所述齿圈2固定于底座1上;此外,每一瓣齿圈2上间隔垂向设置两个吊装孔6。优选方式下,所述六角螺栓4为内六角螺栓,且通过一个弹簧垫片后穿设于所述安装孔5中。
图1中,每一瓣齿圈的弧度为60度,每一齿圈的外部有16个齿。而每一瓣齿圈的两个吊装孔6之间的弧度为28度,相应每一吊装孔6距齿圈两端的弧度为16度。而相邻两瓣齿圈之间留有5毫米的间隙。此外如图2所示,偏航***底座1的凸缘内侧与底部环形的过度为半径30毫米的圆弧过度。

1.一种偏航***齿圈,其特征在于,包括中央设置圆孔的圆盘状底座(1);所述底座(1)的外圆周向上形成环状凸缘,所述凸缘上端面圆周位于中部形成定位凸台;六个外弧面设置齿牙的圆弧状齿圈(2)以一个完整圆周的拼接方式坐于所述凸缘上,且所述齿圈(2)下端面的定位槽卡于所述凸台上;
所述齿圈(2)的上端面垂向间隔开设有沉头形式的安装孔(5),相对应的,所述凸台上端面垂向间隔开设沉头形式的螺栓孔,通过所述安装孔(5)和螺栓孔穿设六角螺栓(4)和螺母将所述齿圈(2)固定于底座(1)上;
此外,每一瓣齿圈(2)上间隔垂向设置两个吊装孔(6);
相邻两瓣齿圈(2)之间留有5毫米的间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述偏航***齿圈,其特征在于,所述六角螺栓(4)通过一个弹簧垫片后穿设入所述安装孔(5)中。
