本发明用于汽车发动机冷却***。
背景技术:
分流阀的用途是根据发动机的转速变化阀门自行调节开启距离,改变冷却液流量,从而起到调节发动机流向散热器的水量,使发动机保持在最佳温度下运转,提高热效率,减少发动机磨损,减少排气污染等。
发明内容:
本发明提供一种使发动机保持在最佳温度下运转,提高热效率,减少发动机磨损,减少排气污染的分流阀。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:一种分流阀,其主要技术特征是它由阀盖一侧连一主轴,主轴穿入阀片中心,沿主轴方向有一弹簧与阀片相连;所述的阀盖和管道固定。
本发明根据发动机的转速变化阀门自行调节开启距离,改变冷却液流量,从而起到调节发动机流向散热器的水量,使发动机保持在最佳温度下运转,提高热效率,减少发动机磨损,减少排气污染等。

具体实施方式:
如图1、图2、图3所示,本分流阀由阀盖1一侧连一主轴3,主轴穿入阀片2中心,沿主轴方向有一弹簧4与阀片相连;所述的阀盖和管道固定。
当汽车发动机以不同的速度运转时,它提供给冷却***一个不同的压力,这个压力又传递到此分流阀的阀盖1和阀片2。由于阀盖是和管道固定的,所以当压力小于设定的弹簧的压力时,阀片不参与运动;当压力大于设定的弹簧压力时,阀片逐渐打开,沿着主轴慢慢开启,直至全开。

1.一种分流阀,其特征在于它由阀盖一侧连一主轴,主轴穿入阀片中心,沿主轴方向有一弹簧与阀片相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种分流阀,其特征在于所述的阀盖和管道固定。
