Abstract

本发明涉及一种含沼渣的水稻专用肥,其特点是,以重量份计其组成为:尿素32-42份,磷酸二铵15-19份,硫酸钾2-6份,沼渣38-45份。本发明的水稻专用肥在沼渣的无害化处理上开辟了新的途径,改变了水稻生产上单施无机肥料的现状,还能减少沼渣的二次污染,在一定程度上提高作物产量和品质,表现出了良好的肥料效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种含沼渣的水稻专用肥。
背景技术
沼渣是沼气发酵后剩余的半固体物质,含有丰富的有机质、腐殖酸、氨基酸、氮、磷、钾和微量元素。目前其主要用途是作土壤改良剂、农作物基肥和追肥、配制花卉和蔬菜育苗营养土、栽培食用菌、养殖蚯蚓和黄鳝等,但其利用规模普遍不大,而大规模直接利用沼渣尚无较好的途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含沼渣的水稻专用肥,从而为沼渣的利用提供了一条新出路,并且肥料的成本低,而且施该专用肥的水稻产量不低于施普通无机肥料的水稻。
一种含沼渣的水稻专用肥,其特别之处在于,以重量份计其组成为:尿素32-42份,磷酸二铵15-19份,硫酸钾2-6份,沼渣38-45份。
其中沼渣中的水分含量不超过5%。
本发明的水稻专用肥在沼渣的无害化处理上开辟了新的途径,改变了水稻生产上单施无机肥料的现状,还能减少沼渣的二次污染,在一定程度上提高作物产量和品质,表现出了良好的肥料效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种含沼渣的水稻专用肥,以重量份计其组成为:尿素38份,磷酸二铵17份,硫酸钾3份,沼渣42份,沼渣中的水分含量5%。
实施例2:
一种含沼渣的水稻专用肥,以重量份计其组成为:尿素42份,磷酸二铵19份,硫酸钾6份,沼渣38份,沼渣中的水分含量3%。
本发明是以沼渣为主的水稻专用肥,经试验证明特别适合于宁夏引黄灌区水稻中上等肥力水平农田应用,即亩产600-700kg的稻田,N∶P2O5∶K2O=20∶8∶2,有效成分≥30。施肥方法:在插秧前(或播种前)整地时撒施(撒施后旋田或耙田),或用播肥机播入土壤,亩施量100kg,以后在水稻拔节期追施尿素10kg即可。
本发明专用肥的制备方法很简单,将所有成分按比例粉碎、掺混均匀后造粒,粒度大小为1mm-4mm,再干燥后装袋即可。
本发明的肥料经过两年在宁夏灵武农场3队进行水稻田间试验,选择用含有同等氮磷钾含量的无机肥料进行对比,本发明肥料的产量和经济效益高于无机肥料,投入成本低于无机肥料。现就两年的试验结果(平均)说明如下表。表1投入、产量效益表

结果分析:从产量上看,使用本发明的水稻沼渣专用肥比无机肥料增产4.60%,水稻的无机肥料投入大于沼渣配方肥,增加效益为103.78元/亩。投入产出比沼渣专用肥25.63,大于无机肥料17.52,表现出了良好的肥料效果。

1.一种含沼渣的水稻专用肥,其特征在于,以重量份计其组成为:尿素32-42份,磷酸二铵15-19份,硫酸钾2-6份,沼渣38-45份。
2.如权利要求1所述的含沼渣的水稻专用肥,其特征在于:其中沼渣中的水分含量不超过5%。
