背景技术
现有的物理发泡聚乙烯绝缘同轴电缆,在施工过程中,弯曲角度小的时候接口处易张开,造成屏蔽效果差,信号泄漏,容易受到外界信号的干扰,最终导致信号差等缺点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种弯曲过程中接口处不会张开的物理发泡聚乙烯绝缘同轴电缆。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:物理发泡聚乙烯绝缘同轴电缆,包括:内导体,设置在内导体外侧的物理发泡聚乙烯绝缘体和设置在物理发泡聚乙烯绝缘体外侧的外导体自粘铝膜。
本发明的优点是:上述物理发泡聚乙烯绝缘同轴电缆,在生产过程中铝膜会牢固的粘在发泡绝缘体上,在施工过程中弯曲角度小的时候接口处不会张开,提高了屏蔽效果差,无信号泄漏,不受外界信号的干扰,大大提高了音视频信号的质量。
