Abstract

本发明涉及一种回头辊纸张裁切装置，包括回头辊，其特征是：在所述回头辊前方出网部的纸页外侧安装水针，回头辊后方外侧安装可与其辊面相接触的胶辊，胶辊上设有刮刀，下方设有接料槽。本发明利用在圆网造纸机网部后端回头辊处设置裁切装置，实现了在湿部就完成纸张的裁切工作，同时，被裁去的湿纸页又通过回收后与进入网部前的浆料混合，进行二次上网。本发明回头辊纸张裁切装置有效降低了回抄率，提高了生产效率，降低了生产成本，实现了节能降耗。

技术领域
　　本发明属于造纸机械技术领域，特别是涉及一种回头辊纸张裁切装置。
背景技术
在造纸生产中，纸页规格尺寸是根据客户的不同需求而确定。但是，用于纸页成型的圆网浓缩机的成纸纸幅确定的，要实现不同规格尺寸纸张的生产，目前最常用的方法是在纸张成型后将超出规格尺寸的纸张在复卷机上用复卷刀裁去，这种处理方式导致回抄率高达20％以上，生产效率低，而且浪费能源，增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺陷，提供一种在湿纸部就进行裁切，有效降低回抄率，提高生产效率，降低生产成本的回头辊纸张裁切装置。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种回头辊纸张裁切装置，包括回头辊，其特征是：在所述回头辊前方出网部的纸页外侧安装水针，回头辊后方外侧安装可与其辊面相接触的胶辊，胶辊上设有刮刀，下方设有接料槽；
所述水针安装在纸页两侧，同时，胶辊亦安装在回头辊的两侧；
所述接料槽将白水管接入，并接通至浆料混合池。
本发明利用在圆网造纸机网部后端回头辊处设置裁切装置，实现了在湿部就完成纸张的裁切工作，同时，被裁去的湿纸页又通过回收后与进入网部前的浆料混合，进行二次上网。本发明回头辊纸张裁切装置有效降低了回抄率，提高了生产效率，降低了生产成本，实现了节能降耗。

具体实施方式
本发明的回头辊纸张裁切装置，具体结构为：首先在网部与回头辊1之间的出网部的纸页外侧安装水针5，最好是纸页两侧都安装，这样，当湿纸页出圆网成型后，利用该水针根据生产规格要求将纸页切开。同时在回头辊1两侧设置胶辊2，该胶辊利用重力压在回头辊1的辊面上。胶辊2上安装由刮刀，当纸页（毛布6）进入回头辊1和胶辊2之间时，水针5外侧的纸页就会粘贴在胶辊2上，利用刮刀将纸页分开。在胶辊2下方、刮刀一侧还设置有接料槽3，当被刮刀分离后的纸页落到接料槽3后就会被由白水管4引入的白水稀释，然后流入到浆料混合池中与网部前的浆料混合，进行二次上网。

1.一种回头辊纸张裁切装置，包括回头辊（1），其特征是：在所述回头辊（1）前方出网部的纸页外侧安装水针（5），回头辊（2）后方外侧安装可与其辊面相接触的胶辊（2），胶辊（2）上设有刮刀，下方设有接料槽（3）。
2.按照权利要求1所述的回头辊纸张裁切装置，其特征是：所述水针（5）安装在纸页两侧，同时，胶辊亦安装在回头辊（1）的两侧。
3.按照权利要求1所述的回头辊纸张裁切装置，其特征是：所述接料槽（3）将白水管（4）接入，并接通至浆料混合池。
