Abstract

本发明涉及一种带加热器的箱体，包括箱体及加热器，其特征在于还包括加热罩及盖板，所述加热罩设在箱体内，所述加热器设在加热罩内，在加热罩上设有与箱体内连通的开口，所述盖板与开口配合并可将开口打开或密封关闭。本发明在不排放箱体中水的情况下，可将加热器取出，维修或更换，减少加热器维修时水的浪费，同时减少维修时间，保障用户用水。

一种带加热器的箱体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带加热器的箱体，尤其是工程用大型带加热器的水箱。 
背景技术
目前，公知的对水箱内的水的加热方式是将加热器直接安装在水箱中，在加热器维修或更换时需将水箱中的水排放掉，不仅形成水的浪费，维修时间也长，使用户在维修期间用不到热水，大型水箱影响更大。 
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种带加热器的箱体，其能够在维修时将加热器的空间隔离开来，使加热器在维修时无需排放水箱中的水，减少加热器维修时水的浪费，同时减少维修时间，保障用户用水。 
 本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种带加热器的箱体，包括箱体及加热器，其特征在于还包括加热罩及盖板，所述加热罩设在箱体内，所述加热器设在加热罩内，在加热罩上设有与箱体内连通的开口，所述盖板与开口配合并可将开口打开或密封关闭。 
在所述加热罩的开口处设有转轴，所述盖板与转轴转动连接，所述转轴的一端延伸到水箱外，在转轴的延伸端安装有带动转轴转动的摇臂。 
在所述加热罩内设有拉杆支架，在所述拉杆支架上设有可轴向移动的拉杆，所述拉杆一端与盖板的一侧固定连接，拉杆的另一端伸出箱体外。 
所述加热器为换热盘管或电加热器。 
所述加热罩与箱体可拆卸的插接固定。 
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是：用一个活动的盖板将加热器所在的加热罩开口关闭，形成一个隔离空间，在不排放水箱中水的情况下，可将加热器取出，维修或更换，减少加热器维修时水的浪费，同时减少维修时间，保障用户用水。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。 
实施例一 
如图1、2所示，一种带加热器的箱体，包括箱体1及加热器2，所述加热器2为换热盘管或电加热器。本发明特点是还包括加热罩3及盖板4，所述加热罩3设在箱体1内并联为一体，所述加热器2设在加热罩3内，在加热罩3上设有与箱体1内连通的开口31，所述盖板4与开口31配合并可将开口31打开或密封关闭。在维修时，盖板4将加热罩3的开口31密封关闭，加热罩3内形成独立空间，当加热器2取出时，箱体1内的介质不会流失；当维修完成后，盖板4将开口31打开，加热罩3内与箱体1连通，加热器2可以对箱体1内的水进行加热。
在本实施例中，在所述加热罩3的开口31处设有转轴5，所述盖板4与转轴5转动连接，所述转轴5的一端延伸到水箱1外，在转轴5的延伸端安装有带动转轴5转动的摇臂6。操作时，转动动摇壁6就可以转动转轴5，此时转轴5带动盖板4旋转，将加热罩3的开口31密封关闭或打开。 
实施例二 
    如图3所示，其它的与实施例一一样，所不同的是在所述加热罩3内设有拉杆支架8，在所述拉杆支架8上设有可轴向移动的拉杆7，所述拉杆7一端与盖板4的一侧固定连接，拉杆7的另一端伸出箱体1外。所述加热罩3与箱体1可拆卸的插接固定。在维修时，向箱体1外拉动拉杆7，此时，拉杆7带动盖板4将加热罩3的开口31密封关闭，加热罩3内形成独立空间，加热器2取出时箱体1内的介质不会流失。维修完成后，往内推动拉杆7，此时拉杆7带动盖板4往内运动，开口31被打开，加热罩3内与箱体1内连通，加热器2可以对箱体1内的水进行加热。

Claims (5)

1.一种带加热器的箱体，包括箱体（1）及加热器（2），其特征在于还包括加热罩（3）及盖板（4），所述加热罩（3）设在箱体（1）内，所述加热器（2）设在加热罩（3）内，在加热罩（3）上设有与箱体（1）内连通的开口（31），所述盖板（4）与开口（31）配合并可将开口（31）打开或密封关闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带加热器的箱体，其特征在于在所述加热罩（3）的开口（31）处设有转轴（5），所述盖板（4）与转轴（5）转动连接，所述转轴（5）的一端延伸到水箱（1）外，在转轴（5）的延伸端安装有带动转轴（5）转动的摇臂（6）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带加热的箱体，其特征在于在所述加热罩（3）内设有拉杆支架（8），在所述拉杆支架（8）上设有可轴向移动的拉杆（7），所述拉杆（7）一端与盖板（4）的一侧固定连接，拉杆（7）的另一端伸出箱体（1）外。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带加热器的箱体，其特征在于所述加热器（2）为换热盘管或电加热器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带加热器的箱体，其特征在于所述加热罩（3）与箱体（1）可拆卸的插接固定。
