Abstract

一种带盘杆类件摆辗机,包括有由电机和传动装置带动的摆头及凸模、框形机架、可沿导轨滑移的滑块及活塞缸,其特点是将推料活塞缸底端与滑块固定连接在一起,推料活塞杆的顶端夹持棒料送料。优点是:与现有技术比较,它可在同一台机器上通过一次加热完成预成形及最终成形两道工序,节省了设备,节省了材料,节省了能源,避免二次加热造成的氧化,提高了产品质量,提高了生产效率。

本发明属于带盘杆类件摆辗成形设备领域,具有涉及一种带盘杆类件摆辗机。
背景技术
带盘杆类件摆辗机具有工作压力小,产品精度高,制作周期短等优点,如图1所示为现有技术带盘杆类件摆辗机构造简图,其工作过程是将预成形的坯料(7)左端的头部安放在凹模6内,右端尾部固定在滑块9上,滑块9左端与凹模6连接,右端与活塞杆10连接,滑块9可带动凹模6在导轨8上移动,活塞缸11固定连接在框形机架4上,导轨8固定连接在框形机架4上,摆头及凸模5安装在框形机架4上,电机2通过皮带传动,带动摆头及凸模5转动,完成对坯料7的摆辗成形。
现有技术存在的缺点是:①要求对棒料先进行头部镦粗后,才能拿来进行二次加热使用,二次加热使坯料表面氧化严重,容易产生过烧;②要求对棒料先在不同机器上预成形才能使用,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种新结构的带盘杆类件摆辗机,可有效地克服现有技术存在的缺点。
本发明是这样实现的:如图2所示,它包括有由电机和传动装置带动转动的摆头及凸模5、框形机架4、可沿导轨8移动的滑块9及活塞缸11,其特征在于是将推料活塞缸13的底端与滑块9固定连接在一起,推料活塞杆12的顶端过摆辗达到最终成形的目的,⑤开动换向阀,使活塞缸11的活塞杆10回到初始位置,⑥操作推料活塞缸13使推料活塞杆12回到初始位置,完成一个工作的循环。

1.一种带盘杆类件摆辗机,它包括有由电机和传动装置带动转动的摆头及凸模(5)、框形机架(4)、可沿导轨(8)滑移的滑块(9)及活塞缸(11),其特征是将推料活塞缸(13)底端与滑块(9)固定连接在一起,推料活塞杆(12)的顶端夹持棒料(7′)送料。
