本发明专利所采用的技术方案为：以木材、纸板、塑料板制作鳄鱼、老虎的身躯、脚，以钉子把老虎的脚扣于老虎的身躯上，鳄鱼的脚以钉子扣于鳄鱼的身躯上。老虎张开的嘴中衔着鳄鱼的鼻梁，鳄鱼张开的嘴中衔着老虎嘴的下巴，钉子穿过老虎、鳄鱼的嘴。此钉子把老虎、鳄鱼组合在一起。
本发明专利的有益效果是，以钉子扣于身躯上的脚，能以钉子为中心在身躯上旋转摆动，从而做出踢脚动作，老虎和鳄鱼的嘴巴相互撕咬着，呈现出鳄鱼老虎争斗的挣扎之状。
