本发明涉及一种治疗急性肾盂肾炎的中药配方。
背景技术
肾盂肾炎是指肾脏盂的炎症，大都由细菌感染引起，一般伴泌尿道炎症。根据临床病程及疾病，肾盂肾炎可分为急性及慢性两期，急性肾盂肾炎可发生于各种年龄，但以育龄妇女最多见，发病急，常伴有乏力、食欲不振、腰酸痛、尿频、尿急、尿痛等症状。有多种治疗药物及方法，但疗效甚微，现在介绍一种简单、高效、无副作用的中药配方。
发明内容
本发明目的在于针对上述谈到的缺陷提供一种利尿，清热，补虚的治疗方法。
本发明的目的是通过下述方案实现的：
翻白草10g-20g、木通5g-10g、生栀子10g-20g、黄芩10g-20g、车前草10g-20g、金钱草10g-20g、仙鹤草10g-20g、扁蓄10g-20g、白茅根20g-30g、甘草5g-10g、芡实10g-20g、大黄10g-20g、竹叶10g-20g，上述药物先用适量水浸泡30分钟，再煎30分钟，头2煎混匀，分2次服，每日1剂，10日为一疗程。
药理作用：
翻白草：清热，解毒，止血，消肿
木通：利水，清热，通乳
生栀子：清肺止咳，凉血止血
黄芩：清热燥湿，泻火解毒，止血，安胎
车前草：清热利尿，凉血，解毒
金钱草：利水通淋，清热解毒，散瘀消肿
仙鹤草：收敛止血，补虚调经，除湿止痢，杀虫解毒
扁蓄：利尿，清热，杀虫
白茅根：凉血，止血，清热，利尿
甘草：补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药
芡实：固肾涩精，补脾止泄
大黄：泻热毒，破积滞，行瘀血
具体实施方式
药方组成：翻白草15g、木通6g、生栀子15g、黄芩15g、车前草20g、金钱草20g、仙鹤草20g、扁蓄20g、白茅根30g、甘草6g、芡实20g、大黄15g、竹叶15g，上述药物先用适量水浸泡30分钟，再煎30分钟，头2煎混匀，分2次服，每日1剂，10日为一疗程。
典型病例
甘某，患急性肾盂肾炎，常伴有尿频、尿急、尿痛等症状，服用几种药物疗效差。前来就诊，服用上述方剂10剂，尿频、尿急、尿痛明显减轻，服用上述方剂20剂后，急性肾盂肾炎治愈。
