Abstract

本发明为一种电动机用阻流圈,阻流圈采用表面经绝缘处理、Φ<1mm的磁性材料丝缠绕制作,套置于露出定子槽两端的两段绕组线圈上,阻流圈与绕组线圈之间垫有绝缘层。由于阻流圈置放在定子槽外部的绕组线圈段上,在运行中,对定子绕组相电压额定值和定子绕组漏电抗没有影响,所以本发明在起到增加空载相电势的作用时,减小了空载电流,达到了节能降耗目的。由于阻流圈置放在定子槽外部的绕组线圈段上,在起到减小空载电流的作用时,对定子没有影响,既不增加定子漏磁通,也不会减小电动机转矩,所以本发明适合在所有工况的电动机上安装使用。本发明可以作到投资小,节能效果好,易于加工,应用广泛,经济效益大,适合大力推广。

所属领域:本发明涉及一种电动机用阻流圈,特别是一种阻流圈。
背景技术:现在电动机的节能技术改造,主要是针对定子槽内绕组线圈段的节制改造,如增加各样式的磁性槽楔,而针对定子槽外部的绕组线圈段的节制技术至今没有。定子槽内改用磁性槽楔后,降低了电动机的空载电流,起到了节能降耗作用。但是,改用的磁性槽楔在降低电动机空载电流的同时,也产生了副作用,就是增大了定子齿顶间的漏磁通,降低了电动机的起动转矩,使得靠大起动转矩工作的电动机无法正常工作。
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种能对定子槽外部绕组线圈段起到节制作用,并产生既降低空载电流达到节能降耗目的,又不增加齿顶间漏磁通、不影响电动机转矩的阻流圈。本发明是通过以下结构实现的:本发明为一种电动机用阻流圈,阻流圈采用表面经绝缘处理、Φ<1mm的磁性材料丝缠绕制作,套置于露出定子槽两端的两段绕组线圈上,阻流圈与绕组线圈之间垫有绝缘层。阻流圈套置在绕组线圈上,相当于给线圈套上了闭合的铁芯,使原本不受节制的绕组线圈段,受到了阻流圈的节制。其节制的结果是:套置阻流圈的绕组线圈段产生了自感电动势。而这一自感电动势与定子槽内绕组线圈段的感应电动势相位相同,并在同一绕组线圈中,与槽内绕组线圈段的感应电动势组成了一个电动势串连电路。根据电动势串连电路定律,串连电路中的总电动势,等于串连电路中,各电动势相加之和。也就是说,套置阻流圈的绕组线圈段产生的自感电动势起到了增强整个线圈绕组的感应电动势的作用。而绕组线圈的感应电动势也就是定子绕组的空载相电势E10。在电动机设计公式中

即 空载电流 I 0 ≈ U NΦ - E 10 X δ 1
从以上公式中可以看出I0与E10有关。当定子绕组相电压额定值U和定子绕组漏电抗(每相)Xδ1一定时,空载相电势E10越大、空载电流I0越小。由于阻流圈置放在定子槽外部的绕组线圈段上,在运行中,对定子绕组相电压额定值和定子绕组漏电抗没有影响,所以本发明在起到增加空载相电势的作用时,减小了空载电流,达到了节能降耗目的。由于阻流圈置放在定子槽外部的绕组线圈段上,在起到减小空载电流的作用时,对定子没有影响,既不增加定子漏磁通,也不会减小电动机转矩,所以本发明适合在所有工况的电动机上安装使用。本发明可以作到投资小,节能效果好,易于加工,应用广泛,经济效益大,适合大力推广。

如图1所示的本发明为一种电动机用阻流圈,阻流圈(1)采用表面经绝缘处理、Φ<1mm的磁性材料丝缠绕制作,套置于露出定子槽(5)两端(4)的两段绕组线圈(3)上,阻流圈(1)与绕组线圈(3)之间垫有绝缘层(2)。

1.本发明为一种电动机用阻流圈,其特征是:阻流圈采用表面经绝缘处理、Φ<1mm的磁性材料丝缠绕制作,套置于露出定子槽两端的两段绕组线圈上,阻流圈与绕组线圈之间垫有绝缘层。
