一种高强度、高导电性复合铜线,在铜合金芯线表面同心地包覆一层无氧铜层;所述的复合铜线的铜合金芯线,和无氧铜层采用电镀结合;所述的复合铜线的铜合金芯线的成分为Mg:0.5~0.8%、Ni:0.6~0.9%、Si:0.2~0.4%、Zr:0.1~0.2%,剩余为Cu;无氧铜层的成分为P:0.0002~0.0003%、Bi:0.00005~0.0001%、Sb:0.0002~0.0004%、As:0.0003~0.0005%、Fe:0.0005~0.0010%、Ni:0.0005~0.0010%、Pb:0.0003~0.0005%、Sn:0.0001~0.0002%、S:0.0010~0.0015%、Zn:0.00006~0.0001%、O:0.0001~0.0005%,剩余为Cu;所述的复合铜线的无氧铜层占铜合金线芯体积比的15~20%;该铜线具有优异的导电性、信号传输性能和力学性能,且成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高强度、高导电性复合铜线,属于电线电缆技术领域。 
背景技术
经济飞速发达的今天,铜的需求量日益剧增,特别是对电线电缆制造业来说,提供优质铜有力地保障了人民的生命财产安全。针对电线电缆的导体、屏蔽层、铠装层,不但要求金属线材的导电性能优异、大多数场合要求金属线材具有一定的机械强度,而这些性能要求是一般的纯铜线所不能满足的,且纯铜线的成本较高。因此,市场上期待着一种高强度、高导电性复合铜线,具有优异的导电性、信号传输性能和力学性能,且成本低,可代替纯铜线用于电线产品。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度、高导电性复合铜线,该铜线具有优异的导电性、信号传输性能和力学性能,且成本低;可以克服现有的纯铜线机械强度低、成本高等缺陷。 
本发明的技术方案是:一种高强度、高导电性复合铜线,在铜合金芯线表面同心地包覆一层无氧铜层。 
所述的复合铜线的铜合金芯线,和无氧铜层采用电镀结合。 
所述的复合铜线的铜合金芯线的成分为Mg:0.5~0.8%、Ni:0.6~0.9%、Si:0.2~0.4%、Zr:0.1~0.2%,剩余为Cu; 
无氧铜层的成分为P:0.0002~0.0003%、Bi:0.00005~0.0001%、Sb:0.0002~0.0004%、As:0.0003~0.0005%、Fe:0.0005~0.0010%、Ni:0.0005~0.0010%、Pb:0.0003~0.0005%、Sn:0.0001~0.0002%、S:0.0010~0.0015%、Zn:0.00006~0.0001%、O:0.0001~0.0005%,剩余为Cu。
所述的复合铜线的无氧铜层占铜合金线芯体积比的15~20%。 
本发明的有益效果是:高强度、高导电性复合铜线使用了无氧铜层即纯铜所具有优异的导电性、信号传输性能;同时又具有铜合金芯线所具有的力学性能,而且成本低。取代了原有的纯铜线,使电缆的制造成本大大降低,而且,是一种高强度、高导电性复合铜线,各项指标均高于相关产品标准。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例进行详细说明,图1是本实用新型的一种高强度、高导电性复合铜线的截面示意图。图中,1-铜合金芯线,2-纯铜表面。 
根据铜导线的导电原理,铜线表面主要用于导电、和信号传输性能,而铜芯1是主要用表现其强度等力学性能,因此,本发明的复合铜线,在铜合金芯1线表面同心地包覆一层无氧铜层2,既利用了纯铜优异的导电、和信号传输性能,又利用了铜合金线芯1体强度等力学性能,同时,就成本来说,铜合金线芯1体的成本比纯铜的成本低得多,因此本发明使用在铜合金芯1线表面同心地包覆一层无氧铜层2,制成的复合铜线,是一种高强度、高导电性复合铜线。所述的复合铜线的铜合金芯线,和无氧铜层采用电镀结合。 
所述的复合铜线的无氧铜层2占铜合金线芯1体积比的15~20%。成本比纯铜低得多。 
实施例1 
一种高强度、高导电性复合铜线,在铜合金芯线表面同心地包覆一层无氧铜层;所述的复合铜线的铜合金芯线,和无氧铜层采用电镀结合。
复合铜线的铜合金芯线的成分为Mg:0.5%、Ni:0.6%、Si:0.2%、Zr:0.1~%,剩余为Cu; 
无氧铜层的成分为P:0.0002%、Bi:0.00005%、Sb:0.0002%、As:0.0003%、Fe:0.0005%、Ni:0.0005%、Pb:0.0003%、Sn:0.0001%、S:0.0010%、Zn:0.00006%、O:0.0001%,剩余为Cu。
实施例2 
一种高强度、高导电性复合铜线,在铜合金芯线表面同心地包覆一层无氧铜层;所述的复合铜线的铜合金芯线,和无氧铜层采用电镀结合;其中,铜合金芯线的成分为:
Mg:0.8%、Ni: 0.9%、Si: 0.4%、Zr: 0.2%,剩余为Cu;
无氧铜层的成分为P: 0.0003%、Bi: 0.0001%、Sb: 0.0004%、As: 0.0005%、Fe: 0.0010%、Ni: 0.0010%、Pb: 0.0005%、Sn: 0.0002%、S: 0.0015%、Zn: 0.0001%、O: 0.0005%,剩余为Cu。
实施例3 
一种高强度、高导电性复合铜线,在铜合金芯线表面同心地包覆一层无氧铜层;所述的复合铜线的铜合金芯线,和无氧铜层采用电镀结合;其中铜合金芯线的成分为:
Mg:0.65%、Ni:0.7.5%、Si:0.3%、Zr:0.15%,剩余为Cu;
无氧铜层的成分为P:0.00025%、Bi:0.00075%、Sb:0.0003%、As:0.0004%、Fe:0.0075%、Ni:0.0075%、Pb:0.0004%、Sn:0.000152%、S:0.00125%、Zn:0.00008%、O:0.0003%,剩余为Cu。
本发明的构思,对于本领域技术人员来说,可以推导出多个相似的技术方案,但是,每个技术方案都在本发明的权利要求保护范围之中。

1. 一种高强度、高导电性复合铜线,其特征在于,在铜合金芯线表面同心地包覆一层无氧铜层;所述的复合铜线的铜合金芯线的成分为Mg:0.5~0.8%、Ni:0.6~0.9%、Si:0.2~0.4%、Zr:0.1~0.2%,剩余为Cu;无氧铜层的成分为P:0.0002~0.0003%、Bi:0.00005~0.0001%、Sb:0.0002~0.0004%、As:0.0003~0.0005%、Fe:0.0005~0.0010%、Ni:0.0005~0.0010%、Pb:0.0003~0.0005%、Sn:0.0001~0.0002%、S:0.0010~0.0015%、Zn:0.00006~0.0001%、O:0.0001~0.0005%,剩余为Cu。
2. 按照权利要求1所述的一种高强度、高导电性复合铜线,其特征在于,所述的复合铜线的铜合金芯线,和无氧铜层采用电镀结合;所述的复合铜线的无氧铜层占铜合金线芯体积比的15~20%。
