本发明涉及一种永久抗静电母粒及制备方法,该母粒包括以下组分和重量百分含量:碱金属盐1-15%,抗氧剂0.5-2%,热稳定剂0.5-2%,助抗静电剂0-10%,含聚醚嵌段的高分子材料71-95%,按上述比例称取原料放入高混机中混合2-5分钟,出料,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度在150-200℃,螺杆转数为25-35HZ,即得。本发明还涉及一种包括所述抗静电母粒的永久抗静电复合材料及制备方法,本发明的永久抗静电母粒和永久抗静电复合材料具有抗静电效果持久、达到永久抗静电的效果,颜色浅可配成各种颜色,成本低,耐热性好的优点。

Description

永久抗静电PA6复合材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种永久抗静电母粒及制备方法,本发明还涉及一种永久抗静电PA6复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
尼龙6(PA6)由于具有较好的综合力学性能,较高的耐热性,较好的耐磨、自润滑性,良好的阻燃性、优良的耐化学腐蚀性,优良的阻隔性等性能成为当前用途最广泛的工程塑料。但是PA6与大多数高分子材料一样都具有良好的电绝缘性,其表面电阻率一般在1013-1015Ω·m,导电性远小于金属材料。当与其他物质接触或摩擦以后易聚集静电荷。静电积累所带来的负作用严重影响了生产、生活、工作,有时甚至会引起火灾和***。在纺织、煤矿开采及电子电器行业的一些特定工作环境中,要求PA6制品在具有较高的力学性能、耐磨性、阻燃性等性能的同时还要具有抗静电功能,即表面电阻要到达109-1011Ω·m,甚至要到达107-108Ω·m,而且要求永久抗静电,以满足特定的使用要求。
因此,本发明提供了一种新的技术方案以克服现有技术存在的上述缺点和不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了满足纺织、煤矿开采及电子电器行业的一些特定工作环境对材料的使用要求,本发明提供了一种永久抗静电母粒以及制备方法,还提供了一种永久抗静电PA6复合材料及制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种永久抗静电母粒,其特征在于,该母粒包括以下组分和重量百分含量:
碱金属盐                1-15%;
抗氧剂                  0.5-2%;
热稳定剂                0.5-2%;
助抗静电剂              0-10%;
含聚醚嵌段的高分子材料  71-95%。
优选的,所述的碱金属盐为M+X-,所述M+为Li+、Na+或K+,所述X-为Cl-、Br-、I或ClO4 -
优选的,所述抗氧剂为吩噻嗪和亚磷酸酯的复配物,所述吩噻嗪和所述亚磷酸酯的重量比为1∶1。
优选的,所述的热稳定剂为有机锡热稳定剂、硬脂酸钙、硬质酸锌的复配物,所述有机锡热稳定剂、所述硬脂酸钙和所述硬质酸锌的重量比为2∶1∶1。
优选的,所述的助抗静电剂为二氧化硅。
优选的,所述的含聚醚嵌段的高分子材料为聚氧化乙烯和聚醚酯酰胺的复配物,所述聚氧化乙烯和所述聚醚酯酰胺的重量比为3∶1。
一种制备所述永久抗静电母粒的方法,包括以下步骤:按所述重量百分比称取原料放入高混机中混合2-5分钟,出料,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度在150-200℃,螺杆转数在25-35HZ,即得。
一种永久抗静电PA6复合材料,其特征在于,该复合材料包括以下组分和重量百分含量:
所述的永久抗静电母粒    3-8%;
PA6                     88-95%;
相容剂                  1-5%。
优选的,所述PA6的特性粘度为2.8dL/g。
优选的,所述的相容剂为马来酸酐接枝聚氧化乙烯。
一种制备所述永久抗静电PA6复合材料的方法,包括以下步骤:按所述重量配比称取原料放入高混机中混合2-5分钟,出料,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度在200-245℃,螺杆转数在35-40HZ,即得。
本发明的有益效果如下:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的永久抗静电母粒表面电阻率达到102-103Ω·m,具有抗静电效果持久,添加量小但抗静电效果好,对PA6性能影响小,颜色浅、成本低、耐热性好的优点。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的的永久抗静电PA6复合材料具有抗静电效果持久、达到永久抗静电的效果,抗静电效果好,综合力学性能较高、接近纯PA6的性能,颜色浅可配成各种颜色,成本低,耐热性好的优点,该永久抗静电PA6复合材料的表面电阻率达到106-108Ω·m,广泛应用于纺织、煤矿开采及电子电器行业的一些特定工作环境。

以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但所用的实施例只是用于说明本发明而不是限制本发明。
永久抗静电母粒的制备
实施例1-5
实施例1-5的原材料配方如下:

将上述组分按比例放入高混机中混合2-5分钟,出料,然后用螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度在150-200℃,螺杆转数在25-35HZ。

根据实施例1-5制得的样品,进行表面电阻率测试对比。
测试性能对比如下表所示:

按照上述配方及方法制备的永久抗静电母粒表面电阻率达到102-103Ω·m,可以广泛应用于改性PA6中;与现有技术相比,具有抗静电效果持久,添加量小但抗静电效果好、对PA6性能影响小,颜色浅、成本低、耐热性能好的优点。
实施例5表面电阻率最低、性价比最高。
应用实施例5配方、方法所制备的永久抗静电母粒用于本发明的的永久抗静电PA6复合材料的制备。

实施例1-5
实施例1-5的原材料配方如下:

将上述组分按比例放入高混机中混合2-5分钟,出料,然后用螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度在200-245℃,螺杆转数在35-40HZ。

根据实施例1-5制得的样品,进行性能测试对比,采用ASTM标准。测试性能对比如下表所示:

按照上述配方及方法所制备的永久抗静电PA6复合材料与现有技术相比,具有抗静电效果持久、达到永久抗静电的效果,抗静电效果好,综合力学性能较高、接近纯PA6的性能,颜色浅可配成各种颜色,成本低,耐热性好等优点。该永久抗静电复合材料的表面电阻率达到106-108Ω·m。该PA6复合材料广泛应用于纺织、煤矿开采及电子电器行业的一些特定工作环境。
实施例6-7为永久抗静电PA6复合材料及其制备方法
实施例6
按重量配比称取原料:所述永久抗静电母粒1%,PA6 98%,相容剂1%,放入高混机中混合2-5分钟,出料,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度在200-245℃,螺杆转数在40HZ。所制得复合材料的表面电阻率为1013Ω·m。
实施例7
按重量配比称取原料:所述永久抗静电母粒7%,PA6 88%,相容剂5%,放入高混机中混合2-5分钟,出料,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度在200-245℃,螺杆转数在40HZ。所制得复合材料的表面电阻率为106Ω·m。

1.一种永久抗静电PA6复合材料,其特征在于,该复合材料包括以下组分和重量百分含量:
永久抗静电母粒 3-8%;
PA6            88-95%;
相容剂         1-5%;
所述永久抗静电母粒包括以下组分和重量百分含量:
2.根据权利要求1所述的永久抗静电PA6复合材料,其特征在于,所述的碱金属盐为M+X-,所述M+为Li+、Na+或K+,所述X-为Cl-、Br-、I-或ClO4 -
3.根据权利要求1所述的永久抗静电PA6复合材料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为吩噻嗪和亚磷酸酯的复配物,所述吩噻嗪和所述亚磷酸酯的重量比为1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的永久抗静电PA6复合材料,其特征在于,所述的热稳定剂为有机锡热稳定剂、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌的复配物,所述有机锡热稳定剂、所述硬脂酸钙和所述硬质酸锌的重量比为2:1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的永久抗静电PA6复合材料,其特征在于,所述的助抗静电剂为二氧化硅。
6.根据权利要求1所述的永久抗静电PA6复合材料,其特征在于,所述的含聚醚嵌段的高分子材料为聚氧化乙烯和聚醚酯酰胺的复配物,所述聚氧化乙烯和所述聚醚酯酰胺的重量比为3:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的永久抗静电PA6复合材料,其特征在于,所述PA6的特性粘度为2.8dL/g。
8.根据权利要求1所述的永久抗静电PA6复合材料,其特征在于,所述的相容剂为马来酸酐接枝聚氧化乙烯。
9.一种制备权利要求1所述永久抗静电PA6复合材料的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:按所述重量配比称取原料放入高混机中混合2-5分钟,出料,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度在200-245℃,螺杆转数在35-40Hz,即得。
