本发明涉及一种电梯部件,尤其涉及一种扶梯光电传感器支架。
背景技术
扶梯在商场中很常见,目前世面上扶梯的类型有很多种。尤其现在社会都在提倡节能环保,绿色生活的环境下,节能的产品更被人们所接受认同。节能型扶梯在人门需要乘载时则开动,如果没人乘载则处于怠速运行中节省电力。做到上述功能是通过在电梯出入口出的光电传感器完成的,传感器在安装时需要校对传感器的感应头,如果出现偏差则不能起到监控的作用,使得节能功能失效。人工安装会出现角度不准安装偏差等情况。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种扶梯光电传感器支架,解决了上述的安装困难,角度难以校准的问题。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种扶梯光电传感器支架,包括:左面板,右面板,所述的左面板与右面板之间布置扶带,包括光电支架,光电支架布置在左面板上。
本发明所述的扶梯光电传感器支架,所述的光电支架整体向一侧倾斜、且支架内布置螺纹。
有益效果
本发明提供的扶梯光电传感器支架,设定好其光电安装的角度,这样在工人进行组装时无对进行复杂的校准工作,降低了安装难度,节省了安装时间。

左面板1与右面板2之间布置扶带,光电支架3布置在左面板1上。
根据权利要求1所述的扶梯光电传感器支架,其特征在于:所述的光电支架3整体向一侧倾斜、且支架内布置螺纹。

1.扶梯光电传感器支架,包括:左面板(1),右面板(2),所述的左面板(1)与右面板(2)之间布置扶带,其特征在于:包括光电支架(3),光电支架(3)布置在左面板(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扶梯光电传感器支架,其特征在于:所述的光电支架(3)整体向一侧倾斜、且支架内布置螺纹。
