发明的目的是根据中医对咳嗽一症的认识机理，提供一种治疗伤风咳嗽的中药组合物，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料中药组合而成：桂枝28-32、白芍9-15、干姜3-8、细辛3-9、五味子2-8、牡丹皮10-15、茯苓28-32、苍术18-22、射干3-9、蒲公英8-12、薏苡仁28-32、甘草3-9、紫苑花18-22、百部18-22、附子6-12。该中药组合物具有疏风散寒，宣肺止咳之功，对治疗伤风咳嗽一症具有明显的治疗效果，经临床验证，该中药组合物对伤风咳嗽一症的有效率达90%以上。

技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体是指一种治疗伤风咳嗽的中药组合物。
背景技术
咳嗽是人体清除呼吸道内的分泌物或异物的保护性呼吸反射动作。虽然有其有利的一面，但剧烈长期咳嗽可导致呼吸道出血。
按中医理论，把咳嗽分为热咳、寒咳、伤风咳嗽和内伤咳嗽，选用中药止咳时，因药性不同，也有寒、热、温、凉之分，须对症服用。西医在治疗咳嗽时多使用抗菌素进行治疗，往往只是表面达到了镇咳的目的，但是没有从根本上消除咳嗽的源头，容易造成咳嗽的反复。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据中医对咳嗽一症的认识机理，提供一种治疗伤风咳嗽的中药组合物。
本发明所采用的技术方案为：一种治疗伤风咳嗽的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料中药组合而成：桂枝28-32、白芍9-15、干姜3-8、细辛3-9、五味子2-8、牡丹皮10-15、茯苓28-32、苍术18-22、射干3-9、蒲公英8-12、薏苡仁28-32、甘草3-9、紫苑花18-22、百部18-22、附子6-12。
上述中药组合物的服用方法是按照传统煎制中药的方法取上述中药组合物药汁，每副取药汁250-350ml，每日早晚两次服用。
《医学三字经·咳嗽》：“咳嗽不止于肺，而亦不离于肺也。”外感以祛邪宣肺为主，内伤以调理脏腑、气血为主。根据该理论，本发明所提供的中药组合物中，桂枝发汗解肌、温经通脉、助阳化气、散寒止痛；白芍养血柔肝、缓中止痛、敛阴收汗；干姜温中散寒、回阳通脉、燥湿消痰、温肺化饮；细辛祛风、散寒、行水、开窍；五味子收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心；牡丹皮清热凉血、活血散瘀；茯苓利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神；苍术燥湿健脾、祛风散寒；射干清热解毒、利咽喉、消痰涎；蒲公英清热解毒、消肿散结；薏苡仁利水消肿、健脾去湿、舒筋除痹、清热排脓；甘草清热解毒、祛痰止咳；紫苑花润肺、化痰、止咳；百部润肺下气止咳、杀虫；附子回阳救逆、补火助阳、散寒止痛。上述诸药合用，共奏疏风散寒，宣肺止咳之功，对治疗伤风咳嗽一症具有明显的治疗效果，经临床验证，该中药组合物对伤风咳嗽一症的有效率达90%以上。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗伤风咳嗽的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料中药组合而成：桂枝30g、白芍12g、干姜5g、细辛6g、五味子6g、牡丹皮12g、茯苓30g、苍术20g、射干6g、蒲公英10g、薏苡仁30g、甘草6g、紫苑花20g、百部20g、附子9g。
实施例2
一种治疗伤风咳嗽的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料中药组合而成：桂枝28g、白芍15g、干姜3g、细辛9g、五味子2g、牡丹皮15g、茯苓28g、苍术22g、射干3g、蒲公英12g、薏苡仁28g、甘草9g、紫苑花18g、百部22g、附子6g。
实施例3
一种治疗伤风咳嗽的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料中药组合而成：桂枝32g、白芍9g、干姜8g、细辛3g、五味子8g、牡丹皮10g、茯苓32g、苍术18g、射干9g、蒲公英8g、薏苡仁32g、甘草3g、紫苑花22g、百部18g、附子12g。
下面通过该中药组合物的临床实验结果对其效果作进一步说明。
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例36例，其中男18例，女18例，年龄12～70岁。
二、用法用量：临床应用时，组合物中的组分、用量根据患者的体重、年龄及症状酌情增减。一日一副，水煎两遍取汁约250-350ml，分早、晚两次服用。
三、疗效标准：
(1)痊愈：症状和体征消失或基本消失；
(2)显效：症状和体征大部分好转；
(3)无效；症状和体征均无明显改善，症状如前。
四、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-12天，痊愈28例，显效6例，无效2例。
五、典型病例：
病例1：
男，25岁，头痛，鼻塞涕流，咳嗽不已。
服用本发明的中药组合物7天后，不良症状消失，恢复健康。
病例2：
女，35岁，头及眼眶痛，自汗恶风，鼻塞涕流，咳嗽不已。
服用本发明的中药组合物5天后，症状消失，恢复健康。
