Abstract

电磁弹射器,是利用磁悬浮避免滑车与道槽摩擦减少阻力,由于弹射是短距离做功,不需将动力源随运动移动,通过钢索滑车提供飞机额外动力,使飞机达到起飞要求速度顺利起飞,主动电机不刹车以保证弹射启动时有足够动力,在弹射工作中可根据飞机使用推机座或推机桩,根据飞机大小开启相应数量电动机,以保证弹射功率充足,飞机顺利起飞。

目前对于正在使用的航母机弹射器来说,我们知道的只有名字概念,其他泄密的内容可能是根本不存在的虚假信息,利用高科技思想迷惑我们,其实只是很简单的设备。目的就是把别人引向永远不可能成功的歧途。
发明内容
本发明提供一套磁悬浮电动拉索弹射器,主要设备;磁悬浮配套组件,钢索滑车一套,主运行电动机2至4台,回车电动机一台,运行张索轮.盘索轮一套,回车张索轮.盘索轮一套,及刹车板若干件。在飞机跑道中心线设置滑车跑道通槽,如需要槽内还要设置冷气施放设备。
实施方案
在滑车跑道通槽的底面上与滑车的底面安装磁悬浮配套设备,跑道通槽两头安装刹车板,跑道通槽两端甲板下安装张索轮和盘索轮,钢索经过张索轮与盘索轮连接,主运行钢索与回车运行钢索要以各自负载而设计承载质量。主运行盘索轮两侧各安装1至2台电动机,电动机经过配速箱提供盘索轮动力,根据飞机要求速度结合相应档位,根据飞机大小开启相应加力电动机。
滑车的具体规格可根据最佳实验数据设计,滑车最好使用质轻.坚固.耐高温.耐摩擦的材料制造。在滑车的上面中心位置设计安装载机座或推机桩,载机座略高出甲板,小飞机可将单前轮在于载机座上,前双轮大飞机使用推机桩,推机桩预设宽15至25厘米,长50厘米,高根据飞机前轮横梁设计,上面设计园口低于横梁下面,不需要顶起前轮离地。
滑车跑道通槽上口不需设置盖板,因飞机尾气是平行直吹而且时间极短,不可能对滑车跑道通槽造成太大影响,如需要可在跑道通槽内设置高压喷雾设施,以抵消飞机尾气散射高温,平时维护可加盖盖板保养。

1.电磁弹射器
本发明提供一套磁悬浮电动拉索弹射器,主要设备,磁悬浮配套组件,钢索滑车一套,主运行电机2至4台,回车电动机一台,运行张索轮.盘索轮一套,回车张索轮.盘索轮一套,及刹车板若干件,在飞机跑道中心线设置滑车跑道通槽,如需要槽内还要设置冷气施放设备。
