Abstract

本发明公开一种紧固件，包括螺栓、螺母，所述螺栓包括螺栓头、螺杆及螺纹体；所述螺母沿轴线开有一中心通孔，通孔一端加工成内六角，另一端设置为与螺纹体相配合的细牙螺纹，螺母外表面设置为粗牙螺纹。本发明的螺母外表面为粗牙螺纹，螺纹旋合接触面大，其与物体接触面紧固性好，使用的时候先用内六角扳手把螺母紧固到物体内，然后螺栓穿过另一物体后与螺母旋紧，从而拉紧式紧固实现两物体的锁紧。

本发明涉及一种机械紧固件。
背景技术
目前，市场上的螺钉、螺栓，以直接配六角螺母为主，这种连接方式，使用在夹紧紧固的部位完全没有问题，但如果使用在拉紧式紧固的部位，即实现两物体的拉紧式锁紧则无法使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种紧固件，能够较好的实现两个物体间的锁紧，紧固性好。
本发明的技术方案：一种紧固件，包括螺栓、螺母，所述螺栓包括螺栓头、螺杆及螺纹体；所述螺母沿轴线开有一中心通孔，通孔一端加工成内六角，另一端设置为与螺纹体相配合的细牙螺纹，螺母外表面设置为粗牙螺纹。
本发明的螺母外表面为粗牙螺纹，螺纹旋合接触面大，其与物体接触面紧固性好，使用的时候先用内六角扳手把螺母紧固到物体内，然后螺栓穿过另一物体后与螺母旋紧，从而拉紧式紧固实现两物体的锁紧。

具体实施方式
如图1、2，一种紧固件，包括螺栓8、螺母1，所述螺栓8包括螺栓头7、螺杆6及螺纹体5，螺栓头7为标准头部梅花槽，螺纹体5为细牙螺纹；所述螺母1沿轴线开有一中心通孔，通孔一端加工成内六角4，另一端设置为与螺纹体5相配合的细牙螺纹3，螺母1外表面设置为粗牙螺纹2。
如图3，使用的时候，先用内六角扳手把螺母1紧固到物体A内，然后螺栓8穿过另一物体B，螺纹体5***到螺母1内，拧动螺栓头7从而拉紧式紧固实现两物体的锁紧。螺母1外表面的粗牙螺纹旋合接触面大，其与物体接触面紧固性好。

1.一种紧固件，包括螺栓（8）、螺母（1），其特征在于，所述螺栓（8）包括螺栓头（7）、螺杆（6）及螺纹体（5）；所述螺母（1）沿轴线开有一中心通孔，通孔一端加工成内六角（4），另一端设置为与螺纹体（5）相配合的细牙螺纹（3），螺母（1）外表面设置为粗牙螺纹（2）。
