Abstract

一种水面收污泵,包括动力装置和收污筒,所述动力装置与所述收污筒连接,所述收污筒的上部设有进污口,所述收污筒的下部设有出污口,所述收污筒的外侧设有桨叶,所述收污筒的轴心线垂直于所述桨叶的旋转面,所述进污口位于所述桨叶的上方。本发明利用离心力将水面污染物吸入进污口并进行收集,结构简单,制造成本低,操作使用方便,并且克服了现有技术对水面污染物收集不干净等缺点,适于收集低密度、低厚度分布的水面污染物,并且对水面污染物收集更加彻底。

一种水面收污泵
技术领域
本发明涉及环境污染物收集、清理装置领域,尤其涉及一种用于收集、清理水面污物的水面收污泵。
背景技术
随着人类生产的不断发展与进步,环境污染也大量的出现。现代化大规模的工业、农业、采掘业和交通运输业常常对江河、湖泊、海洋等水面造成严重的污染。尤其是在现代海上石油开采及海上石油运输中常常发生大规模的石油泄漏,这些长期漂浮在水面上的石油等污染物,对生态环境、野生动植物和人们的健康形成了巨大的威胁。
现有技术中多是利用刮板装置等设备来收集水面的石油等污染物,这些设备适于收集大规模、大厚度聚集的水面污染物。但是对于少量的甚至微量的水面污染物,尤其是大面积但低密度、低厚度分布的水面污染物,现有技术中的这些装置的收集效果均不佳,难于收集干净,遗留的污染物将继续对环境造成污染。
为此,急需发明一种新型的适于收集低密度、低厚度分布的水面污染物,并且对水面污染物收集更加彻底的装置。
发明内容
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种水面收污泵,包括动力装置和收污筒,所述动力装置与所述收污筒连接,并带动所述收污筒和所述桨叶旋转;所述收污筒的上部设有进污口,所述收污筒的下部设有出污口,所述进污口低于海平面设置,所述收污筒的外侧设有桨叶,所述收污筒的轴心线垂直于所述桨叶的旋转面,所述进污口位于所述桨叶的上方。
还包括稳流柱,所述稳流柱与所述收污筒同轴心线设置,所述进污口靠近所述稳流柱设置。
所述稳流柱为圆柱或螺旋状结构。
在所述桨叶和所述动力装置之间还设有水套。
所述出污口位于所述桨叶的下方。
本发明所述的水面收污泵,可以由浮筒或船只放到受到污染的水面上作业。
在作业时,收污筒轴线方向垂直于受污染的水面,进污口低于海平面。动力装置带动桨叶旋转,在水面上形成一个漩涡场,水面的污染物受漩涡场的作用聚集在稳流柱附近,从而在稳流柱周围形成一个污染物聚集芯,聚集在一起的污染物被吸入进污口。
稳流柱能够稳定轴向产生的污染物聚集芯并起到一定的旋转带动作用,使得污染物向出污口流动,最终被收集装置所收集。稳流柱和收污筒之间设有变速装置,从而能够根据原油的粘度调整稳流柱与收污筒等速或差速转动。
收污筒水随动力装置转动,由于旋转离心力的作用,能够在进污口形成吸力,从而将污染物吸进进污口。
本发明所述的同轴心线设置或同轴心线连接,是指相互设置或相互连接的两个部件的轴心线与轴心线位于同一条直线上。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1,本发明利用离心力将水面污染物吸入进污口并进行收集,结构简单,制造成本低,操作使用方便。
2,本发明克服了现有技术对水面污染物收集不干净等缺点,适于收集低密度、低厚度分布的水面污染物,并且对水面污染物收集更加彻底。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明本发明优选的技术方案。
一种水面收污泵,包括动力装置1和收污筒6,动力装置1与收污筒6连接,收污筒6的上部设有进污口4,收污筒6的下部设有出污口5,收污筒6的外侧设有桨叶2,收污筒6的轴心线垂直于桨叶2的旋转面,进污口4位于桨叶2的上方。还包括稳流柱3,稳流柱3与收污筒6同轴心线设置,进污口4靠近稳流柱3设置。在桨叶2和动力装置1之间还设有水套。出污口5位于桨叶2的下方。稳流柱3为螺旋状结构,稳流柱3能够稳定轴向产生的污染物聚集芯并起到一定的旋转带动作用,使得污染物向进污口流动,最终被污物收集装置所收集。
在作业时,收污筒6轴线方向垂直于受污染的水面,进污口4低于海平面。动力装置1带动桨叶2旋转,在水面上形成一个漩涡场,水面的污染物受漩涡场的作用聚集在稳流柱3附近,从而在稳流柱3周围形成一个污染物聚集芯,聚集在一起的污染物被吸入进污口4。收污筒6随动力装置1转动,由于旋转离心力的作用,能够在进污口4形成吸力,从而将污染物吸进进污口4。

1.一种水面收污泵,包括动力装置和收污筒,其特征在于:所述动力装置与所述收污筒连接,并带动所述收污筒和桨叶旋转;所述收污筒的上部设有进污口,所述收污筒的下部设有出污口,所述进污口低于海平面设置,所述收污筒的外侧设有桨叶,所述收污筒的轴心线垂直于所述桨叶的旋转面,所述进污口位于所述桨叶的上方,所述出污口位于所述桨叶的下方;
还包括稳流柱,所述稳流柱与所述收污筒同轴心线设置,所述进污口靠近所述稳流柱设置;
所述稳流柱为圆柱或螺旋状结构;
在所述桨叶和所述动力装置之间还设有水套。
