Abstract

无叶片风扇的喷嘴,属于风扇技术领域,包括一圈环形的壳体,所述壳体内部设置有通道,所述壳体上还设置有一圈与所述通道相通的缝隙,所述缝隙的顶面至少有一部分为圆柱面,还包括一调整环,所述调整环的外圈与所述圆柱面相配合,且所述调整环的内圈直径沿着出风的方向逐渐变小。当移动调整环向缝隙深入时,缝隙的开口处的宽度逐渐变小,即出风的面积变小,这时出风的强度就逐渐提高。当移动调整环向缝隙外拉出时,缝隙的开口处的宽度逐渐变大,即出风的面积变大,这时出风的强度就逐渐减小。因此可以通过变换调节环的位置,可以获得不同的出风强度,满足不同场合的需要和个人不同的需求。

技术领域
本发明属于风扇技术领域,具体的说是一种无叶片风扇的喷嘴。
背景技术
专利申请号:200810177844.8公开了一种无叶片风扇,无叶片风扇包括喷嘴和用于产生通过喷嘴的气流的构件。参见图1至图3,喷嘴为一圈环形的壳体1,壳体1内部设置有通道11,壳体1上还设置有一圈与通道11相通的缝隙3,缝隙3的开口处31即为出风口。使用时,气流通入壳体1中,进入通道11内,再经由出风口排出。
这种形式的喷嘴,缝隙的开口处的宽度是固定的,人们无法调节出风的强度,因此无法满足不同场合的需要和个人不同的需求。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种无叶片风扇的喷嘴,能够调节出风的强度。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:无叶片风扇的喷嘴,包括一圈环形的壳体,所述壳体内部设置有通道,所述壳体上还设置有一圈与所述通道相通的缝隙,所述缝隙的顶面至少有一部分为圆柱面,还包括一调整环,所述调整环的外圈与所述圆柱面相配合,且所述调整环的内圈直径沿着出风的方向逐渐变小。当移动调整环向缝隙深入时,缝隙的开口处的宽度逐渐变小,即出风的面积变小,这时出风的强度就逐渐提高。当移动调整环向缝隙外拉出时,缝隙的开口处的宽度逐渐变大,即出风的面积变大,这时出风的强度就逐渐减小。因此可以通过变换调节环的位置,可以获得不同的出风强度,满足不同场合的需要和个人不同的需求。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述缝隙内设置有限制所述调整环向所述缝隙内侧移动的挡块。增加挡块以后,防止调整环进入通道内,导致调整环无法取出。
上述技术方案中,其中一种调整环的形状为,所述调整环的横截面形状为三角形,且所述三角形的一个锐角深入所述缝隙内。
上述技术方案中,另外一种调整环的形状为,所述调整环的横截面形状为梯形。
本发明的有益效果是:当移动调整环向缝隙深入时,缝隙的开口处的宽度逐渐变小,即出风的面积变小,这时出风的强度就逐渐提高。当移动调整环向缝隙外拉出时,缝隙的开口处的宽度逐渐变大,即出风的面积变大,这时出风的强度就逐渐减小。因此可以通过变换调节环的位置,可以获得不同的出风强度,满足不同场合的需要和个人不同的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1,参见图4和图5,无叶片风扇的喷嘴,包括一圈环形的壳体1和调整环4,壳体1内部设置有通道11,壳体1的底部成型有凸起部2,凸起部2内成型有与通道11相通的进风口21,壳体1内圈上成型有一圈与通道11相通的缝隙3,构成缝隙3的顶面和底面皆为圆柱面。缝隙3的顶面上成型有挡块5,调整环4的横截面形状为直角三角形,调整环4的外圈41与缝隙3的顶面相配合,直角三角形较小的一个锐角深入缝隙3内。这就保证了调整环4的内圈42直径沿着出风的一侧逐渐变小。
使用时,参见图5,当向左移动调整环4时,缝隙3的开口处31的宽度不断变小,这时出风的强度就会逐渐升高。当向右移动调整环4时,缝隙3的开口处31的宽度不断变大,这时出风的强度就会逐渐降低。移动过程中,挡块5用于限制调整环4的位置,防止调整环4掉入通道11内。挡块5可以设置成任意形状,也可以设置在缝隙3的底面上,只要能够抵住调整环4就可以。
实施例2,参见图6,调整环4的横截面形状为梯形,其余同实施例1。
实施例3,参见图7,调整环4的内圈42形状为圆弧面,其余同实施例1。

Claims (4)

1.无叶片风扇的喷嘴,包括一圈环形的壳体(1),所述壳体(1)内部设置有通道(11),所述壳体(1)上还设置有一圈与所述通道(11)相通的缝隙(3),其特征在于:所述缝隙(3)的顶面至少有一部分为圆柱面,还包括一调整环(4),所述调整环(4)的外圈(41)与所述圆柱面相配合,且所述调整环(4)的内圈(42)直径沿着出风的方向逐渐变小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无叶片风扇的喷嘴,其特征在于:所述缝隙3内设置有限制所述调整环(4)向所述缝隙(3)内侧移动的挡块(5)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的无叶片风扇的喷嘴,其特征在于:所述调整环(4)的横截面形状为三角形,且所述三角形的一个锐角深入所述缝隙(3)内。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的无叶片风扇的喷嘴,其特征在于:所述调整环(4)的横截面形状为梯形。
