技术领域
本发明涉及一种中空纤维超滤膜组件，属于水处理设备制造领域。
背景技术
目前，膜组件与外部管道的连接一般采用活接连接，即螺纹连接或者卡接，连接处经常会出现漏水现象，且活接零件较多，安装拆卸比较费时。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术中的不足，对现有中空纤维超滤膜组件进行改进。
本发明提供一种纤维超滤膜上封头结构，包括承压外壳、封头、封头连接端以及纤维超滤膜，封头连接端上设有用于与外部管道连接的出水口，所述的出水口为快接接口。
与现有技术相比，入水口设计成快接接口，与外部管道直接用胶水粘接在一起，相比于过去的活接接口，密封更好，安装速度更快。

下面将结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明，但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
如附图1所示，本发明提供一种纤维超滤膜上封头结构，包括承压外壳、封头、封头连接端以及纤维超滤膜，封头连接端上设有用于与外部管道连接的入水口，所述的入水口为快接接头，所述快接接头与所述封头连接端通过模具一体成型，再通过粘接剂与外部管道密封连接。与现有技术相比，入水口设计成快接接口，与外部管道直接用胶水粘接在一起，相比于过去的螺纹连接，密封更好，安装速度更快。

1.一种纤维超滤膜上封头结构，包括承压外壳（1）、封头（2）、封头连接端（4）以及纤维超滤膜（3），所述的封头连接端（4）上设有与外部管道连接的入水口（5），其特征在于：所述的入水口（5）为快接接口。
