Abstract

本发明公开了一种变轨调节阀,包括阀体,阀体内设有阀体介质流通通道,阀体介质流通通道上设有阀芯,阀芯由内阀芯和外阀芯构成,外阀芯装设于阀体介质流通通道上,外阀芯内设有与阀体介质流通通道相连通的阀芯介质流通通道,阀芯介质流通通道上装设有内阀芯。当阀门需要增大流量时,可在原有外阀芯打开的情况,再打开外阀芯内的内阀芯来扩大阀体的流量;当阀门需要低于外阀芯的流量时,可将外阀芯关闭,打开外阀芯内的内阀芯,以此来减少流通介质的流量,便于更好的控制流量精度,因此本发明既可实现高于原有单阀芯介质流量的调节,也可实现低于原有单阀芯介质流量的调节,有效地扩大了调节阀的流量调节范围,也使得调节阀的适用范围更广。

本发明涉及一种阀门,具体涉及一种变轨调节阀。
背景技术
调节阀是阀门中一种常用类型,调节阀通常包括阀体,阀体内设有阀体介质流通通道,所述阀体介质流通通道上设有控制阀体介质流通通道流量的阀芯,虽然可以通过控制阀芯来调节阀体的流量,但是由于受阀芯本身尺寸大小及阀芯与阀体介质流通通道之间调节角度等的影响,现有技术中通过单阀芯来控制或调节阀体的流量,具有一定的局限性,通常只能调节某一特定范围内的流量,超过或低于这个特定范围的流量均无法调节,因此造成调节阀的适用范围小。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种流量调节范围更广的变轨调节阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种变轨调节阀,包括阀体,所述的阀体内设有阀体介质流通通道,所述阀体介质流通通道上设有控制阀体介质流通通道流量的阀芯,所述的阀芯由内阀芯和外阀芯构成,所述的外阀芯装设于阀体介质流通通道上,外阀芯内设有与阀体介质流通通道相连通的阀芯介质流通通道,所述的阀芯介质流通通道上装设有内阀芯,所述的外阀芯上连接有外阀杆,所述的内阀芯上连接有内阀杆,且所述的内阀杆穿设在外阀杆中,内阀杆与外阀杆之间设有密封填料及固定密封填料的压紧螺母,所述的内阀杆上套装有复位弹簧,所述的复位弹簧位于阀芯介质流通通道内,且复位弹簧的上端与阀芯介质流通通道内壁抵触,复位弹簧的下端与内阀芯抵触。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述结构,由于所述的阀芯是由内阀芯和外阀芯构成,外阀芯装设于阀体介质流通通道上,内阀芯装设于阀芯介质流通通道上,因此当阀门需要增大流量时,可在原有外阀芯打开的情况,再打开外阀芯内的内阀芯来扩大阀体的流量;当阀门需要低于外阀芯的流量时,可将外阀芯关闭,打开外阀芯内的内阀芯,以此来减少流通介质的流量,便于更好的控制流量精度,所以相比现有技术单阀芯的调节阀,本发明所提供的调节阀,既可实现高于原有单阀芯介质流量的调节,也可实现低于原有单阀芯介质流量的调节,有效地扩大了调节阀的流量调节范围,也使得调节阀的适用范围更广。
本发明可进一步设置为所述的外阀芯上还固接有阀芯盖,所述的阀芯盖上圆周均布有若干个介质流孔,且所述阀芯盖上若干个介质流孔的两端分别与阀体介质流通通道、阀芯介质流通通道相连通。
采用上述结构,在外阀芯上增设阀芯盖,可通过阀芯盖上的若干个介质流孔的分流,可进一步细化阀芯介质流通通道的流量,使得从阀芯介质流通通道流出的流量更均匀,低流量适用的范围也可更低。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示给出了一种变轨调节阀,包括阀体1,所述的阀体1内设有阀体介质流通通道11,所述阀体介质流通通道11上设有控制阀体介质流通通道11流量的阀芯,所述的阀芯由内阀芯2和外阀芯3构成,所述的外阀芯3装设于阀体介质流通通道11上,外阀芯3内设有与阀体介质流通通道11相连通的阀芯介质流通通道31,所述的阀芯介质流通通道31上装设有内阀芯2,所述的外阀芯3上还固接有阀芯盖5,所述的阀芯盖5上圆周均布有若干个介质流孔51,且所述阀芯盖5上若干个介质流孔51的两端分别与阀体介质流通通道11、阀芯介质流通通道31相连通。当阀门需要增大流量时,可在原有外阀芯3打开的情况,再打开外阀芯3内的内阀芯2来扩大阀体1的流量;当阀门需要低于外阀芯3的流量时,可将外阀芯3关闭,打开外阀芯3内的内阀芯2,以此来减少流通介质的流量,便于更好的控制流量精度,所以相比现有技术单阀芯的调节阀,本发明所提供的调节阀,既可实现高于原有单阀芯介质流量的调节,也可实现低于原有单阀芯介质流量的调节,有效地扩大了调节阀的流量调节范围,也使得调节阀的适用范围更广。所述的外阀芯3上连接有外阀杆6,所述的内阀芯2上连接有内阀杆7,所述的内阀杆7穿设在外阀杆6中,内阀杆7与外阀杆6之间设有密封填料8及固定密封填料8的压紧螺母9,所述的内阀杆7上套装有复位弹簧4,所述的复位弹簧3位于阀芯介质流通通道31内,且复位弹簧3的上端与阀芯介质流通通道31内壁抵触,复位弹簧3的下端与内阀芯2抵触,外阀杆6及内阀杆7的另一端上连接有驱动外阀杆6及内阀杆7运动的气动头10,所述的气动头10由外轨气动头101与内轨气动头102组成,且所述的外阀杆6与外轨气动头101连接,内阀杆7与内轨气动头102连接,所述的外轨气动头101、内轨气动头102分别独立用于控制外阀杆6、内阀杆7的运动及运动行程,实现同一气动头10的双轨异步运动,相比现有技术单轨控制调节阀,本发明所提供的双轨异步运动气动头10操作更为灵活,对流量的控制也更为精确。

1.一种变轨调节阀,包括阀体,所述的阀体内设有阀体介质流通通道,所述阀体介质流通通道上设有控制阀体介质流通通道流量的阀芯,其特征在于:所述的阀芯由内阀芯和外阀芯构成,所述的外阀芯装设于阀体介质流通通道上,外阀芯内设有与阀体介质流通通道相连通的阀芯介质流通通道,所述的阀芯介质流通通道上装设有内阀芯,所述的外阀芯上连接有外阀杆,所述的内阀芯上连接有内阀杆,且所述的内阀杆穿设在外阀杆中,内阀杆与外阀杆之间设有密封填料及固定密封填料的压紧螺母,所述的内阀杆上套装有复位弹簧,所述的复位弹簧位于阀芯介质流通通道内,且复位弹簧的上端与阀芯介质流通通道内壁抵触,复位弹簧的下端与内阀芯抵触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变轨调节阀,其特征在于:所述的外阀芯上还固接有阀芯盖,所述的阀芯盖上圆周均布有若干个介质流孔,且所述阀芯盖上若干个介质流孔的两端分别与阀体介质流通通道、阀芯介质流通通道相连通。
