Abstract

背景技术
本发明的公开内容
本发明改善了在螺纹被砂质材料污染时的咬合并紧固螺纹的能力。
将轴向的槽添设到螺纹的阳和/或阴半部分,能够通过为污染物提供“逃跑路径”而使紧固动作将砂质污染物从螺纹的啮合部排出。在传统的螺纹中,当砂砾小于螺纹间隙时,和/或砂砾比螺纹间隙大很多时,紧固动作有时随着紧固的发生而将污染物连续地排出。但是当砂砾尺寸与螺纹间隙相当时,砂砾可能会卡在啮合部中,从而阻止进一步紧固。然而,采用本发明,反复地部分地松动然后紧固该部分会使污染物运动至轴向的槽中和/或使污染物压碎,从而允许螺纹被完全地紧固。槽如果被设置在阳部分或***分中则是有效果的,且如果槽存在于阳部分和***分两者中则会看到某些另外的改善。槽应径向地至少与阳部分的小直径或***分的大直径一样深,且当槽径向地比其深时会看到另外的改善。并且添设被连接至那些槽的径向逃跑口能够提供甚至更短的路径和更有效的对砂砾的排斥。
在该部分最初被靠拢在一起时,这些槽可能增大了螺纹不对准的可能性(“螺纹错扣”),但是添设“导向直径”(在咬合部的开始处被去除的螺纹)基本上消除了螺纹错扣。
如果没有槽,螺纹和砂质污染物的某些结合使得在对该部分没有过多努力和/或不损坏的情况下实现紧固变得不可能。槽的添设允许了这些结合的大部分被牢固地紧固,特别是如果使用增量的松动然后紧固的步骤时。

此外,在优选的实施方式中,槽18比在***分12上的螺纹16的底部或根部16a延伸得更深(对于***分12来说径向地更远)。这为污染物提供了待被推入的路径。

Claims (6)

1.一种带螺纹的连接件,该带螺纹的连接件具有阳部分和***分以及纵向轴,每一部分具有在其上的互补的螺纹,改进在于,包括延伸穿过所述部分中的至少一个上的所述螺纹的至少一个轴向地延伸的槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的带螺纹的连接件,其中,所述槽具有深度,并且所述螺纹具有深度和根部,其中所述槽的深度比所述螺纹的深度大。
