Abstract

本发明涉及的是一种密炼机用手动卸料门,包括密炼机机体、设置在密炼机机体上的卸料口和设置在卸料口处的翻板;所述翻板通过可旋转轴安装在密炼机机体上,其另一端通过可旋转轴连接有传动丝杆;该传动丝杆的一端连接有带动传动丝杆运行的手动螺套,在所述手动螺套的圆周表面上固定有复数个带动手动螺套旋转的扳手。本发明通过手动螺套以及扳手来控制翻板的开合角度,手动螺套旋转,传动丝杆移动,进而控制翻板的旋转角度,从而进一步控制下料,卸料门的开度由翻板旋转角度而定,有效控制卸料口开合角度,其操作简单,清理方便,工作可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种卸料门装置,具体涉及的是一种密炼机用卸料门。 
背景技术
密炼机是塑料配混用的主要设备之一,按工作原理可分为间歇式和连续式两类。它由密炼室、转子、上顶栓(压料装置)、下顶栓(卸料装置)、加热冷却装置以及传动***等组成。其工作原理是:混合料由加料斗进入密炼室,在两个相对旋转的转子的间隙、转子与密炼室内壁间隙、转子与上下顶栓的间隙中,受到不断变化的剪切、捏炼和摩擦作用,使塑料生热而塑化,并混合均匀。 
密炼机工作时,必须吧卸料门关闭,混炼结束后需要把卸料口打开,吧练好的物料拍出来,这种开闭卸料口的装置称为卸料装置。目前,现有的密炼机用卸料门是推拉式的卸料门,该包括一用于挡住卸料口的挡板,该挡板设置在卸料口处,在卸料口处设置有卡合挡板的规槽,该挡板两边处于规槽内,通过人工推动挡板来控制卸料口的开合程度,该结构尾抽屉式结构,其在实际运用时,下料口的开合程度难以控制,而且在挡板上容易积累物料,使其清理不方便,并且由于物料积累难以使挡板闭合卸料口,其操作不便,使用寿命短。 
发明内容
针对现有技术上的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种操作简单,清理方便,有效控制卸料口开合角度的密炼机用手动卸料门。 
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现: 
密炼机用手动卸料门,包括密炼机机体、设置在密炼机机体上的卸料口和设置在卸料口处的翻板;其特征在于,所述翻板通过可旋转轴安装在密炼机机体上,其另一端通过可旋转轴连接有传动丝杆;该传动丝杆的一端连接有带动传动丝杆运行的手动螺套,在所述手动螺套的圆周表面上固定有复数个带动手动螺套旋转的扳手。
作为优选,所述手动螺套的一端固定有可与手动螺套相对旋转的固定连接件,该固定连接件通过可旋转轴安装在密炼机机体上,所述手动螺套的另一端与丝杆螺纹连接,通过旋转手动螺套带动丝杆移动,从而控制翻板的开合角度。 
作为优选,所述翻板内还安装有加热器,便于物料的下料,使其清理干净,避免了积料的产生。 
本发明通过手动螺套以及扳手来控制翻板的开合角度,手动螺套旋转,传动丝杆移动,进而控制翻板的旋转角度,从而进一步控制下料,卸料门的开度由翻板旋转角度而定, 有效控制卸料口开合角度,其操作简单,清理方便,工作可靠。

 具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1和图2,本发明的密炼机用手动卸料门,其是应用在连续式密炼机上,其包括密炼机机体10、设置在密炼机机体10上的卸料口11和设置在卸料口11处的翻板12;所述翻板12通过可旋转轴安装在密炼机机体10上,其另一端通过可旋转轴连接有传动丝杆13;该传动丝杆13的一端连接有带动传动丝杆13运行的手动螺套14,其另一端连接翻板12,通过手动螺套14旋转,传动丝杆13移动,进而控制翻板12的旋转角度 
在手动螺套14圆周表面上固定有复数个扳手15,通过扳手15带动手动螺套14的旋转,以便控制翻板12的开合角度,控制物料的下料。
作为优选,手动螺套14的一端固定有可与手动螺套14相对旋转的固定连接件16,该固定连接件16一端通过可旋转轴安装在密炼机机体10上,其另一端可通过轴承与手动螺套14连接,使其之间能够产生相对旋转。 
为防止物料粘在翻板12上或在翻板12上积料,在翻板12内还安装有加热器,便于物料清理干净。 
 在手动螺套14的另一端与丝杆螺纹13连接,通过旋转手动螺套14带动传动丝杆13移动,从而控制翻板12的开合角度。 
本发明使用时,通过扳动扳手15带动手动螺套14旋转,由于传动丝杆13与手动螺套14的螺纹连接,促使传动丝杆13移动,从而进一步控制翻板12在下料口11的开合角度。通过手动螺套14的旋转方式来控制翻板12的旋转角度,从而进一步控制下料,卸料门的开度由翻板旋转角度而定, 有效控制卸料口开合角度,其操作简单,清理方便,工作可靠。

1. 密炼机用手动卸料门,包括密炼机机体、设置在密炼机机体上的卸料口和设置在卸料口处的翻板;其特征在于,所述翻板通过可旋转轴安装在密炼机机体上,其另一端通过可旋转轴连接有传动丝杆;该传动丝杆的一端连接有带动传动丝杆运行的手动螺套,在所述手动螺套的圆周表面上固定有复数个带动手动螺套旋转的扳手。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的密炼机用手动卸料门,其特征在于,所述手动螺套的一端固定有可与手动螺套相对旋转的固定连接件,该固定连接件通过可旋转轴安装在密炼机机体上,所述手动螺套的另一端与丝杆螺纹连接。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的密炼机用手动卸料门,其特征在于,所述翻板内还安装有加热器。
