技术领域
本发明涉及一种配菜的加工设备，尤其是一种蔬菜调味机。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步，人们生活水平的提高，人们生活、工作节奏也日益加快，快餐食品也日益为人们所钟爱。随着即食盒饭的出现，即食盒饭的配菜也尤其重要。
经蔬菜漂烫设备漂烫出来的蔬菜需要进行调味后，再装盒进行包装。对于快餐盒菜的生产，若人工进行加调味，然后人手进行搅拌，这样不但耗费人力，效率低，而且对于量大的搅拌也不均匀。为了实现产业化生产,需要一种自动加调味、自动调味的自动调味机来适应快餐行业这种产业化的生产。
目前还未有对蔬菜进行自动调味的调味机出现。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够对配菜自动调味、生产效率高的蔬菜调味机。
为实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种蔬菜调味机，包括机架、电控箱、调味装置和搅拌装置，电控箱、调味装置、搅拌装置设在机架上，调味装置的输出口与搅拌装置的输入口相对应。
优选的是，所述调味装置由调味盒、调味勺、调味旋转轴、旋转气缸、放菜箱和推板组成，调味旋转轴设在调味盒内，调味勺固定在调味旋转轴上，调味旋转轴通过旋转气缸带动，放菜箱设在机架上，推板设在放菜箱上面。
优选的是，所述搅拌装置包括滚筒、电机，滚筒是倾斜设置在机架上。
优选的是，所述滚筒与电机之间通过传动机构连接。
本发明采用上述结构后，通过在机架上设置电控箱、调味装置、搅拌装置，调味装置的输出口与搅拌装置的输入口相对应；故经过调味装置添加调料的蔬菜在输出口进入到搅拌装置内进行搅拌均匀，自动完成了对配菜调味，生产效率高，自动化程度高，大大减少了人力。
优选的，采用由调味盒、调味勺、调味旋转轴、旋转气缸、放菜箱和推板组成的调味装置，调味旋转轴设在调味盒内，调味勺固定在调味旋转轴上，调味旋转轴通过旋转气缸带动，放菜箱固定在机架上，推板设在放菜箱上面；该调味装置通过旋转气缸带动固定在调味旋转轴的调味勺摆动，将调味盒中的调料自动添加到对放菜箱内，然后由推板将配菜推进搅拌装置内，加调料、输送到下一步都是自动完成，无需人工辅助完成，适合快餐行业产业化生产的需要。
优选的，该搅拌装置包括滚筒、电机，滚筒是倾斜设置在机架上，滚筒与电机之间通过传动机构连接；滚筒通过电机带动旋转，滚筒的旋转完成对配菜的搅拌调味，使配菜与调料搅拌均匀。该搅拌过程也是自动完成的。
优选的，在滚筒内设有带动配菜上升的凸棱，这样通过凸棱可有效地带动配菜上升，对配菜的搅拌更加均匀。

具体实施方式
图1和2所示，本发明的蔬菜调味机，包括机架1、电控箱2、调味装置3和搅拌装置4，电控箱2、调味装置3、搅拌装置4设在机架1上，调味装置3的输出口与搅拌装置4的输入口相对应。本实施方式的调味装置3由调味盒31、调味勺32、调味旋转轴33、旋转气缸34、放菜箱35和推板36组成，调味旋转轴33设在调味盒31内，调味勺32固定在调味旋转轴33上，调味旋转轴33通过旋转气缸34带动，放菜箱35设在机架1上，推板36设在放菜箱35上面，该推板36可将放菜箱35的配菜从推进搅拌装置4内。上述的搅拌装置4包括滚筒41、电机42，滚筒41是倾斜设置在机架1上，该滚筒41与电机42之间通过传动机构43连接，电机42通过传动机构43驱动滚筒41旋转。
工作原理：人工将漂烫滤干后的配菜倒进放菜箱35上，并在调味盒31内预选放好调料；然后启动电控箱2控制调味装置3的旋转气缸34旋转，带动调味旋转轴33旋转，即带动固定在调味旋转轴33的调味勺32摆动，调味勺32完成将调味盒31中的调料自动添加到对放菜箱35内，然后由推板36将配菜推进搅拌装置内，自动完成了对配菜添加调料、输送到下一步工序；带有调料后的配菜进入到搅拌装置4的滚筒41内，电机42驱动滚筒41转动，在滚筒41内设有带动配菜上升的凸棱411，这样通过凸棱411可有效地带动配菜上升，对配菜的搅拌更加均匀；最后配菜在倾斜滚筒41内靠自重从滚筒41下倾斜端出来。整个的添加调料、输送配菜、搅拌都是自动完成，无需人工辅助，因此自动化程度高，生产效率高，大大节省了人力。适合快餐行业产业化生产的需要。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式而已，当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换，都不脱离本发明技术方案的保护范围。

1.一种蔬菜调味机，包括机架（1）、电控箱（2）、调味装置（3）和搅拌装置（4），其特征在于：电控箱（2）、调味装置（3）、搅拌装置（4）设在机架（1）上，调味装置（3）的输出口与搅拌装置（4）的输入口相对应；所述调味装置（3）由调味盒（31）、调味勺（32）、调味旋转轴（33）、旋转气缸（34）、放菜箱（35）和推板（36）组成，调味旋转轴（33）设在调味盒（31）内，调味勺(32)固定在调味旋转轴(33)上，调味旋转轴(33)通过旋转气缸(34)带动，放菜箱(35)设在机架（1）上，推板（36）设在放菜箱（35）上面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蔬菜调味机，其特征在于：所述搅拌装置（4）包括滚筒（41）、电机（42），滚筒（41）是倾斜设置在机架（1）上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蔬菜调味机，其特征在于：所述滚筒（41）与电机（42）之间通过传动机构（43）连接。
 4.根据权利要求2所述的蔬菜调味机，其特征在于：所述的滚筒（41）内设有带动配菜上升的凸棱（411）。
