技术领域

背景技术
用于将液体产品,尤其是液体食品如水、牛奶、果汁或酒填充到包装袋中的填充机,例如从WO99/41149是已知的。该文献公开了如何将一卷包装袋输送通过填充机,并且依次到达用于去除端部密封从而开启每一个容器的填充通道的工作站、用于填充每一个容器的工作站,以及用于封闭已填充包装袋的密封工作站。

根据本发明,进一步提出一种用于填充包装袋的填充机。所述填充机包括:填充室,在所述填充室中包装袋通过借助填充喷嘴将液体内容物传送到所述包装袋被填充;包装袋入口,未填充包装袋通过所述包装袋入口进入所述填充室;包装袋出口,已填充包装袋通过所述包装袋出口离开所述填充室;除湿器,该除湿器被布置为将空气除去湿气以便提供干燥空气;以及空气供应单元,该空气供应单元被布置为借助经由进气口持续供应所述干燥空气而产生通过所述填充室的气流。所述空气供应单元被布置为以使得在所述填充室中产生过量压力并且所述填充室中的空气每小时更换25至250次的量供应所述干燥空气,其中供应给所述填充室的空气适于经由所述包装袋入口和/或经由所述包装袋出口从所述填充室流出,借此由所述干燥空气产生的所述气流吸收存在于所述填充室中的水,从而提供抑制微生物生长的卫生环境。
所述除湿器能包括用于通过冷凝出水而干燥空气的冷却干燥装置。
所述填充机能进一步包括用于对供应给填充室的空气消毒的消毒单元。消毒单元能确保被送入填充室内的气流是消毒的。采用这种方式,填充室中的微生物的量被减少,这使得更容易维持卫生的环境。
所述消毒单元能包括消毒过滤器。
所述填充机能进一步包括用于调节供应给填充室的空气的温度的调温单元。所述调温单元能确保被供应给填充室内的空气具有合适的温度。采用这种方式,空气能够吸收的水的量可以被调整。冷空气能吸收的水比热空气少。
调温单元能适于将供应给填充室的空气调节在至15至35摄氏度的温度范围内。
所述进气口可以居中地位于填充室中。作为该中心定位的结果,干燥效果可以达到最大。

具体实施方式
现在参考图1,其示出根据本发明的用于填充包装袋2的填充机10的实施例。
填充机10包括填充室12、包装袋入口14和包装袋出口16。将在填充机10中被填充的包装袋2经由包装袋入口14被供应。已填充包装袋2经由包装袋出口16输出。
填充机10进一步包括供给装置(未示出),其适于经由包装袋入口14将包装袋2供给到填充室12。根据所示的实施例。填充机因此适于处理以空的形式供应的包装袋。然而,将可以理解的,本发明还涵盖包装袋据此被形成在填充机本身中的方法和装置。
更具体地,供给装置适于接收以卷绕在卷轴上的薄片8的形式被供应的包装袋2。包装袋2的定向方向与卷出的薄片8的纵向方向一致。供给装置适于沿与所述定向方向平行的方向运输包装袋2。在此运输期间,实现包装袋2的开启和分离。
相应地,填充机10包括开启工作站20,在此处包装袋2被开启以使得包装袋2能够被填充内容物,和分离工作站22,在此处相互连接的包装袋2被分离。开启工作站20能包括第一切割工具,其被布置为,在相互连接状态下的包装袋2的供给期间,其中包装袋2形成包装袋2的拉长的薄片,通过在顶部切断带而开启每一个包装袋2的填充通道6。分离工作站22能包括第二切割工具,其将相互连接的包装袋2彼此分离。
填充机10进一步包括运输装置,在24处示意性图示,其适于在保持包装袋2的定向方向的同时在填充室12内沿相对于所述定向方向的横向方向运输所述包装袋2。如图示实施例中所示,运输装置24能被布置为逐步地运输包装袋2。
运输装置24能进一步被布置为,在所述运输期间,在所述横向方向上沿着曲线路径移动包装袋2。
填充机进一步包括用于填充包装袋2的填充工作站26和用于密封已填充包装袋2的密封工作站28,并且运输装置24适于将包装袋2移动至这些工作站26、28。
在填充工作站26,包装袋通过借助填充喷嘴将液体内容物传送到包装袋被填充。
凭借运输装置24被布置为在保持定位方向的同时沿所述横向方向逐步地运输包装袋2的事实,包装袋2能以逐步的方式被移动至填充工作站26以便经由包装袋2的开启的填充通道6填充包装袋2。此外,填充包装袋2能以逐步的方式被移动至密封工作站28以便密封已填充包装袋2的填充通道6。
运输装置24也能被布置为进一步逐步运输包装袋2至随后的充气工作站(未示出)以便将每一个包装袋的手柄部分填充气体,然后至被布置在其后的气体密封工作站(未示出),在该气体密封工作站处已填充气体的手柄部分被密封。
已填充包装袋2借助输出装置29经由包装袋出口16输出。输出装置29适于在维持包装袋2的定向方向的同时沿与所述定向方向平行的方向运输包装袋2。在所示的实施例中,供给方向和输出方向彼此相反,但是将可以理解,这些方向也能具有相同的朝向。
填充机10进一步包括除湿器30,其适于将空气除去湿气以提供干燥空气DA。干燥空气在此处的意思为在大气压力下具有相对湿度在0到30%范围内并且优选为在10%到20%范围内的空气。除湿器30包括冷却干燥装置32,在其中空气被冷却而冷凝出水以提供干燥空气DA。可选择地,除湿器30能包括湿气吸收器用以从通过的空气中吸收水。
填充机10进一步包括空气供应单元34,其适于产生通过填充室12的气流。气流借助将干燥空气DA经由进气口36持续供应到填充机10来实现。空气供应单元34适于以使得在填充室12中产生过量压力,也就是流入的空气被允许略微超过流出的空气的量供应干燥空气DA。为了达到最大的效果,进气口36居中地位于填充室12中。
如本实施例所示,空气供应单元34能包括风扇装置35,其将干燥空气DA经由所述进气口36吹入填充室12中以产生通过填充室12的所述气流。在典型的实施例中,空气供应单元34适于产生使得填充室12中的空气每小时更换25至250次,更优选为每小时100至200次,且最优选为每小时127至175次的气流。
由供应的干燥空气DA产生的通过填充室12的气流经由包装袋入口14并经由包装袋出口16从填充机10流出。气流也能经由其他抽气装置(未示出)从填充机10流出。
供应给填充室12的干燥空气DA产生能够吸收存在于填充室12中的水的气流。由于干燥空气DA被持续供应并且由于填充室12内存在过量压力,已经吸收水的空气将会流出填充室12。采用这种方式,干燥的或至少比较干燥的环境可以在填充室12内获得。比较干燥的环境意味着卫生环境,因为微生物的生长在干燥的或比较干燥的环境中受到抑制。
进入包装袋出口16中的气流应该如此以确保当输出装置29正在包装袋出口16和填充室12之间移动时空气不会流入填充室12,反之亦然。可能会出现问题,尤其是当输出装置29正在填充室12和包装袋出口16之间移动时。如果输出装置29以高于气流的流出速度的速度移动时,污浊空气可能被吸入到填充室12中。
辅助空气供应装置80能被布置在包装袋出口16。这将确保在包装袋出口16的填充室所在一侧总是存在过量压力。
根据所示的实施例,填充机10进一步包括消毒单元38,其适于将所述干燥空气DA消毒。在所示的实施例中,消毒单元38位于除湿器30的下游。消毒单元38能包括用于空气消毒的消毒过滤器40。可选择地,空气能通过将其加热至300至400摄氏度被消毒。凭借供应给填充室12的气流也是消毒的事实,填充室12中的微生物的量被减少,这使得更容易维持卫生的环境。
一个实验被进行,其中干燥空气以600立方米每小时被供应给具有4立方米容积的填充室,这意味着每小时更换空气150次。空气的温度为27摄氏度并且在冷却干燥剂中被干燥以在被供应到填充室时得到空气的相对湿度在10至20%范围内。凭借干燥空气流过填充室,可以从填充室中每小时移除2千克水。
如在所示的实施例中,填充机10能包括调温单元42。调温单元42被布置在消毒单元38的下游处。这意味着调温单元42也被布置在除湿器30的下游处。调温单元42适于将干燥空气DA调节至合适的温度。调节在此处的意思为调节温度的过程。在典型的实施例中,被调节的干燥空气DA的温度在15至35摄氏度范围内。通过将空气调节至合适的温度,调整空气能吸收的水的量。冷空气能吸收的水比热空气少。也可以选择不主动调节空气,但让填充机的工作温度调节空气。填充机的工作温度能为25至30摄氏度并且是由密封爪、机械摩擦等产生的热量的结果。
本发明的可选择的实施例如图2中所示。根据该实施例,填充机10包括消毒锁紧室60。所述消毒锁紧室60在填充室12的包装袋入口14处与填充室12连接。消毒锁紧室60包括用于包装袋2的外部消毒的消毒设备62。消毒设备62能包括用于将消毒剂喷洒在包装袋2外侧上的喷嘴64。消毒剂的例子为过氧化氢或臭氧。可选择地,消毒设备62能包括灯66,其适于将包装袋10的外侧暴露给紫外线光。此外,提供在所述消毒锁紧室60中的用于包装袋2的外部消毒的消毒设备62能包括用于将包装袋的外侧暴露给紫外线光的灯66以及用于将消毒剂喷洒在包装袋2外侧上的喷嘴64。凭借被送入填充室12中的包装袋是消毒的事实,填充室12中的微生物的量被减少,这使得更容易维持卫生的环境。
能在填充机10中被填充的包装袋2的例子为具有由能变形的壁限定的隔间3的包装袋2,这些壁包括两个相对的侧壁4a、4b和被折叠成双壁形状的底壁5。上述类型的包装袋如图3所示。包装袋2的侧壁4a、4b一起限定填充通道6,其被封闭并且优选地在所示例的包装袋的未填充状态时被消毒。通过开启填充通道6,包装袋2的隔间3被放置为与周围相通,这使得能够填充包装袋2。填充通道6适于在填充之后再封闭,例如通过热密封。
这种类型的包装袋2优选地由能变形的、层压包装材料生产。包装材料能包括聚烯烃材料的核心层。核心层能进一步包括填料矿物材料,其有利地能由白垩(碳酸钙)构成。
以上所述类型的包装袋2被分配到填充机10,卷绕在卷轴上以形成具有相互连接的空包装袋2的薄片8的卷筒7。
将理解,在除湿器30中被除去湿气的空气在将空气除去湿气步骤之前、期间或之后能在消毒单元38中被消毒。因此,消毒单元38能位于除湿器30的上游处或下游处。可选择地,消毒单元38和除湿器30能被整合到单个单元中。
还将理解,在适当情况下,在除湿器30中被除去湿气的空气在将空气除去湿气的步骤之前、期间或之后能在调温单元42中被调节。因此,调温单元42能位于除湿器30的上游处或下游处。可选择地,调温单元42和除湿器30能被整合到单个单元中。
将理解,本发明不限于所示实施例。因此可以想到几种变化和修改,因此,本发明的保护范围仅由所附的权利要求限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种在填充机(10)的填充室(12)中提供卫生环境的方法,在所述填充室(12)中具有由能变形的壁(4a,4b,5)限定的隔间(3)的包装袋(2)通过借助填充喷嘴(27)将液体内容物传送到所述包装袋(2)被填充,所述方法包括:
将空气除去湿气以提供干燥空气;及
借助将所述干燥空气持续供应到所述填充室(12)而产生通过所述填充室的气流;
允许空气经由包装袋入口(14)和/或包装袋出口(16)从所述填充室(12)流出,未填充包装袋(2)通过所述包装袋入口(14)进入所述填充室(12),已填充包装袋(2)通过所述包装袋出口(16)离开所述填充室(12),
所述干燥空气以使得在所述填充室(12)中产生过量压力并且所述填充室(12)中的空气每小时更换25至250次的量被供应,以及
借此使用由所述干燥空气产生的所述气流以便吸收存在于所述填充室(12)中的液体积聚存在的水,以便提供形成抑制微生物生长的所述卫生环境的干燥环境,
其中所述干燥空气当被供应到所述填充室(12)时被调温以维持在15至35摄氏度的温度范围内。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述将空气除去湿气的步骤通过冷却干燥实现,由此空气被冷却而冷凝出水。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述干燥空气以使得所述填充室中的空气每小时更换100至200次的流速被供应给所述填充室(12)。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其中所述干燥空气以使得所述填充室中的空气每小时更换125至175次的流速被供应给所述填充室(12)。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述干燥空气以使得所产生的所述气流能够每小时吸收1至2千克水的量被供应。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述干燥空气当被供应到所述填充室(12)时具有在0至30%范围内的相对湿度。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其中所述干燥空气当被供应到所述填充室(12)时具有在10至20%范围内的相对湿度。
8.如权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括:对被除去湿气的空气消毒的步骤,其中所述对空气消毒的步骤能在所述将空气除去湿气的步骤之前、期间或之后发生。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其中所述空气通过过滤被消毒。
10.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述包装袋(2)以空的形式被供应并且通过将所述填充喷嘴(27)***每个包装袋(2)的填充通道(6)内被填充。
