Abstract

本发明涉及一种阀门测试用的密封夹具,包括带有测试管道的后夹板、前夹板和带有测试管道的夹紧板;被测阀门的二个进出端口分别嵌入前夹板和后夹板中,并用定位螺栓加螺帽垫片紧固连接;带有测试管道的夹紧板用压紧螺栓固定在前夹板上,并用螺帽、垫片和弹簧垫圈紧固;阀门与前夹板和后夹板之间过渡配合连接。由于该紧固用密封夹具不破坏阀门的结构,适合焊接用阀门的密封性测试要求,可拆卸的结构特点避免了以往采用焊接造成的阀门损坏,使测试阀门不失使用功能。可以测试常温和超低温(-196℃)的阀门。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门测试用的密封夹具,尤其是一种适用常温和超低温的阀门测试的密封夹具。
背景技术
在阀门测试领域,部分高压阀门与管道的连接方式为焊接连接,对于该被测阀门制造完毕后的检测,必须采用与管路焊接后进行的方式,这样的测试方式造成被测阀门的进出口端面的损坏,通常只能将其丢弃或重新进行加工,由此造成了浪费。超低温阀门昂贵的材料和设计成本在这样的测试环节中更显不合理。
发明内容
本发明是要提供一种阀门测试用的密封夹具,该夹具采用可拆卸的阀门紧固密封方式,可适用与常温和超低温的阀门测试,并不会造成阀门进出口端面的损坏。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种阀门测试用的密封夹具,包括带有测试管道的后夹板、前夹板和带有测试管道的夹紧板;其特点是:被测阀门的二个进出端口分别嵌入前夹板和后夹板中,并用定位螺栓加螺帽垫片紧固连接;带有测试管道的夹紧板用压紧螺栓固定在前夹板上,并用螺帽、垫片和弹簧垫圈紧固。被测阀门与前夹板和后夹板之间过渡配合连接。后夹板与被测阀门的进出端口和压紧板与被测阀门进出端口之间用垫圈密封,使被测阀门与测试管道连接紧密无泄漏。
本发明的有益效果是:由于该紧固用密封夹具不破坏阀门的结构,适合焊接用阀门的密封性测试要求,可拆卸的结构特点避免了以往采用焊接造成的阀门损坏,使测试阀门不失使用功能。可以测试常温和超低温(-196℃)的阀门。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述,但本实施例并不用于限制本发明,凡是采用本发明的相似结构及其相似变化,均应列入本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,本发明的阀门测试用的密封夹具,包括带有测试管道的后夹板2,密封垫3,定位螺栓5,前夹板6,带有测试管道的夹紧板7,压紧螺栓8。
首先将带有测试管道的后夹板2与前夹板6将被测阀门1的二个进出端口4夹住,用定位螺栓5加螺帽垫片进行紧固固定。此时,被测阀门1的二个进出端口4分别嵌入前夹板6和后夹板2中,之间为过渡配合状态。确定紧固后,再将带有测试管道的夹紧板7用压紧螺栓8固定在前夹板6上,用螺帽、垫片和弹簧垫圈紧固。在后夹板2与被测阀门1的进出端口4和压紧板7与被测阀门1的进出端口4之间采用垫圈3密封,使被测阀门2与测试管道连接时紧密无泄漏。

1.一种阀门测试用的密封夹具,包括带有测试管道的后夹板(2),前夹板(6),带有测试管道的夹紧板(7),其特征在于:被测阀门(1)的二个进出端口(4)分别嵌入前夹板(6)和带有测试管道的后夹板(2)中,并用定位螺栓(5)加螺帽垫片进行紧固连接;所述带有测试管道的夹紧板(7)用压紧螺栓(8)固定在前夹板(6)上,并用螺帽、垫片和弹簧垫圈紧固。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀门测试用的密封夹具,其特征在于:所述后夹板(2)与被测阀门(1)的进出端口(4)和压紧板(7)与被测阀门(1)的进出端口(4)之间用垫圈(3)密封,使被测阀门(1)与测试管道连接紧密无泄漏。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阀门测试用的密封夹具,其特征在于:被测阀门(1)与前夹板(6)和后夹板(2)之间过渡配合连接。
