Abstract

一种组合电池间的连接装置,其包括绝缘件和非绝缘件,所述非绝缘件设于绝缘件内侧,绝缘件中部内侧壁与非绝缘件外侧壁形状相应,非绝缘件上表面形状与电池负极底部形状相仿,非绝缘件下部设有与电池正极顶部的凸起相适配的凹槽,绝缘件上部内侧壁与电池负极端外壳紧密配合,绝缘件下部内侧壁与电池正极端外壳紧密配合。本发明结构简单、紧凑,加工方便,制造成本低;电池间的支撑力增大,安装效率高;电池极端连接接触面增大,接触内阻小;使用本发明,电池拆卸简单,便于维护。

一种组合电池间的连接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种组合电池间的连接装置。
背景技术
目前,单体电池大多是底端采用一个圆柱状的金属外壳作为负极,顶端采用一个金属电极板密封件作为正极。在将多个单体电池串联的过程中,各单体电池的某一电极通过点焊连接到另外一个单体电池的相反电极上,然后在串联的蓄电池外套一层高分子收缩膜,形成蓄电池模块。
点焊过程中,由于从电极流过的电流较大,倘若使用很厚的连接件,操作起来非常困难,费时费力;倘若采用较薄或带状连接件,则焊接时易被击穿,且,连接件焊接机械强度较低,电池之间的连接力也不强,容易产生断路,使用寿命短,报废率较高;另外,采用点焊方式时,加工速度较慢,工作效率低;且,通过高分子收缩膜将多个单体电池紧固为一体时,支撑力不够,容易造成蓄电池模块变形等现象。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本发明提供一种能够有效延长蓄电池模块使用寿命,加工容易,支撑力较大的组合电池间的连接装置。
本发明的技术方案是:其包括绝缘件和非绝缘件,所述非绝缘件设于绝缘件内侧,绝缘件中部内侧壁与非绝缘件外侧壁形状相应,非绝缘件上表面形状与电池负极底部形状相仿,非绝缘件下部设有与电池正极顶部的凸起相适配的凹槽,绝缘件上部内侧壁与电池负极端外壳紧密配合,绝缘件下部内侧壁与电池正极端外壳紧密配合。
所述绝缘件可采用塑胶、陶瓷、橡胶或其它绝缘复合材料制造;非绝缘件可采用金属、合金或其它导电材料制造。
电池正极端外壳与电池正极顶部之间设有电池正极绝缘垫,为电池本身的部件,用于隔绝电池正极端外壳与电池正极顶部。
本发明组合电池间的连接装置由绝缘件和非绝缘件组合而成,可根据实际需求设置金属焊点或通过完整的接触面连接电池电极;绝缘件起到隔绝电池正极端外壳的作用,防止非绝缘件与电池正极端外壳接触,导致断路;在绝缘件和非绝缘件的作用下,使得上一单体电池的负极端和下一单体电池的正极端被完全包围,通过完全包围电极端的方式使得电池的支撑力增强;通过非绝缘件的底部与电池正极顶部的完整接触,以及非绝缘件的上表面与电池负极底部的完整接触实现接触面积最大化,即实现上一单体电池的负极端和下一单体电池的正极端的最大化面积紧密连接,接触内阻小;当其中某一单体电池出现问题时,只需将其从连接装置中取出,换上新的单体电池即可。
本发明结构简单、紧凑,加工方便,制造成本低;电池间的支撑力增大,安装效率高;使用本发明,电池拆卸简单,便于维护。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参照图1,本实施例包括绝缘件1和非绝缘件2,所述非绝缘件2设于绝缘件1内侧,绝缘件1中部内侧壁与非绝缘件2外侧壁形状相应,非绝缘件2上表面形状与电池负极底部7形状相仿,非绝缘件2下部设有与电池正极顶部5的凸起8相适配的凹槽,绝缘件1上部内侧壁与电池负极端外壳4紧密配合,绝缘件1下部内侧壁与电池正极端外壳3紧密配合。
所述绝缘件1采用塑胶或陶瓷制造,也可其它绝缘材料制造。非绝缘件2采用金属或合金制造,也可用其它导电材料制造。
电池正极端外壳3与电池正极顶部5之间有电池正极绝缘垫6,正极绝缘垫6为电池本身的部件,用于隔绝电池正极端外壳3与电池正极顶部5。
绝缘件1起到隔绝电池正极端外壳3的作用,防止非绝缘件2与电池正极端外壳3接触,导致断路。通过非绝缘件2的底部与电池正极顶部5的完整接触,以及非绝缘件2的上表面与电池负极底部7的完整接触,使得接触面积最大化,即实现上一单体电池的负极端和下一单体电池的正极端的面积最大化紧密接触,从而有利于减小接触内阻。

1. 一种组合电池间的连接装置,其特征在于,包括绝缘件和非绝缘件,所述非绝缘件设于绝缘件内侧,绝缘件中部内侧壁与非绝缘件外侧壁形状相应,非绝缘件上表面形状与电池负极底部形状相仿,非绝缘件下部设有与电池正极顶部的凸起相适配的凹槽,绝缘件上部内侧壁与电池负极端外壳紧密配合,绝缘件下部内侧壁与电池正极端外壳紧密配合;
所述电池为圆柱形,所述非绝缘件的侧面剖视呈眼镜形,非绝缘件的眼镜形上部与电池负极底部贴合,非绝缘件的眼镜形下部与电池正极顶部贴合;绝缘件的侧面剖视呈横J形,绝缘件的横J形尾部与非绝缘件的眼镜形侧部相贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合电池间的连接装置,其特征在于,所述绝缘件采用塑胶或陶瓷制造;非绝缘件采用金属制造。
