Abstract

本发明公开一种液晶显示装置的背板、背光模组及液晶显示装置,一种液晶显示装置的背板,包括主板,所述主板侧面对应于液晶显示装置的胶框位置设有遮蔽板。本发明将液晶显示装置的背板部分进行延伸,将裸露的胶框部分遮蔽住,由于液晶显示装置的背板的强度明显强于胶框,在搬运过程中不易损伤,从而达到保护胶框以及信号电路板(source pcb)的目的。而液晶显示装置的背板邻近胶框,直接从液晶显示装置的背板中加设遮蔽板,工艺简单,而且可以尽量减少遮蔽用的材料的使用。

一种液晶显示装置的背板、背光模组及液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,更具体的说,涉及一种液晶显示装置的背板、背光模组及液晶显示装置。
背景技术
如图1所示,现有的液晶显示模块包括背光模组和液晶面板,背光模组包括:液晶显示装置的背板、导光板、光源、光学膜片等,液晶显示侧面则包括连接和固定液晶面板和背光模组的胶框和前框等部材。液晶面板包括驱动液晶显示的信号电路板(source pcb),现有的液晶显示装置一般在胶框和前框之间设有空腔,所述信号电路板(source pcb)就设在空腔内,其电路板就固定在胶框上。然而,现有的液晶显示装置在搬运过程中胶框经常出现损坏,进而导致信号电路板(source pcb)的损坏。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防护强度更高的液晶显示装置的背板、背光模组及液晶显示装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种液晶显示装置的背板,包括主板,所述主板侧面对应于液晶显示装置的胶框位置设有遮蔽板。
优选的,所述主板和所述遮蔽板一体成型。这样的设计可以减少后期组装时间,提高生产效率。
优选的,所述主板在贴近所述液晶显示装置的胶框的一侧进行折边处理,形成L形的遮蔽板,将所述胶框包住。此为一种具体的遮蔽板结构形式。
优选的,所述遮蔽板固定在所述主板的侧面。此为一种主板和遮蔽板分离的技术方案。
优选的,所述遮蔽板为支架,所述支架的一边通过铆接方式固定在所述主板的侧面,另外一边延伸到所述液晶显示装置的胶框的裸露位置实现完全遮蔽。此为一种侧安装支架的实施方式。
优选的,所述遮蔽板固定在所述主板的底面。此为另一种主板和遮蔽板分离的技术方案。
优选的,所述遮蔽板为支架,所述支架的一边通过铆接方式固定在所述主板的底面,另外一边延伸到所述液晶显示装置的胶框的裸露位置实现完全遮蔽。此为一种底部安装支架的实施方式。
一种背光模组,包括上述的液晶显示装置的背板。
一种液晶显示装置,包括液晶面板和背光模组,所述液晶面板和所述背板模组侧面设有胶框,所述液晶面板的信号电路板固定在所述胶框的内侧,其特征在于,所述液晶显示装置还包括上述的液晶显示装置的背板,所述背板的遮蔽板对应的设置在所述胶框的外侧。
发明人研究发现,人们一般在搬运液晶显示装置的时候都是从液晶显示装置的侧面抓握,而胶框刚好位于装置侧面,而且在装置背部裸露出来,由于胶框的强度较弱,搬运过程中就容易损坏,进而导致信号电路板(source pcb)的损坏。本发明将液晶显示装置的背板部分进行延伸,将裸露的胶框部分遮蔽住,由于液晶显示装置的背板的强度明显强于胶框,在搬运过程中不易损伤,从而达到保护胶框以及信号电路板(source pcb)的目的。而液晶显示装置的背板邻近胶框,直接从液晶显示装置的背板中加设遮蔽板,工艺简单,而且可以尽量减少遮蔽用的材料的使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图2所示,一种液晶显示装置,包括背光模组和液晶面板4,背光模组底部为背板的主板7,主板7上面依次包括反射片6、导光板5、液晶面板4。所述背板的主板7一侧,对应于导光板5入光面的位置固定有LED灯条3。液晶面板4和背光模组通过前框1从侧面进行固定,液晶面板4和背光模组之间在两侧位置通过胶框2隔离,该胶框2延伸到液晶显示装置侧面与前框1固定。所述液晶面板4还包括有用于驱动液晶显示的信号电路板8,该电路板位于液晶面板4一侧,固定在该侧面的胶框2上,该侧面的胶框2和前框1之间由于隔有信号电路板8,因此胶框2需要从背光模组底部绕过信号电路板8与前框1固定,这样就形成了裸露部分,容易在搬运过程中损坏。为了解决胶框2易损坏的问题,所述主板7侧面对应于液晶显示装置的胶框2位置的外侧设有遮蔽板9。
实施例一
如图3所示,所述背板在靠近信号电路板8侧的背板侧壁做折弯边处理,形成所述遮蔽板9,这样就可以把胶框2部分包住,操作者在搬动过程中直接抓背板,背板的强度明显强于胶框2,这样在搬运过程中胶框2就不会损坏,从而pcb得到很好的保护和固定。对于塑料材质的背板,则可以将背板的主板7和遮蔽板9设计在一套模具中加工成型。
另外,主板在贴近所述液晶显示装置的胶框的一侧也可以进行折边处理,形成L形的遮蔽板,将所述胶框包住。
实施例二
如图4所示,所述遮光板为独立支架,该支架的一端遮蔽住所述胶框2,另一端通过铆接、螺丝或胶粘等方式固定在主板7的侧面。
实施例三
如图5所示,所述遮光板为独立支架,该支架的一端遮蔽住所述胶框2,另一端通过铆钉10、螺丝或胶粘等方式固定在主板7的底面。

Claims (9)

1.一种液晶显示装置的背板,其特征在于,所述液晶显示装置包括背光模组和液晶面板,背光模组底部为背板的主板,主板上面依次包括反射片、导光板、液晶面板,所述背板的主板一侧,对应于导光板入光面的位置固定有LED灯条,液晶面板和背光模组通过前框从侧面进行固定,液晶面板和背光模组之间在两侧位置通过胶框隔离,该胶框延伸到液晶显示装置侧面与前框固定;所述液晶面板还包括有用于驱动液晶显示的信号电路板,该电路板位于液晶面板一侧,固定在该侧面的胶框上,信号电路板位于该侧面的胶框和前框之间,胶框从背光模组底部绕过信号电路板与前框固定,形成了裸露部分,所述背板包括主板,所述主板侧面对应液晶显示装置的胶框的裸露部分设有遮蔽板。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置的背板,其特征在于,所述主板和所述遮蔽板一体成型。
3.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示装置的背板,其特征在于,所述主板在贴近所述液晶显示装置的胶框的一侧进行折边处理,形成L形的遮蔽板,将所述胶框包住。
4.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置的背板,其特征在于,所述遮蔽板固定在所述主板的侧面。
5.如权利要求4所述的液晶显示装置的背板,其特征在于,所述遮蔽板为支架,所述支架的一边通过铆接方式固定在所述主板的侧面,另外一边延伸到所述液晶显示装置的胶框的裸露位置实现完全遮蔽。
6.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置的背板,其特征在于,所述遮蔽板固定在所述主板的底面。
7.如权利要求5所述的液晶显示装置的背板,其特征在于,所述遮蔽板为支架,所述支架的一边通过铆接方式固定在所述主板的底面,另外一边延伸到所述液晶显示装置的胶框的裸露位置实现完全遮蔽。
8.一种背光模组,包括液晶显示装置的背板,其特征在于,所述背光模组底部为背板的主板,主板上面依次包括反射片、导光板、液晶面板,所述背板的主板一侧,对应于导光板入光面的位置固定有LED灯条,所述液晶显示装置的的液晶面板和背光模组通过前框从侧面进行固定,液晶面板和背光模组之间在两侧位置通过胶框隔离,该胶框延伸到液晶显示装置侧面与前框固定;所述液晶面板还包括有用于驱动液晶显示的信号电路板,该电路板位于液晶面板一侧,固定在该侧面的胶框上,信号电路板位于该侧面的胶框和前框之间,胶框从背光模组底部绕过信号电路板与前框固定,形成了裸露部分,所述背板包括主板,所述主板侧面对应液晶显示装置的胶框的裸露部分设有遮蔽板。
9.一种液晶显示装置,包括液晶面板和背光模组,其特征在于,所述液晶面板和所述背光模组侧面设有胶框,所述液晶面板的信号电路板固定在所述胶框的内侧,固定在该侧面的胶框上,信号电路板位于该侧面的胶框和前框之间,胶框从背光模组底部绕过信号电路板与前框固定,形成了裸露部分,所述液晶显示装置还包括背板,背光模组底部为背板的主板,所述主板侧面对应液晶显示装置的胶框的裸露部分设有遮蔽板,所述背板的遮蔽板对应的设置在所述胶框的外侧。
