Abstract

本发明公布了一种防松钉子，包括钉子本体，其特征在于：所述钉子本体中间设置有一个腔体，所述腔体内设置有一根长度小于腔体长度，头部为楔形的顶针，所述顶针头部两侧设置有横向通孔，通孔内设置有活动块，所述活动块一端与所述顶针头部楔面相接触，另一端与所述钉子本体表面平齐。本发明钉入后，将顶针向前推入，使活动块向横向突出，从而防止钉子松动脱出。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种五金器件，特别是涉及一种防松钉子。
背景技术
    普通钉子钉入后由于震动或者受力会逐渐松动、脱出。
发明内容
本发明目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷提供一种钉入后防止松动脱出的钉子。
本发明为实现上述目的，采用如下技术方案：
一种防松钉子，包括钉子本体，其特征在于：所述钉子本体中间设置有一个腔体，所述腔体内设置有一根长度小于腔体长度，头部为楔形的顶针，所述顶针头部两侧设置有横向通孔，通孔内设置有活动块，所述活动块一端与所述顶针头部楔面相接触，另一端与所述钉子本体表面平齐。
本发明钉入后，将顶针向前推入，使活动块向横向突出，从而防止钉子松动脱出。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种防松钉子，包括钉子本体1，所述钉子本体1中间设置有一个腔体，所述腔体内设置有一根长度小于腔体长度头部为楔形的顶针2，所述顶针头部两侧设置有横向通孔，通孔内设置有活动块3，所述活动块3一端与所述顶针2头部楔面相接触，另一端与所述钉子本体1表面平齐。
使用时将钉子钉入后再将顶针向前推入，顶针头部的楔面将所述活动块向两边推出，从而突出钉子本体表面，使得钉子本体牢固的嵌入所钉物体内，防止其因震动或受力而松动脱出。

1.一种防松钉子，包括钉子本体，其特征在于：所述钉子本体中间设置有一个腔体，所述腔体内设置有一根长度小于腔体长度，头部为楔形的顶针，所述顶针头部两侧设置有横向通孔，通孔内设置有活动块，所述活动块一端与所述顶针头部楔面相接触，另一端与所述钉子本体表面平齐。
