Abstract

本发明公开的一种Z型触指冷精锻工艺,涉及精密冷锻技术领域,为解决现有的锻后弯曲成型的加工工艺存在的难以保证Z型触指设计形状以及使用要求,包括铜排直接进入冲模下料预成型的步骤、将预成型坯料退火软化处理的步骤、对坯料中间处理后进行冷精锻的步骤、扩经冷精锻后坯料另一未成型的平底孔的步骤以及后续处理步骤;该工艺能够满足成品件形状一致性好,使Z型触指的金属纤维按其形状连续分布。

一种Z型触指冷精锻工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及精密冷锻技术领域,具体涉及一种在高压开关及其避雷器上使用的Z型触指的整体精密冷锻成形工艺。
背景技术
[0002] 我国高压输变电行业中应用的高压开关因各方面原因其结构变化很大,性能差异也很大,其中从日本东芝引进的高压开关性能最为稳定,也只有该引进的系列高压开关上大量采用Z型触指,也翻译成接触子。目前国内所用Z型触指基本上均是从日本进口,其采用锻后弯曲成型的加工工艺。由于Z型触指材料为纯铜,铜弯曲时的回弹会引起角度较大变化,同时弯曲时的附加变形会使附近的孔以及相邻部位变形,从而难以保证Z型触指设计形状以及使用要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种该Z型触指的冷精锻工艺,在满足成品件形状一致性好的同时,使Z型触指的金属纤维按其形状连续分布,组织致密硬度高,使得导电性能、镀银性能和抗插拔抗拉毛性能均达到较高水平。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明创造采用如下技术方案:
本发明的Z型触指冷精锻工艺,包括铜排直接进入冲模下料预成型的步骤、
将预成型坯料退火软化处理的步骤、对坯料中间处理后进行冷精锻的步骤、扩孔的步骤以及后续处理步骤。
为更好的实施本发明创造,所述铜排的下料和预成型在一副模具中同时完成。
为更好的实施本发明创造,所述退火软化处理是指加热温度为600°~700°C,保温1.5~3 h,出炉空冷或水冷。
为更好的实施本发明创造,经退火软化处理的预成型坯料的退火硬度达到HB40~45。
为更好的实施本发明创造,所述对坯料中间处理包括去氧化皮、去毛刺步骤以及对坯料的清洗润滑步骤。
为更好的实施本发明创造,所述冷精锻步骤中,所述精锻件仅挤制成一个孔,另一个孔挤制成锥孔,孔深到位,仅孔边留与孔口内切的小倒锥环余量。
为更好的实施本发明创造,所述冷精锻步骤中,挤制锥孔的冲头采用椭圆形冲头。
为更好的实施本发明创造,所述冷精锻步骤中,还包括对冷精锻产品进行切边的步骤。
为更好的实施本发明创造,所述扩孔的步骤,采用平头钻头扩精锻件锥孔。
为更好的实施本发明创造,所述后续处理步骤为对最终产品整体光饰的步骤。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、由于本发明对铜排的下料和预成型在一副模具中同时完成,除料头外几乎无下料损耗,从而节省了原材料,提高了材料的利用率。
2、在坯料冷精锻终成型过程中挤制成一个孔,另一个孔挤成圆锥孔,孔边有少量余量,该锥孔在扩孔工装上一次扩成,提高了加工工效。
3、通过退火软化处理时的加热温度及保温时间的调控后,进行冷精锻的产品,能够使坯料组织致密硬度高,其导电性能、镀银性能和抗插拔抗拉毛性能均达到较好水平。
4、Z形触指经冷精锻后表面粗糙度好,形状完全符合图纸要求,产品表面硬度值HB≥80 ;成品精度一致性提高、使用寿命提高。

具体实施方式
结合图1—图4,采用7mm×10.5mm的T2Y铜排直接进入冲模下料预成型,即下料和预成型在一副模具中同时完成。将预成型件经温度600°~700°C加热,保温1.5~3小时,出炉空冷或水冷;经过上述退火软化处理,控制预成型件的退火硬度为HB40~45。将经退火软化处理的预成型件在光饰机中抛光去毛刺以及氧化皮等缺陷,之后清洗、清洗风干后涂硬脂酸锌粉润滑剂。经过上述处理的预成型件经冷精锻成形,冷精锻终成形过程中挤制成一个孔,另一个孔仅压成锥孔,其孔边留少量余量。留余量的原因是该孔的轴线与分模面的夹角不适合直接锻造成型。锻制留扩孔余量孔的冲头采用椭圆形冲头,可以防止冲头转动造成孔底不平,也有利于锻件顶出。冷精锻后切去锻件毛边并在扩孔工装上采用平头钻头将孔边余量去除。最后在光饰机中抛光成品件,按照图中尺寸终检。

1.一种Z型触指冷精锻工艺,其特征是:包括铜排直接进入冲模下料预成型的步骤、将预成型坯料退火软化处理的步骤、对坯料中间处理后进行冷精锻的步骤、扩孔的步骤以及后续处理步骤;
所述退火软化处理是指加热温度为600°~700°C,保温1.5~3 h,出炉空冷或水冷;
所述冷精锻步骤中,精锻件的一个孔挤制成型,另一个孔挤制成锥孔,孔深到位,仅孔边留与孔口内切的小倒锥环余量。
2、根据权利要求1所述的Z型触指冷精锻工艺,其特征是:所述铜排的下料和预成型在一副模具中同时完成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的Z型触指冷精锻工艺,其特征是:经退火软化处理的预成型坯料的退火硬度达到HB40~45。
4、根据权利要求1所述的Z型触指冷精锻工艺,其特征是:所述对坯料中间处理包括去氧化皮、去毛刺步骤以及对坯料的清洗润滑步骤。
5、根据权利要求1所述的Z型触指冷精锻工艺,其特征是:所述冷精锻步骤中,挤制锥孔的冲头采用椭圆形冲头。
