技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的混合动力驱动装置,所述混合动力驱动装置具有:内燃机;换档变速器,所述换档变速器具有能与所述内燃机联接的变速器输入轴;以及布置在所述内燃机与所述换档变速器之间的电机,所述电机具有定子和与所述变速器输入轴共同作用的而且能转动地支承在变速器壳体输入部中的转子。
背景技术
这种混合动力驱动装置在DE 60 2004 004 932 T2中有所描述。混合动力驱动装置包括一个内燃机和两个电机。公开了带有两个行星齿轮组的齿轮机构,在其中,第一行星齿轮组的内齿圈与第二行星齿轮组的行星齿轮架相连接,并且第二行星齿轮组的太阳轮与所述电机之一保持传动连接,而第一行星齿轮组的太阳轮与第二个电机保持传动连接。与内燃机通过能切换的离合器保持传动连接的变速器输入轴与第一行星齿轮组的行星齿轮架连接,并且所述第一行星齿轮组同时形成第二行星齿轮组所用的内齿圈。电机的轴线彼此平行地布置,其中,第一电机与第二行星齿轮组的轴线平行而且相距地布置,并且与所述第二行星齿轮组通过齿轮组保持连接,而第二电机与第二行星齿轮组同轴地布置,并且所述第二电机的转子一方面支承在齿轮机构的变速器壳体输入部中,并且另一方面支承在由内燃机驱动的变速器输入轴上。
发明内容
本发明基于如下任务,提出一种简单的可行性方案,用以将电机整合到换档变速器中,尤其是整合到自动化的或者说自动的换档变速器中,这种可行性方案的长处在于简单的结构和延长的轴承使用寿命。
所述任务在用于机动车的如下的混合动力驱动装置中根据本发明以如下方式得以解决,其中,所述混合动力驱动装置具有:内燃机、能与所述内燃机联接的变速器输入轴的换档变速器;以及布置在所述内燃机与所述换档变速器之间的电机,所述电机具有定子和与所述变速器输入轴共同作用的而且可转动地支承在变速器壳体输入部中的转子,解决方式为:所述变速器输入轴在所述变速器壳体输入部的轴承颈中借助固定径向轴承和与该固定径向轴承相距的浮动径向轴承来支承,所述转子与所述变速器输入轴的从所述轴承颈中伸出的突起抗相对转动地(drehfest)连接,径向轴密封件布置在所述轴承颈的指向所述转子的端部上,并且这两个径向轴承被变速器油被加以冷却和润滑。
根据本发明的混合动力驱动装置涉及一种并行的联入***,在所述联入***中,换档变速器本身的构成方案是无关紧要的,并且特别是涉及一种自动化的或者说自动的换档变速器,电机的转子与所述换档变速器的变速器输入轴保持抗相对转动的连接,并且仅所述内燃机能够选择性地与所述换档变速器相联接。
根据本发明的结构能够实现的是,利用变速器油来润滑和冷却两个所提及的径向轴承,并且由此实现提高该轴承相对于具有在电机转子两侧的径向轴承的公知轴承***的使用寿命,这是因为在这种公知的轴承***中,不能通过变速器油来对背向换档变速器的轴承进行直接润滑。
详细来讲,所述转子能够固着在转子支架上,所述转子支架的毂部通过形状锁合(formschlüssig)的连接部与所述变速器输入轴的所提及的突起相连接,从而径向轴密封件能够相对于所述毂部滑动密封。
当变速器输入轴构成为空心轴时,驱动轴能够布置在所述空心轴中,并且与所述空心轴通过形状配合的连接部抗相对转动地连接。于是,驱动轴建立与内燃机的连接。但也可以设置单件式的驱动-变速器输入轴。
驱动轴能够一方面相对于变速器输入轴借助定心止口来进行定心,在那里,同样设置有借助O形环密封件的密封件,并且借助紧固环进行轴向固定,而驱动轴的相反的端部支承在内燃机的惯性飞轮(Massenschwungrad)内的先导轴承(Pilotlager)中。
转子支架的毂部可以通过如下方式来定心,即,所述毂部相邻于与变速器输入轴的突起的形状锁合的连接部地具有圆柱形区域,所述圆柱形区域与所述变速器输入轴上的相应圆柱形区域形成定心座,其中,在该区域中的密封同样借助O形环密封件来进行。

具体实施方式
混合动力驱动装置壳体1可以与未示出的内燃机连接,所述内燃机能够通过未示出的惯性飞轮与驱动轴5联接,其中,所述驱动轴5上的离变速器远的轴承座24支承在惯性飞轮的先导轴承中,所述惯性飞轮例如实施为双惯性飞轮。
在混合动力驱动装置壳体1中布置具有定子2和转子3的电机,所述电机能够作为发电机或者作为电动机来运行。定子2与混合动力驱动装置壳体1借助螺栓14连接。换档变速器26的其外部几何结构呈锥形的变速器壳体输入部4与混合动力驱动装置壳体1借助螺栓13相拧合。变速器输入壳体4径向在内部设有轴向延伸的轴承颈27,所述轴承颈27为了支承变速器输入轴6而借助固定径向轴承7a和通过套筒8保持间距的浮动径向轴承7b来支承。
固定径向轴承7a在轴承颈27中借助紧固环16在轴向上得以紧固。变速器输入轴6的伸出浮动径向轴承7b的突起28具有径向外部的花键轴型廓21,所述花键轴型廓21与转子支架11的毂部29中的相应的径向内部的花键轴型廓产生了转子3与变速器输入轴6之间的形状锁合的连接。圆柱形区域相邻于毂部29中的花键轴型廓21地与变速器输入轴6上的相应的圆柱形区域一起形成定心座20。
转子支架11相对于变速器输入轴6以如下方式在轴向上得到紧固,即,预先给定的、轴向的预紧力例如通过开槽螺母10和垫片9而被施加到浮动径向轴承7b的内圈上,并且通过套筒8被施加到固定径向轴承7a的内圈上,其中,固定轮齿轮7a的内圈支撑在变速器输入轴6的平台25上。
变速器输入轴6在该实施例中构成为空心轴,在所述空心轴中,同轴地布置有驱动轴5并且通过呈花键轴型廓23形式的形状锁合的连接部与变速器输入轴6抗相对转动地连接。驱动轴5具有定心止口22,所述定心止口22相对于变速器输入轴6借助O形环密封件12得以密封,并且借助紧固环17在轴向上被固定。在另一未示出的实施例中,能够可供选择地设置单件式的驱动-变速器输入轴。
电机的转子3借助螺栓15与转子支架11连接。
为了避免油从换档变速器26通过轴承7a和7b移至混合动力驱动装置壳体1中,径向轴密封件18布置在轴承颈27中,所述轴承颈27获得了相对于转子支架11的毂部29的环绕式密封。其他的静态密封件在变速器输入轴6与驱动轴5之间在定心座22的区域内呈O形环密封件12形式来设置,并且在转子支架11的毂部29与变速器输入轴6之间以O形环密封件19的形式设置在垫片9的区域中。
转子支架11与轴承颈27中的变速器输入轴6一起形成浮动式的支承件,所述支承件相对于电机2、3在轴向上错开并且被整合到变速器壳体输入部4中,由此可行的是,通过变速器油来润滑和冷却这两个径向轴承7a和7b并且实现轴承使用寿命的提高。

Claims (8)

1.用于机动车的混合动力驱动装置,所述混合动力驱动装置具有:内燃机;换档变速器(26),所述换档变速器(26)具有能与所述内燃机联接的变速器输入轴(6);以及布置在所述内燃机与所述换档变速器(26)之间的电机,所述电机具有定子(2)和与所述变速器输入轴(6)共同作用的而且能转动地支承在变速器壳体输入部(4)中的转子(3),其特征在于,所述变速器输入轴(6)在所述变速器壳体输入部(4)的轴承颈(27)中借助固定径向轴承(7a)和与所述固定径向轴承(7a)相距的浮动径向轴承(7b)来支承,所述转子(3)与所述变速器输入轴(6)的从所述轴承颈(27)中伸出的突起(28)抗相对转动地连接,径向轴密封件(18)布置在所述轴承颈(27)的指向所述转子(3)的端部上,并且这两个径向轴承(7a、7b)通过变速器油来冷却和润滑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述转子(3)固着在转子支架(11)上,并且所述转子支架(11)的毂部(29)通过形状锁合的连接部(21)与所述变速器输入轴(6)的所述突起(28)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述径向轴密封件(18)相对于所述毂部(29)滑动密封地构成。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述变速器输入轴(6)构成为空心轴,驱动轴(5)布置在所述空心轴中,并且与所述变速器输入轴(6)通过形状锁合的连接部(23)抗相对转动地连接。
5.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的混合动力传动系,其特征在于单件式的驱动-变速器输入轴。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述驱动轴(5)具有定心止口(22),所述定心止口(22)相对于所述变速器输入轴(6)借助O形环密封件(12)来密封,并且借助紧固环(17)在轴向上固定。
