技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料自动售货机。
更具体地，本发明涉及一种类型的饮料自动售货机，其包括：柜体；容纳于柜体内的支撑面；至少一个位于支撑面上并用于容纳可溶物质的容器；至少一个加热装置，而其又包括：与支撑面连接并位于容器下方的热源；以及与支撑面刚性地连接以在使用中将容器锁定至支撑面的锁定件。
背景技术
例如，在US-A-2755000中描述了此类型的自动售货机。
由于抵抗不住热源，以上类型的已知的自动售货机的普遍缺点是，无法防止柜体中的蒸汽与容器中的可溶物质结合，并由此无法防止堵塞分配装置，该分配装置通常是动力螺杆(powered screw)，其通常位于容器的底部。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是，提供一种被设计为以简单、低成本的方式消除以上缺点的饮料自动售货机。
根据本发明，提供了一种如权利要求1所述的饮料自动售货机，优选地，如直接或间接从属于权利要求1的所附权利要求中任一项所述的。

具体实施方式
在图1中，标号1表示整个饮料自动售货机，其具体地用于由一个计量单位的可溶物质制成的热的或冷的(所谓的“速溶”)饮料。
售货机1包括限定隔室3的柜体2，隔室3容纳用于制成相应饮料的多个组件4，并且隔室3在前部由门5关闭，门5包括饮料选择按钮面板6和分配器凹槽7，用户从分配器凹槽7取出一杯所选择的饮料(未示出)。
在隔室3内，组件4被装配至框架8，框架8与柜体2刚性地连接，并包括：面向柜体2的后壁的竖直壁9；以及水平壁10，其垂直于竖直壁9并与竖直壁9形成一体的，并且，水平壁10从竖直壁9朝着门5延伸。
壁10限定了用于组件4的支撑面，每个组件4包括一个或多个可溶物质容器11；以及已知混合器12，其与其他混合器12一起位于壁10下方并面向门5。
更具体地，如图1和图3所示，混合器12并排地容纳在隔间13内，隔间13由刚性地连接至壁10并支撑混合器12的壁14以及底壁15和两个侧壁16(在图1中仅示出了一个)所限定，并且隔间13具有前开口，前开口面向门5并装配有开口盖(hatch)17。在一个变型中，可用售货机1的相应侧壁代替一个或每个壁16。
每个混合器12是漏斗形的，并包括：顶部入口，其与连接至泵(未示出)的输送管道(delivery)的两个加压进水口18连通，并与蒸汽吸管19连通；以及狭窄底部，其容纳混合推进器20，在使用中，混合推进器20由装配至壁14的电动机21操作，并且，狭窄底部具有通过输送管(delivery hose)23与外部连通的饮料流出管路22。
如图3所示，每个包括用于容纳可溶物质的储罐24，并且具有操作员易于进行去除和再次填充操作的前把手25，容器11由可移除的盖子26在顶部封闭，并且由面向下并置于壁10上的杯形底座27在底部封闭。
在储罐24的底部，容器11包括物质分配装置，物质分配装置又包括螺杆28，螺杆28与平行于壁10并垂直于壁9的轴线29同轴。在使用中，螺杆28由电动机30操作，电动机30装配至壁9并且包括，输出轴31贯穿容器11的侧壁并通过已知的快速装配的面接合(fast-fit face coupling)而与螺杆28的后端成角度地连接。
螺杆28的相对的自由端与已知的喷口32的进口管路接合，该已知的喷口32装配至容器11的侧壁并且具有出口管路，出口管路垂直于轴线29向下延伸贯穿壁10并延伸至相关混合器12的进口。
如图2和图3所示，为了将容器11可移除地锁定至壁10，将每个容器11的杯形底座27内部地成形，以在其前部附近限定平行于轴线29的平直引导件33，当装配相关的容器11时，平直引导件33以滑动方式被相应的锁定件接合，该锁定件与平直引导件33一起形成可移除的插座接合，并且，锁定件由细长体34限定，细长体34装配至壁10并与相关电动机30的输出轴31对准。
如图4和图5中更清楚地示出的，本体34是基本上平行六面体形状的壳体的形式，其具有底部开口35并由具有中心通孔37的向外凸出的顶壁36、彼此平行并与轴线29平行的两个纵向侧边38以及垂直于纵向侧边38的两个平行横向侧边39所限制。用螺钉40将本体34固定至壁10，螺钉40与垂直于轴线29的螺纹孔接合并被形成为穿过圆形附件41，圆形附件41从面向喷口32的横向侧边39轴向地伸出。除了螺钉紧固件以外，为了保持本体34对准，在使用中，利用相关电动机30的输出轴31，横向侧边39的与附件41相对的自由边缘具有L形附件42，当装配本体34时并且在***螺钉40之前，将L形附件42***穿过孔43，孔43形成为穿通壁10，并且L形附件42定位为靠在孔43的自由边缘上，以朝着壁9延伸并接触壁10的下侧。
为了防止可溶物质在每个储罐24的包围相关螺杆28的区域中粘合(binding)，售货机1针对每个容器11而包括包含在相关本体34中的加热装置44。
如图4和图5所示，每个加热装置44包括由矩形金属板形式的电阻器45限定的热源，电阻器45覆盖顶壁36的外表面并具有中心伸出部46，中心伸出部46与孔37接合，并且从那里伸出两个电端子47。
用金属板48将电阻器45保持为与顶壁36接触，金属板48形成加热装置44的一部分，电阻器45与顶壁36具有基本上相同的形状和尺寸并具有两个翼部49，翼部49从板48的相应自由纵向边缘向下伸出，每个翼部具有槽50，翼部在槽50中与相应齿部51卡合，齿部51与本体34的相关纵向侧边38制成一体。
在一个优选实施方式中，为了使电阻器45稳定并改进电阻器45和板48之间的热传递，用导热胶将电阻器45预先胶粘至板48的内表面。
如图3所示，用已知的连接器52(优选地，容纳于本体34内)将端子47与售货机1的电路相连接。
在一个变型中，只有一部分本体34包含相应的加热装置44，其它本体34均在顶部由没有中心孔37的顶壁36所封闭。
从以上描述中，使用包含相应加热装置44的本体34的优点将是显而易见的。更具体地，一种非常简单的、紧凑的、低成本的结构提供有效加热的容器11，其原因在于，每个电阻器45所释放的热量不仅扩散至容器11周围的区域，而且集中在螺杆28周围的区域，在螺杆28周围的区域可溶物质最密集并由此更容易粘结。

Claims (7)

1.一种饮料自动售货机，包括：柜体(2)；支撑面(10)，容纳于所述柜体(2)内；至少一个容器(11)，位于所述支撑面(10)上并用于容纳可溶物质；至少一个加热装置(44)，所述加热装置(44)又包括：连接至所述支撑面(10)并位于所述容器(11)下方的热源(45)；以及锁定件(34)，刚性地连接至所述支撑面(10)以在使用中将所述容器(11)锁定至所述支撑面(10)，所述饮料自动售货机的特征在于，所述容器(11)具有中空底座(27)，并且所述锁定件(34)包括本体(34)，所述本体(34)支撑所述热源(45)并从所述支撑面(10)朝着所述容器(11)伸出并且被所述容器(11)的所述底座(27)接合以形成可移除的插座接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饮料自动售货机，其中，所述热源(45)包括电阻器(45)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的饮料自动售货机，其中，所述本体(34)具有顶壁(36)；所述热源(45)包括由所述顶壁(36)上的金属板限定的电阻器(45)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的饮料自动售货机，其中，所述加热装置(44)包括金属板(48)，所述金属板(48)牢固连接至所述顶壁(36)且其间***了所述电阻器(45)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的饮料自动售货机，其中，所述电阻器(45)胶粘至所述金属板(48)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的饮料自动售货机，包括：并排布置于所述支撑面(10)上的多个容器(11)；以及多个所述加热装置(44)，每个加热装置(44)与相应的容器(11)相关联。
7.一种根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热装置。
